08/07/2025: We visited Fiore Mio in Faenza on a July evening. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, but extremely noisy: an evening spent at the table risks turning into a bit of an acoustic challenge. A few sound-absorbing panels would really make a difference. We ordered a Marinara (the dough cannot be changed) and a Parmigiana with three consistencies. I received the pizza first, while Giorgia 🍑 had to wait an additional three minutes—nothing serious, but noteworthy for a place that focuses on a refined experience. The Parmigiana is one of the gourmet pizzas offered: beautiful to look at, but a bit thin in the center and with a slightly undercooked sensation inside. The Marinara, on the other hand, stands out for the quality of the tomato, truly remarkable, but overall it didn't impress us as much as we expected, given the rave reviews we'd received previously. We spent €36.50 for two (two pizzas, water, and a Coke), a price in line with gourmet pizzerias, but one that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth given the less than satisfying experience. In short: a well-intentioned place, but overrated, at least in our experience. There's room for improvement both in the management of the space and in the balance of the pizzas.

Cibo di ottima qualità degno di un ristorante stellato.. un tagliolino cacio e pepe che neanche nei migliori ristoranti di trastevere.. prezzi onesti, personale cortese giovane e competente.. il Cerviamare è una chicca per la riviera romagnola.

08/08/2025: A pranzo 2 spiedini con 4 gamberi + 4 seppie + 1 patata al forno costano 18 €. Buoni ma il prezzo lo trovo esagerato. Poca gente comunque ai tavoli rispetto all’anno scorso.

14/07/2025: Review: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ An hour wait for two piadinas... definitely too long. I understand it can get busy, but such a wait for such a simple dish is unacceptable. The piadinas were good, but nothing exceptional to justify the wait. Service was courteous but slow.

11/04/2025: When you don't have time to go to the Romagna Riviera but you want some piadina, the solution is to go to Montecavolo Then with the renovated venue we are at the top

I personally tried the fried polenta, pumpkin cappellacci, roast lamb shoulder, venison "in the woods," and a coffee mousse...all so spectacular that I couldn't choose a favorite. All the other dishes at the table that I didn't try were also excellent, according to other diners.

15/06/2025: The name “Osteria” could be misleading, but Osteria Alberto, just outside Ferrara, is much more than you might expect. Welcomed without a reservation by the very kind Martina, who with great kindness and courtesy sat me down and served me quickly despite the place being full, I immediately perceived a rustic and authentic environment, which however soon leaves room for a high-level gastronomic experience. The menu immediately reveals the chef's intent: to reinterpret tradition with creativity, without ever distorting it. I tasted two appetizers: fried polenta in Parmesan fondue and truffle, very fragrant and delicious, and a plate of raw ham with vegetables and warm balsamic vinegar cream, a real treat for those who love this ingredient. But the dish that really won me over were the cappelletti au gratin: very small, with a very thin pastry and a delicious filling. The choice to serve them au gratin was surprising and satisfying. The meal was accompanied by an excellent glass of wine, chosen from two proposals chosen by Martina (a great wine connoisseur) at the time of opening. The bill? A little above average, but absolutely consistent with the quality of the raw materials and the care of the proposal. A place to recommend for those who love traditional cuisine elevated with taste and competence. I will be back very willingly!

16/06/2025: Sono stato a cena con la mia famiglia e abbiamo preso 3 pizze e uno spiedino di pesce con patatine fritte. Pizze buonissime sia di impasto che di ingredienti, cotta bene. Spiedini di pesce buonissimi, croccanti e morbidi, soprattutto le seppie. Conto giusto per quanto ordinato. Da non dimenticare la super cordialità del personale di sala, veramente carini e disponibili.

20/07/2025: Siamo tornati a trovare Luca e la moglie dopo alcuni anni. Si pranza nell'accogliente giardino, sempre più verde e sempre più fresco. L'accoglienza è sempre speciale, anche fosse la prima volta, ci si sente da "amici". Le ragazze che servono sono cordiali, efficienti e come direbbe mia moglie inglese,....smart ! Venendo al menù, grande - seppur semplice - il piatto di straccetti di pollo "pulaster" (e qui tradisce la milanesità del proprietario) cotto a puntino, morbido e accompagnato da una deliziosa salsina al limone. Ottimi i tagliolini al burro di tartufo e la battuta di manzo. Si termina con due validi dessert: tiramisu e catalana. Prezzo nella media.

19/06/2025: Enchanting place, surrounded by nature. Large, welcoming and comfortable rooms. Top cuisine, with first choice products and dishes cooked to perfection. But the real difference is made by "the 2": Luca and Nicla, impeccable hosts! Thank you! Everything perfect! We will definitely be back ☺️

04/08/2025: Pizza and paella evening, disorganized, paella really poor, people about a hundred, pizza chef who churns out 3 pizzas at a time and it was supposed to be a buffet, sorry, not to be repeated

27/07/2025: Here I found the worst of the worst, all wrapped up in one person, the "jack of all trades" waiter. He showed up at the table in a flustered manner without a menu card; we waited an hour and ten minutes for the first course; he shouted from all sides at the two waitresses, who seemed more competent than him, but were certainly very kind. Naturally, we didn't order anything else and I went to the register to pay. There too, I had to wait ten minutes for the aforementioned "jack of all trades" waiter to tell the cashier what we had consumed, including the cost. To my surprise, there were menu cards at the entrance, which I opened and checked. We said goodbye, which will never happen.
