From appetizers to desserts, and continuing with the wines, you'll notice a level of attention to detail in the menu that surpasses that of many more prestigious restaurants. Giuseppe is a very kind and professional person; they do their best to make you feel at home. If you want to taste the unique dishes of Lucanian cuisine, you've come to the right place.

15/08/2025: Very nice place (especially the inside: I'd eaten there in the winter and really appreciated the warmth—not in the sense of temperature, but of "atmosphere"—of the interior; last night, however, I ate outside in a pleasant setting). The food was average: we had some good first courses and an excellent fennel, orange, and Taggiasca olive salad. I wasn't entirely convinced by the reinterpretation of veal with tuna sauce, however: it was a bit too dry and lacked a harmonious blend of flavors. I would have very much enjoyed a cotoletta alla bolognese, but I didn't order it after finding out it would be made with pork (the real cotoletta alla bolognese is made with veal!). I think the prices are a bit high for the food. It's still worth a visit, if only for the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff.

28/07/2025: Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. Although our room wasn't ready at check-in, we were kindly compensated with a drink at the bar—a thoughtful gesture we greatly appreciated. We had a great room, spacious and well-maintained, perfect for a comfortable night away. The pool was also a nice addition; great for a quick dip, although the water was a bit chilly. The restaurant was an absolute highlight. The food was delicious: flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. We highly recommend dining there! The breakfast in the morning was also more than adequate! There was a wide selection of bread, yogurt, muesli, fruit, and pastries. All in all, we had a great night at UNA.

13/08/2025: A delightful restaurant located inside the Europa Park in San Lazzaro (Bologna). First courses, second courses, and sandwiches, but I highly recommend the crescentine and tigelle with mixed cold cuts and squacquerone cheese! Excellent!

15/08/2025: A quaint location, overlooking the village church and surrounded by lush greenery. Excellent food, amazing tagliatelle with ragù, and superb gelato with figs in syrup. The staff were friendly and always available, contrary to what others have said, and considering I went on August 15th, there's nothing to complain about. Everything was fine, thank you.

28/08/2025: A kiosk inside the Cedar Park, very convenient for small children because it's next to the play area. I went there for lunch with friends with children. The service was very helpful and friendly (they even brought crayons and animal sheets for the older child to color). The food wasn't bad, but a bit pricey considering the quality/price ratio. We ordered two appetizers (eggplant meatballs and bread and parmesan meatballs) and three first courses (gramigna with ragù, tagliatelle, and ravioli), one baked potato, and water. Total: €73.50 (€24 each).

After having explained and reported to anyone who came to the table what my allergies were (dried fruit and seed oils), I promptly received chips and hazelnuts on my plate. After having specifically asked to check that there was nothing on the dishes (in particular seed oil not visible) and having received reassuring news... tonight I find myself with a face like a balloon and forced to take cortisone! they don't get a complaint because I don't want to carry on! The least is that people know! Be careful because due to superficiality and lack of professionalism your health could be at risk in case of allergies!

15/04/2025: Beautiful location, easily reachable from both the Via Emilia and the Complanare. Excellent food (really delicious crescents) and very friendly and helpful staff. The "bubbles" by the pool are particular and make the atmosphere truly special

24/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria! We only ordered pizzas and coffee, and everything was very good. It's a shame the place is a bit far for us, but we'd definitely love to return if we happen to pass through that area.

24/08/2025: Friday evening, without a reservation. Welcome by a smiling waiter, we were immediately seated at our table. We ordered two pizzas (see photo), water, and a dessert. While waiting for our pizzas, I noticed a truly young and dynamic work environment. All the waiters were smiling and joking with each other, a sign of excellent communication. Both the ingredients and some desserts are finished by the waiters themselves before being brought to the table. For example, the prosciutto crudo, which was sliced ​​in front of us and placed on our pizzas. The desserts (such as profiteroles) are plated directly by the waiters and brought to the table. A well-deserved 5 stars. Congratulations
