16/10/2023: Had dinner with a friend, I had an unlimited pizza menu, he had an unlimited gnocchi and tigelle menu, decent prices given that you eat as much as you want anyway (pizza 11.90, gnocco and tigelle 13.90) but then I'll tell you the details, really poor quality cold cuts for tigelle and crescentine and a you have the comment for the photo of the raw meat which as you can see is made up of half fat and the other not, while for the pizza the tastes are decided by the pizza chef and not by me as I thought it was because in other pizza rounds that I have done I decided me, and therefore I explicitly specified that I didn't eat cherry tomatoes, salami, fresh cheeses, mortadella and what do I get? A first course of pizza consisting of: artichokes and sausage, mushrooms and ham, -salami- and margherita... then in the second course of pizza I get: mozzarella and sausage, radicchio and balsamic and -parmesan- and bacon.. . then as the third course of pizza which was supposed to be the last I asked if I could choose the flavors and initially the request was denied but after insisting he accepted and so I ordered half "buffalo and cooked" and half 'Naples' made up of " anchovies, mozzarella and oregano", for the Naples part I can't complain but after seeing the other half I understood that it was a really sad pizzeria, meanwhile from the photo you can see the NO difference between the mozzarella of the Naples part and the "bufala" mozzarella " which instead should have been in the other half... and then the cooked ham comes to me raw??? In 24 years I have never seen the cooked and buffalo pizza which is my favorite with the cooked one being served raw... so it's up to you to judge... I understand the acceptable price but at least a bit of competence and quality in the ingredients

02/05/2024: Sono stato per la prima volta in questo ristorante per il mio compleanno e devo dire che la scelta è stata azzeccata. Antipasto di gnocco fritto molto leggero e gradevole,Tagliolini alle ortiche con pinoli ottimi e buona anche la Faraona. Ottimi per tutti il resto dei piatti. Servizio gentile e professionale. Gode di un buon parcheggio auto.

22/04/2024: Cibo tutto buono, soprattutto i garganelli con il ragù di galletto, menù fisso. Ottimo il maiale e la cotenna, che non avevo mai assaggiato prima.. Mangiato e bevuto benissimo. Torneremo senz'altro

16/08/2024: In ritorno da una gita ferragosto a ci siamo fermati a prendere la pizza d'asporto e ci ha piacevolmente colpito. Pizza sottile, non troppo secca né troppo morbida ed abbondantemente condita, bella varietà di scelta, velocità e cortesia. Grazie per averci fatto finire bene ferragosto. Complimenti.

04/08/2024: I was expecting tigelle but they don't have them in a tigelleria... okay... I wanted some bruschetta but... alas there weren't even those... so.. okay...

31/12/2024: freddo, caro in rapporto a quanto e come si mangia, inospitale. Lunghi nel servizio. Piatti non buoni. Avevo anche diritto a sconto 20% perchè avevo prenotato con thefork ma hanno fatto orecchio da mercante (per cui aggiungo: disonesti!) ...... meglio provare quelli nelle vicinanze!

05/09/2023: Restaurant located on the street just outside the center of Serramazzoni. It offers variety in its land dishes and also offers (thin) pizza. Furthermore, only for the weekend they also cook some very good fish dishes including spaghetti with clams, paccheri with seafood, grilled sea bream and mixed fruit. Excellent price for the abundance of dishes offered. Rating 4. The waiter was also kind and helpful. I would like to point out that since it is on the road there are few places for cars, but in front of the restaurant you take a small uphill road which offers more places to park.

13/09/2023: Ordered on just eat, estimated time of arrival at 8pm, I received the notification at 8.05pm that the pizza had shipped, after 20 minutes nothing, I called a girl who answered and kindly told me that the pizza had just shipped, she apologised, after others 15 minutes there Pizza has arrived, I live 7 minutes by navigator from the pizzeria, the pizza was cold, rubbery, a mess, now 9pm I refuse to call back as very little would have changed, the last few times taken the quality has continuously dropped, at the moment it's a Their pizza cannot be ordered, too bad they once knew how to make it

26/05/2025: Non è la prima recensione che faccio per FATTORIA MARIA. Sono andato diverse volte per rendermi conto degli sviluppi di questa realtà culinaria alla porte di Soliera e per conferma definitiva. VIENE DEFINITA agriturismo si ma....agriturismo di classe controllate il tovagliato e posate ...candide. La posizione in classifica oggi direi che puo' essere considerata non appropiata penso che debba essere riconsiderata al rialzo...lo merita. Abbiamo pranzato con un menù alla carte , comprendente antipasto di salumi e gnocco con salse, TORTELLINI IN BRODO....eccezzionali, brodo con le stelle,CONIGLIO ALLA CACCIATORA.UNA GRIGLIATA MISTA,PATATE AL FORNO, E UN GELATO ALLA PANNA CON CILIEGE SCIROPPATE, CAFFE il tutto con un lamrusco di Vezzelli . Ho mangiato molto ma molto bene anche questa volta .Posto completamente pieno la gente mangiava anche sotto le piante con gioia di ANNA.EMER, ELISA ,ENRICO ,ognuno con il proprio ruolo.Poi la gioia dei bimbi che possono correre sul prato in compagnia degli animali e cosa non da poco con estrema sicurezza,e i genitori possono permettersi di dialogare con i loro amici/ospiti in tranquillità. Il servizio con dei ragazzi fantastici molto presenti , carine le ragazze, ma tutti molto professionali Oggi posso tranquillamente dare 5 punti, e non sono troppi. PER IL PREZZO dipende cosa mangiate. OLIVERDAVIDE 2025 5 PUNTI
