21/09/2025: We stopped for lunch at this beachfront establishment, and while the woman serving us was very kind, I can't praise the food we ordered. The pasta was made with a fish sauce that was clearly frozen (with perfect rectangles of calamari), despite her assurances that it was fresh. When I pointed this out to my colleague, she was annoyed and said she wasn't in a restaurant. The fried food was also clearly frozen and not very crispy. Catering doesn't necessarily mean owning a restaurant!
31/08/2025: I love this little place. The staff is really friendly. Even at the end of the season, they still have a smile for everyone. The spaghetti with clams tasted like seafood. Kudos to the really friendly staff.
The beer by the glass is excellent.

From the first bite, you can taste the obsessive attention to the dough: light, fragrant, with a beautifully honeycombed crust and exceptional digestibility. The result of meticulous maturation and select flours.
And then there's the staff. Young, knowledgeable, and friendly: they make you feel at home. The positive energy that permeates the place is contagious, thanks in part to a close-knit team that is visibly in love with their work.
Paneolio is proof that pizza can be haute cuisine... but with heart.
Highly recommended for those looking for a modern, digestible pizza, made with brains and heart. Congratulations to the entire team!

30/10/2025: It was a wonderful experience to taste refined dishes with wines paired for the occasion by a sommelier. The price is worth the experience.
I really appreciated the fact that, when creating the menus, they pay close attention to the seasonality of the products.

The young woman who explained the dishes to us was very kind, and the chef, who made sure we had a good time at the end of the meal, was truly commendable. Highly recommended...see you soon!!
17/01/2026: Going against the grain, fortunately. In a Romagna adrift, Ammentos retains a strong identity. If you're in a hurry and looking for neutral flavors, go elsewhere.
If, however, you want the privilege of refined, sophisticated cuisine presented in a familiar style, it's a gem!

I recommend the truffle cappelletti served with a trolley of freshly sliced truffles, meats, venison, and sliced steaks, and finally, the truffle pudding. Fine wines. Very attentive customer service. Book well in advance.

02/01/2026: My husband and I went to Pippo's for the first time last night. We had a wonderful meal: traditional cuisine, authentic flavors, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is truly pleasant, with a family feel—truly enjoyable. There's love and passion for what they do, and you can feel it in every detail. The only thing I'd change, but it's a personal preference, is the lighting, which is a bit too bright for a restaurant in the evening. But it's really just a small detail! Well done!
