13/11/2025: Well, yes, I confess: I'm more into trattorias, rustic/popular cuisine, and places, so this is a different story, and I probably don't have the skills or even the palate to review such a place.
Themed dinner with a fixed menu (Baccanale 2025) and an exceptional experience from a food and wine perspective, as this restaurant truly pampers you in every sense of the word.
Each course was sublime, and the co-star of the dish (sauce, mousse, cream, or side dish) was always worth the "main character": in my opinion, this is the difference between a great chef and a... good one.
I can't mention all the courses; I choose the squacquerone and truffle cappelletti with cabbage mousse and smoked Sarawak black pepper, and an extraordinary French white wine (Les Olivettes).
Wonderful service, both in the staff and in the various off-menu extras.
If I really had to find a flaw, I would have expected a little more from the desserts, and the atmosphere can seem a bit dated.
The bill is... "significant," but that's understandable, and you have to eat here (at least) once in your life!

03/12/2025: A very welcoming place. We went on a Wednesday at noon, and it wasn't crowded. The manager was very friendly and unobtrusive.
Very good food, no frills but well-prepared.

01/12/2025: I ate well, but my companions didn't. Tagliatelle with wild boar: the sauce was excellent, but the pasta was completely torn into squares, and very little. The mutton was raw, and the fries were greasy and salty. The location was neglected, the scenery beautiful. I wouldn't return under these conditions.

20/11/2025: I stumbled upon this place by chance, simply because it was close to my accommodation... and it turned out to be a delightful discovery. The atmosphere is welcoming, informal, and truly gives you the feeling of being among friends.
I returned several times during my stay, tasting the truly delicious pizza and also having the opportunity to try the homemade appetizers and first courses. I must say, I was amazed by the quality and deliciousness... and I say this as someone who makes fresh pasta professionally!
I always finished with dessert, and with the bill, I was always offered a digestif as a courtesy: a simple but much appreciated gesture.
If you're looking for a place without the pretensions of "chic," but where you can eat well, authentically, in a relaxed and casual atmosphere, this is the place.
When I return to the area, I'll definitely stop by again to enjoy some more delicious dishes. 🍽️✨

25/08/2025: Very cozy place with fresh fish. We had a fresh fish platter, grill octopus and vongole pasta. All the dishes were amazing. Will definitely come back for more to try.

01/11/2025: I'd say it's worth a try. The food was good, the grill was good, and the fried food was good. But as I always say, it's a matter of taste, and above all, try it at least once.
30/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding on October 25th.
We found the service to be impeccable, friendly, and helpful.
Diana, who handled the wedding planning, was always there for us and available.
The guests were happy, we ate deliciously, and had a great time.
The location is wonderful: we had both the ceremony and the party, and they were available to set up both.
The staff was efficient, well-prepared, and super kind.
We were delighted to celebrate our wedding here and will definitely recommend it to others.

Quiet atmosphere, just steps from the Imola circuit.
28/10/2025: Excellent value for money. The pizza is typically thin-crust, and I really like it. Good availability. Friendly, fast service. Reservations are not accepted for groups of less than 4 people, so you'll always find a place to eat if you wait a reasonable amount of time.

We had the giant sausage and broccoli rabe pizza with provolone cheese and the giant prosciutto pizza with arugula and shaved prosciutto...
Really good.
Then we had some tasty treats like chips and potato croquettes.
And finally, the highlight of the evening, an excellent lemon delight straight from the Amalfi Coast.
What more could you ask for? An excellent limoncello.

30/11/2025: A quasi-work lunch at the end of a morning at the racetrack, which is just 200 meters away.
We ate tortellini, grilled meat with baked potatoes, and a huge portion of tiramisu. Red wine was fine, but the white had too many bubbles. Coffee was Imola-standard...
