02/08/2024: We spent a lovely evening outdoors with an excellent dinner. Very nice external environment, internal... I have to go back, I have to go back maybe in winter, I have to go back... even with friends. I recommend it, it's always better to book!
18/07/2024: I have already been to the Poggio Pollino estate several times and we have always found excellent food and both professional and friendly service, all in a perfect environment for all seasons, cool in summer and with a beautiful view, warm and welcoming in the colder seasons. I recommend it both for dinners as a couple and for larger companies!

01/09/2024: We stayed here spontaneously for one night and easily got a room in the evening without a reservation. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and assured us that all animals are welcome in the hotel.
The room was nice and the breakfast was OK. We can highly recommend the Molino Rosso for a short stay with a dog.

It may happen that you wait a few seconds to be able to sit down.
11/07/2024: There is no point in commenting because just by looking at their products you can taste a unique goodness. The staff is very professional and courteous, also an excellent place to have a delicious breakfast.

Raffinato la combinazione acidità e dolcezza, l’occhio gode e il palato festeggia. Ho festeggiato i miei primi 50 anni con la mia famiglia e posso solo ringraziare per avermi resa la serata molto bella. 💖🎉🎂🎈😃
26/07/2024: Location molto bella sia dentro che fuori, abbiamo cenato con un menù di 8 portate tutto ottimo con sapori unici, personale molto disponibile. Ci sono stato altre volte ma questa cena le ha superate tutte. Complimenti chef

24/08/2024: Three quarters of an hour to be served is too long. On the other hand, excellent prices.
20/08/2024: Passing through Pescara towards Milan we had dinner in this excellent pizzeria/restaurant. In order not to weigh ourselves down since we still had 270 km to go, we asked for a first course and a second course to share and they satisfied us without any problem. Specifically, spaghetti all'amatriciana and mixed fried food which, with cover charge, 2 drinks and 2 coffees, came to €40, excellent I'd say.
Very kind and friendly staff.

18/08/2024: Wonderful and digestible pizza, the master pizza chef is very dedicated to the selection of the ingredients and above all the flours for the dough, including, in addition to the wheat flour, the spelled dough and the solina, very tender and digestible. In the summer they also have a few outdoor tables, but the interior, with average air conditioning, is also very nice. Too bad it's very noisy: it's hard to talk inside. I would suggest adding some sound-absorbing panels or other systems to contain the internal reverberation.
06/08/2024: We passed by chance and the owner, even though it was still closed, allowed us to sit down and have a beer.
A chat, when restaurateurs are not improvised and hospitality is not taken for granted.
Thank you and we will come back to eat at the first opportunity.

La prima all' interno di un dismesso molino per olive in stile industriale curato nei dettagli e l 'altra sala elegante dove si possono degustare menù gourmet.
Piatti curati e con prodotti di qualità.
Lista vini con numerose etichette.
Ottimo il servizio, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

We were queuing on the A14 Adriatica motorway and it was time for lunch
We went out to Imola and immediately upon exiting we found the masseria
A beautiful experience🌈
Nice clean place, fast and efficient service.
Abundant, good and unique dishes.
Fair cost ✅
There were 3 of us, we ate well and left satisfied
The room is particularly equipped for children, large with a clean and equipped bathroom for changing the puppets.
Large car park in front with outdoor terrace
Definitely coming back 👍
Booking in advance is recommended
01/08/2024: We took 2 pizzas, 3 tagliatelle and a platter with fried dumplings.
The pizzas were as thick as crackers and the mozzarella tasted like nothing, the tagliatelle were raw but with a good ragù and the fried gnocco had very few cured meats alongside it
