29/11/2025: It deserves a third star. I always come back here with pleasure. It's a constant pampering...
13/11/2025: Well, yes, I confess: I'm more into trattorias, rustic/popular cuisine, and places, so this is a different story, and I probably don't have the skills or even the palate to review such a place. Themed dinner with a fixed menu (Baccanale 2025) and an exceptional experience from a food and wine perspective, as this restaurant truly pampers you in every sense of the word. Each course was sublime, and the co-star of the dish (sauce, mousse, cream, or side dish) was always worth the "main character": in my opinion, this is the difference between a great chef and a... good one. I can't mention all the courses; I choose the squacquerone and truffle cappelletti with cabbage mousse and smoked Sarawak black pepper, and an extraordinary French white wine (Les Olivettes). Wonderful service, both in the staff and in the various off-menu extras. If I really had to find a flaw, I would have expected a little more from the desserts, and the atmosphere can seem a bit dated. The bill is... "significant," but that's understandable, and you have to eat here (at least) once in your life!

17/11/2025: What else can I say but praise this gastronomic excellence? Delicious dishes, a varied menu with Romagna and national dishes, such as tagliatelle with ragù and baked lasagna, wild boar stew combined with ethnic or vegetarian dishes, all with a selection of the highest quality ingredients. The fresh and fragrant fried porcini mushrooms were an excellent appetizer, but the ricotta and mascarpone ravioli with porcini sauce, or the passatelli with crispy bacon, were also delicious. The wild boar and Jerusalem artichokes were also exquisite. To finish, two truly phenomenal desserts, still in keeping with tradition, a Mont Blanc and an extraordinarily light tiramisu. But ask and you'll see they'll be happy to show you the beauty of the meticulously maintained restaurant, with tableware handmade by a disabled cooperative who made every dish unique, doors designed by Tonino Guerra, and more. The prices are absolutely competitive, making the price-quality ratio one of the best in the world. Let's not forget the location: less than half an hour from Rimini, a quarter of an hour from Santarcangelo, you reach this village at the foot of a spectacular mountain, with a magnificent view of the lower valley, stretching from Gabicce to Cervia. Considering the social function that the management cooperative aims to promote and cultivate, I'd say everyone should experience this splendid corner of Romagna and the Marecchia Valley at least once.

05/09/2025: We went to this gelateria to end an evening on September 1, 2025, recommended by friends. We moved to Milano Marittima in April, and I hadn't yet had a chance to try their gelato. What can I say? SUPERLATIVE! We tried the flavors: Black Hawaii (if I'm not mistaken, that's what it's called), Ricotta al Sale, and Lotus. We fell in love. Truly special and friendly people, with whom we even had a chat. P.S. They make their own cream. Try it, you won't regret it! Highly recommended!

22/09/2025: I absolutely recommend this place! The ambiance is wonderful in the old town; with a gentle breeze, you'll want to sit there forever. Giovanni makes his own "spritz" with lime and mint; we drank several; it's wonderfully refreshing. Be sure to ask for it; it's not on the menu. We also enjoyed two snack plates with Parma ham and mascarpone spread. With the coffee, we also had a biscuit, typical of the region, with almonds. Very delicious.

20/09/2025: Popped in for lunch on Friday at noon. Each dish was a work of art. We had gnocchi with snails, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (in season), and the zucchini dish. Each presented harmonious combinations of flavors and textures. They provided a basket of sour dough bread that was perfect for getting the last bits of sauce. Presentations were colorful and artistic. The service was friendly and efficient. The restroom was very clean with a design that would be very accessible to persons with disabilities / wheelchairs. So glad we found them. Amending my review to say that we enjoyed it so much we decided to make it our last meal in Parma before catching the train to Milano. Today the new dishes tried were the bucatini with asparagus & caviar, and spaghetti with coconut, cashews, & oysters. Everything was as perfect as yesterday.

05/11/2025: For a special occasion, we treated ourselves to a seafood trattoria in Ferrara's historic center. The atmosphere is familiar, atmospheric, and warm. The entrance is unique: the interior is visible before entering, thanks to the large window. The carefully crafted and fragrant dishes did not disappoint! We received a small welcome aperitif with anchovy butter to spread on crostini. A glass of Lugana before starting immediately warmed us up and guided us to the appetizers: a red shrimp tartare with burrata and a colorful octopus with a thousand flavors. We then split a first course of burnt wheat passatelli with fish and lime, worthy of the end of the world, and also a turbot fillet with artichokes and licorice. We couldn't resist and also ordered a small plate of fried food, fragrant and delicious. We finished with a small birthday cake, a delicious millefeuille with flowers, and we blew out the candle—a super birthday!

01/09/2025: A modern, elegant location, not gaudy, with a relaxing atmosphere. The dishes were excellent, both in presentation and, above all, in taste. The wine cellar was fantastic. We followed the sommelier's advice (the owner, who is very professional and knowledgeable), and, as with the dishes, they were top-notch. A very, very pleasant experience.

10/12/2025: We're returning after eight years for our anniversary. What can I say? A memorable experience. The "Miseria e Nobiltà" menu was astonishing. All the dishes, in my opinion, were remarkable. Unlike last time, when some dishes didn't impress us. Jazz duck, an improvisation on duck, is one of the most incredible dishes I've ever eaten. Bottura also stopped by, and like last time, it was a pleasure to meet and chat. I think it's impossible to be disappointed by a menu like this. The price is obviously absurd, but it's within the standard of a three-Michelin-star restaurant.
18/06/2025: La mia sufficienza per l’esperienza è semplicemente legata a degli imprevisti nel servizio. Azzardata la scelta degli abbinamenti per la degustazione Miseria e nobiltà. Inaccettabile la reazione di uno dei sommelier al problema sollevato riguardo lo stato di conservazione di uno dei vini. Annotazione fatta da un sommelier altrettanto qualificato seduto al mio tavolo. Il ragazzo ha sostituito il vino ma con supponenza ha manifestato il suo disappunto senza assaggiare il vino in questione e dicendo palesemente che non era d’accordo. Mi limito a dare un piccolo consiglio a chi segue la sala: il servizio di un ristorante di così alto livello dovrebbe essere supervisionato da qualcuno con più esperienza. Ammirevole la presenza di tanti giovani ma la gestione di questi inconvenienti non può essere affidata ad un personale così giovane semplicemente perché “acerbo” nel gestire questi inconvenienti. Piccolo consiglio all’architetto che ha curato gli interni: togliamo le tende oscuranti che dopo quasi 5 ore di pranzo con la luce artificiale mandano in tilt il cervello????? Lo chef resta intoccabile.

21/09/2025: We stopped for lunch at this beachfront establishment, and while the woman serving us was very kind, I can't praise the food we ordered. The pasta was made with a fish sauce that was clearly frozen (with perfect rectangles of calamari), despite her assurances that it was fresh. When I pointed this out to my colleague, she was annoyed and said she wasn't in a restaurant. The fried food was also clearly frozen and not very crispy. Catering doesn't necessarily mean owning a restaurant!
31/08/2025: I love this little place. The staff is really friendly. Even at the end of the season, they still have a smile for everyone. The spaghetti with clams tasted like seafood. Kudos to the really friendly staff. The beer by the glass is excellent.
