10/05/2025: Top marks, Saturday afternoon for lunch, impeccable service with Matteo and his colleague, excellent food (I recommend the artichoke heart as a starter and the veal with tuna sauce with asparagus for the second course). Well-structured wine list for every need. The place is ancient and well looked after, there is an air of times gone by. I won't comment on the quality/price ratio because my sister-in-law who had her birthday thought about it! From a peek at the menu I would say good in any case. 20/05/2025: We were here during the Formula 1 GP. We ordered 1 tagliata and 1 rib steak. I think in all these years I have never eaten such a well-made rib steak. The tagliata was also exceptional. Very friendly and helpful staff. Keep it up

Cresciuto poi anche come ristorante, attualmente propone cibi di ottima qualità tra tradizione e ricerca di innovazione. Piatti buonissimi sia qualitativamente ma anche curati nell'aspetto. 26/04/2025: Every time I go back I always wonder why it doesn't have a Michelin star yet, because from the service to the food everything is almost perfect. Even the furniture; although the series of ancient Roman style busts could make it slip into kitsch, it instead gives it a touch of class. The à la carte proposal is excellent with land and sea dishes where the quality of the product is enhanced by the chef with innovative proposals, even if there always remains a connection to the local cuisine. High-level wine list, with important labels. The selection of spirits is amazing with a real gem in the Bas Armagnac Dartigalongue. A real pleasure to be guided in the choice of wine.

For goodness sake, nothing to say but for 3 trios of identical simple and unpretentious first courses, two bottles of water, two cups with strawberries and a cup of mulled milk 100 euros seems crazy to me. Dear manager friend, you've seen me once and you'll never see me again.

15/05/2025: I stopped for lunch for work, I ate pizza and good quality. Fast and friendly service, normal prices. Free parking and plenty of parking spaces. Recommended.

31/05/2025: We wanted to try again, hoping that the last time it had been a coincidence that we had eaten badly, but what we thought was confirmed. Everything was of low quality, both the meat and the fish, but the thing that really made me decide not to return (aside from the poor quality of the food) was one waiter in particular. I saw him have a really unsympathetic attitude with a boy who had a cognitive delay who had only asked him where the bathroom was, and the waiter, not understanding (because the boy stammered), left him there without an answer and went away. To be clear, I understood from two tables away that he wanted directions to the bathroom. And to end on a high note, we paid really TOO MUCH for that and above all how we ate! I want to specify that the service of the other waiters who served us was very polite and helpful, they were understanding and smiling. I only have one more try left for the pizza which from memory, I remember was very good, but the rest definitely NOT.
