24/03/2025: Clean place, essential environment for location and furnishings. Business dinner based on seafood paella (previously booked). What can I say, impeccable in quality and quantity (we also asked for the take away container). Informal but precise and attentive service in the room. Including water, wine, coffee and bitters we spent €35 each (well deserved) Absolutely recommended

04/03/2025: I have been coming here regularly since 2009 and it has never disappointed me. In my opinion they have the best seafood appetizer. The manager is always available and courteous, the service is extremely fast even when the place is full, and the food is impeccable.

15/02/2025: Io ed il mio fidanzato abbiamo scelto questa location per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Che dire, è stata una bellissima esperienza gourmet che consigliamo vivamente. Noi abbiamo scelto il percorso degustazione “Sentiero” da otto portate, arricchito da alcuni fuori menu gentilmente offerti dalla Chef e da noi molto graditi. Tra i piatti che ho apprezzato tantissimo: - Carciofo, Gran Cru di Grotta, Alloro, Capperi d’Aglio Orsino ed Erbe Spontanee; - Cappello del Prete di Latte, Riccio di Mare, Tuorlo sulla Cenere e Tartufo; - E infine, come portata principale, Rombo come un Croque Monsieur, Zabaione al Melograno, Alloro e Lattuga alla Brace. Oltre al buon cibo ed una bellissima location, questo ristorante si distingue per un personale di sala (compreso il sommelier) professionale, gentile e molto simpatico! In particolare, alla mia richiesta di aggiungere un messaggio personalizzato nel dessert, si sono dimostrati fin da subito molto cortesi e disponibili. Insomma, un’esperienza assolutamente positiva! Spero di tornare presto

11/03/2025: Good hotel near the Imola exit of the A14 motorway. Convenient for those who need to go to the Bologna fair area as it allows you to get there directly from the motorway in about 20/25 minutes. Large rooms, good cleaning and quality breakfast. It also has a very well-stocked gym available even from early in the morning. The only flaw is the soundproofing of the rooms to be improved. Overall, an excellent choice.

31/03/2025: In viaggio lungo la A14, abbiamo trovato chiuso il ristorante vicino al casello di Imola in cui andiamo di solito. Ci è stata consigliata "La Masseria", che offre cucina tipica emiliano-romagnola. Davvero una sorpresa alcuni piatti meno noti come la polenta con lo squacquerone. Abbiamo poi preso una costata (enorme) molto buona e tenera.

19/01/2025: Sono stata con un'amica per una pizza. Premetto che per prenotare chiedono, con un messaggio in segreteria telefonica, di mandare un whatsapp, ma nessuno risponde e se non si chiama dalle 19 in poi la prenotazione non è assocurata. Ci hanno sistemato in una sala in cui c'erano un paio di famiglie con bambini urlanti che hanno corso in mezzo ai tavoli tutta la sera, disturbando la cena e la conversazione altrui. Non ce l'ho con i bambini ma non è nemmeno possibile uscire di sabato sera e trovarsi in una situazione del genere... Vengo alla pizza: impasto morbido, condita bene ma non mi ha entusiasmato perché appena si raffredda un po' diventa chewimg gum. Servizio cortese ma per nulla empatico.

05/03/2025: Ca Dò is an intimate and quiet place, a good reference close to home to be reached with a pleasant walk in the historic center of Imola. The pizza is good, excellent for evenings with friends. The prices are very honest.

23/02/2025: I went for dinner, easily reachable with convenient parking. The welcoming location is quite well looked after, for the way you eat it certainly deserves better. Let's get to the dishes, very good quality, well made fish balls, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside with its very good aubergine puree. Prawns in kataify perfect right amount of kataify. Holy capes perfect for cooking without the breadcrumbs intrusive. Sea bream rolls, perfectly cooked, soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside, the only flaw is the lack of almond breading. The lemon zest present is perfect. Passatelli with prawns and citrus fruits very good. Rice cake with pistachios, it reminded me of homemade rice cake. I would take it back. 24/02/2025: It's the coffee I like most in Imola: if I don't get it in the office I'll get it here! Sweet and savory pastas are delicious, not to mention the Maritozzi stuffed with Chantilly cream. And then there are the dear Laila and Erjola who welcome you with a smile and a lot of kindness. Well done!!

23/02/2025: Nothing to complain about the service and quality, experienced by friends and family and by me in the past, but it doesn't have any vegan options, I think one of the very few bars in Imola! I suggest thinking about some proposals, in order to maintain a service up to the quality that has always distinguished it.
