03/06/2025: A small and wonderful Certosa We celebrated the communion of our beloved granddaughter Fiorella in this splendid structure with an ancient charm, which is exactly what we were looking for and what struck us the most. The atmosphere is truly suggestive and welcoming. The staff was exceptional: the constant presence of the maître, the waiters and even the owners made the entire service impeccable and very attentive. We really felt looked after and pampered at every moment. The food? Simply delicious and special. You can clearly perceive the care in the choice of products, all of the highest quality and very refined. Thanks also to the beautiful sunny day, we were able to enjoy and appreciate the garden made available to us for the ceremony, all in the open air and in perfect harmony with the nature of the place. I highly recommend this structure to those who want an elegant but at the same time welcoming place, where every detail is taken care of with passion.

05/06/2025: Ho conosciuto questo ristorante per caso tramite social, attratto da alcuni video decidiamo di pranzare una domenica e provare. La location è bella, pulita e ordinata. Seduti veniamo accolti da Luigi proprietario del locale che subito ci consiglia alcuni piatti della casa. Antipasti buonissimi, qualità eccellente e cucinati in maniera altrettanto eccellente, piatti a mio avviso degni di stella Michelin, si passa da piatti classici della cucina partenopea rivisitati a salumi di pesce fatti da loro... è difficile spiegare a parole un piatto che riesce a stimolare i sensi e produrre un'esperienza piacevole e gratificante. Si prosegue con i primi sempre di pesce, pasta cotta al punto giusto con un abbinamento di gusti veramente da chef stellato. Concludiamo con dei dolci sempre fatti in casa.....strepitosi.... è da provare, vi dico solo che al momento del conto ho prenotato per festeggiare la comunione di mio figlio. Lo consiglio vivamente!

The rustic atmosphere is very charming and quiet, with traditional Neapolitan music playing in the background, making it all pleasant. Service is fast and impeccable. It's a shame, however, that despite the fact that accessibility is advertised (both on the website and by the staff when you call), it consists of two very uncomfortable steps, making it difficult for wheelchair users to access the restaurant.

15/06/2025: Cenare in una Domus Romana, con uno staff accogliente che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, gustando prodotti di qualità che rappresentano il territorio eseguiti in maniera veramente eccellente - non tutti se lo possono permettere! Angeli e Demoni è tutto questo ed è stata una gran bella scoperta che consiglio di vivere. Io sicuramente ci tornerò per scoprire nuove esperienze.

02/07/2025: My husband and I were there this evening to celebrate our third wedding anniversary, he had already tried the chef's dishes and for this reason he strongly wanted to book there, for me it was the first time ... an UNFORGETTABLE first time!!! Everything was so meticulously perfect ... the welcome, the service, the kindness of all the staff and all the dishes ... what can I say, the dishes were an explosion of flavors, each combination married perfectly with the other, behind each course there is the study of a chef to be praised. An unrivaled culinary experience, in a personal list the white chill out prince for us wins hands down. Thank you for making our anniversary Magnificent.

27/06/2025: A luxury style restaurant with a sophisticated atmosphere. Well presented dishes with fresh ingredients and normal portions. I would give two pieces of advice: do not clear the plates too quickly when the guests finish their food, it has happened several times and it is not pleasant. The second piece of advice concerns the desserts, the industrial lemon sorbet at €8 is too much.

01/06/2025: DA NON CREDERE … una prenotazione fatta dal sito dalle 8.30 con conferma-arrivata via mail della prenotazione Alle 13.29 bloccato nel traffico tra tangenziale e Pozzuoli ci arriva la chiamata del proprietario che non aveva posto avendo visto tardi la prenotazione . Ci siamo ritrovati con i miei genitori anziani e una bimba a girovagare per Pozzuoli a trovare un posto (ovviamente tutto pieno ). Capisco che il problema può nascere ma accertato che era colpa loro dovevano loro trovate una soluzione . Quindi sara’ anche ottimo come cucina Ma professionalità 0

07/07/2025: Overall good. Abundant and quite tasty appetizers, shame about finding beams - not bones - in the fried cod. The Genovese was very good, the wine was bad (Aglianico), the orecchiette were clearly reheated, the service was quite attentive and very kind. I am attaching a photo of the bones to avoid being labeled as a fake review. Nice cuts of meat, but perhaps too attached to that workhorse and unprepared for other requests. If you go with the idea of ​​eating ONLY meat, it is the perfect place. Otherwise there is something else.

29/06/2025: Little respect for animals, alive or dead The restaurant may have a certain reputation, but the experience was deeply disappointing, especially for those who care about respect for animals. Dogs - even if well-behaved and calm - are subjected to very strict rules, including the absurd prohibition of drinking water. A rigid and inexplicable behavior, which makes the owners feel unwelcome and judged. But what really leaves a bitter taste in the mouth is the underlying hypocrisy: while live animals are denied even a bowl of water, the walls are proudly displayed with stuffed heads of animals killed for "decorum". A grotesque and disturbing scene, which reveals a total lack of sensitivity. A place like this can also boast excellent cuisine (warm heart cake excluded), but without a minimum of empathy towards every form of life, the taste of the experience remains very bitter. NEVER AGAIN!!!

From the moment I walked into Hosteria La Tradizione, I felt warmly welcomed—with a glass of Prosecco and a perfectly crisp pacchero fritto as an aperitivo. A great start that only hinted at what was to come. Gennaro, the host, is a true gem—extremely knowledgeable about wines from every corner of the world and passionate about pairing them thoughtfully with each dish. I started with an exceptional beef tartare, followed by a beautifully cooked steak served on pietra lavica (lava stone), which added both flavor and flair to the experience. The evening ended on a high note with a unique and memorable dessert: blue cheese infused with dark chocolate, paired masterfully with a Falanghina passito. An unexpected and delightful combination. Special thanks to Chef Giovanni and Giusy for their creativity and attention to detail. Every element of the meal had a personal touch that made it feel special. Highly recommended if you're in the Napoli area—this is a place that celebrates tradition, innovation, and hospitality all in one.

Convenient not to bring a menu to the table to offer banal dishes at oversized costs. I'm the one who didn't pretend to be able to read a menu.

27/06/2025: This is a historic restaurant in the area, except that it has moved a few meters further, towards Agnano. Very beautiful location, well-kept outdoor garden, welcoming, clean, tastefully furnished room with windows. We ate an excellent seafood appetizer (perhaps a little more seasoned), a superb seafood risotto and an excellent sparkling Falanghina. The waiting staff were helpful, kind, competent. We will be back!!

13/06/2025: Excellent value for money. Exceptional pizza, light but tasty with different doughs. Available for celiacs and according to my friend really tasty. Excellent cuisine with traditional fish and meat dishes. Convenient location and the garden in summer has its reasons. Easy to park and also accessible in a wheelchair. Welcoming and polite staff. Last but not least, excellent value for money. To avoid waiting in the evening it is better to book. The wine selection could be improved.

08/06/2025: Sunday lunch, crowded place. We had a reservation, they seated us right away. There were about twenty of us, but the service was fast and precise. We sat outside, among the flowers. We had a great time and the pizza was excellent.

18/07/2025: Fantastic experience last night. Fixed menu, fair price. They presented all the dishes, perfectly portioned, perfectly priced, everything included, from water and wine to appetizers, dessert, and liqueurs. The dishes were truly, truly excellent. My partner, who is allergic to lemon, had them specially prepared for her. Kind, friendly, and professional. An experience I absolutely must repeat!

24/06/2025: My wife and I, together with relatives and friends celebrated our fiftieth wedding anniversary, a few days ago, I must say that we had a great lunch all seafood-based, the service was very attentive to detail, exceptional food, the restaurant has parking and a play area for children, a special thanks to Mr Massimo, who guided us from the choice of the menu, to the setting of the table up to the opening of the wedding cake.
