A refined cuisine, never banal or boring, rich in flavor, where the raw materials, truly high quality, are prepared with excellent care, applause to the guys who love their work, and all this comes across on the plate!! The best risotto I have ever tasted.... Highly recommended along with the stuffed pasta, the lightest and tastiest fried food..... In short, Giorgiopensiero has convinced me!!! 21/03/2026: A small and welcoming place. We booked about two hours in advance, and luckily, they had the last table for two! Despite the season, the place was packed. We ordered the cold appetizer, shrimp with artichokes. Then we had two classics: spaghetti with clams and spaghetti with seafood. Everything was delicious: simple dishes, beautifully presented, and high-quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was all accompanied by a bottle of white wine. Next time, we'll do the tasting menu. We'll definitely be back. It's within walking distance and located in a pedestrian area.

For our first course, we chose tagliolini with lobster: a generous, flavorful, and perfectly cooked dish. This was followed by a light, crispy, and not at all greasy fritto misto. Fast and friendly service, a modern and elegant venue. We'll definitely be back!
