09/11/2025: DON’T COME HERE! The Food sucks!!! I got the spaghetti and meatballs and was very salty and meatball wasn’t fresh. It’s not even an Italian thing. They charge $4 euro for water and $2 a person for cover charge, ripped off!!!

05/11/2025: Fast friendly and efficient service! Carbonara and seafood plate were both great. Would recommend for a quick, easy and quality lunch or dinner.

13/11/2025: We went to Da Nello twice during our stay in Sorrento, once for lunch and another time for dinner and we were very happy on both occasions. We found the place affordable and authentic with great food and nice service. In fact it was our overall favourite restaurant in Sorrento and we’d gladly come back again.

05/11/2025: I went for lunch with my parents and my 3-year-old daughter a couple of weeks ago: the reviews were very good, and I can confirm that. The prices are a bit higher than the Sorrento average, but it's definitely not a mediocre or touristy restaurant: from the service to the food, everything is top-notch and worth the expense. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests, and they offer a three-course set menu (appetizer, a choice of first or second course, and dessert) for €50. The average price is €20-40 per dish, and the quality is excellent. They also offer children's dishes. The historic setting is meticulously maintained, the terrace is beautiful, and the interior dining rooms are equally impressive. Definitely an excellent choice for dining in Sorrento.

04/11/2025: One of the best places we came across here in Sorrento. I had the first lemon sauce spaghetti, and I love it. The waitress was very lovely, gentle and educated. We sat in the middle of the afternoon and he gave his best.

08/11/2025: We were extremely impressed. Everything about this restaurant is wonderful: the food is incredibly delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again. A truly Michelin-worthy restaurant. 15/10/2025: A "museum" restaurant dedicated to Enrico Caruso. The walls are filled to the brim with memorabilia of the great tenor. Their food selections was great and tasty, if you've overate from trying everything during the day they also apparently have a great selection of tasting menus. I call it more a restaurant with a museum gimmick than a museum with a restaurant, it's not a bad thing however. My family visit was a bit more focused on the food so all I could learn about Enrico Caruso were some small tidbits and quotes written in the menu. Beaides they are playing old recordings of the gret tenor and my god all of them are enjoyable to accompany you during a good meal 10va/10 would recommend.

07/10/2025: If you want to delve into a piece of Italian opera history, this is worth a visit. Stylish and good food, but it can get busy at times, so you'll have to attract the waiter's attention, especially with your drinks. Not cheap, but definitely a special experience.

09/11/2025: An amazing place. We went there because it was right next to the train station. We sat on the covered terrace on a cold day and were nice and warm and comfortable. The atmosphere is lovely. The waiters are professional and friendly. And the food... spectacular! The gnocchi alla Sorrentina are incredible. The desserts are also a hit!

19/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant with exceptional service and delicious cuisine. It has a homely atmosphere, and the dishes are prepared to perfection. The steak was delicious, served perfectly done. The seafood pasta was equally delicious, and the portions are generous.

08/10/2025: Edit: It’s been 4 years since I wrote this review and I still think about this Limoncello Spritz at least once a week… Best place to watch the sunset. Nice view over the marina, Naples and the Vesuvius. And the limoncello spritz with fresh mint is unlike anything you’ll ever have. Very affordable as well!

30/09/2025: This is my first time leaving a Google review. It's self-service, so the prices are reasonable, and the owner is incredibly friendly. The view is great, and it's a great sunset spot! I recommend it for a quick snack and a drink or coffee!

21/10/2025: It's a takeout-only deli. We bought some sandwiches. They were delicious, but they had very little tuna or chicken.

12/10/2025: They are very nice, fast, very delicious pizza. It's a small hidden place, but it's worth buying it here. Only for takeaway, but great❤️

12/11/2025: Excellent food. This place had a few more meat options, which was a nice surprise. Everything we had was wonderful. Service was great, friendly and restaurant clientele was also super friendly. Definitely would recommend to others. We had T-bone steak and lamb chops.

10/11/2025: Wandering along Corso Italia trying to decide among the numerous eateries, I was attracted by the cute signs (in English) on some tables, my fave being "If you're in a hurry, you're in the wrong place." My dining philosophy exactly. I had gnocchi all sorrentina and a glass of red table wine. The portion of wine was, as another sign said, generous. The wine - a Primitivo di Manduria - was outstanding: velvety smooth, warm, full-bodied. The gnocchi was 'divino'. The staff (and Nino) were so nice I felt like I was eating dinner at a friend's house - but none of my friends could possibly make such good food. So good that I dined there every day of my 5 days in Sorrento, except, sadly, their day off. I had the gnocchi again, also the cannelloni al forno and the tiramisu. Mangiare in paradiso! I solved the queue problem by moving my dinner hour to 5 pm, just before they start to fill up. This was my first stay in Sorrento, and I have many good memories, but what I will miss most is my meals at Taverna Azz!

11/11/2025: We had lunch there on a day when we were visiting Sorrento and it was raining heavily. We ordered a dish of gnocchi, a dish of spaghetti with tomato sauce, and a dish with clams for €64 (no dessert, just water). We ate the exact same dishes five days earlier in a small trattoria in Naples (Da Maria) for €38… So, the price was excessive, even if it was good (as good as the small trattoria!). I won't be going back.

06/11/2025: I got pasta here that changed my life. It had a lemon creme sauce that was just slightly sweet. Service was great too.

23/10/2025: Very nice food！The lobster pasta was super good. Every bite had that fresh-from-the-sea flavor. Seafood was of high quality. Everything was cooked just right and very juicy. The service was warm and attentive, too. Definitely a must-try if you come to Sorrento.

12/10/2025: Lively spot in a Sorrento alleyway with charismatic waiters. Seafood linguine was 10/10.
