08/06/2025: Sunday lunch with a couple of friends. The arrival at the structure is simple not far from the highway but in a few minutes you find yourself immersed in the hills of Irpinia.
The location is beautiful, large and refined spaces.
We order several courses also on the suggestion of the staff. The same goes for the wine. I don't want to go into too much detail but simply want to say that the reality went well beyond any rosiest prediction.
Unique dishes of both meat and fish. Very qualified, kind and helpful staff. The prices are also in line with the product offered.
All accompanied by excellent wines.
Truly compliments to the staff and management. We will definitely return for a new experience.
19/05/2025: Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's first communion in this magical place and there are no adequate words to describe the perfection of the event. Everything was impeccable! Obviously, however, nothing happens by chance and therefore our special thanks goes to Valentina, simply perfect!! Excellent advisor and organizer. She was the pillar of the event that was a great success and as we wanted and... expected! Thank you and see you soon

24/05/2025: Siamo arrivati alle 22:30 abbiamo ordinato gli antipasti, volevamo ordinare il primo e ci dicono di ordinarli dopo. Mangiamo gli antipasti e giustamente si fanno le 23:25, chiediamo di ordinare il primo e ci dicono che non si può fare. Impossibile pensare di avere un attività di ristorazione e dire che la cucina è chiusa! Rispetto per i camerieri, con gli chef, per tutti. Ma non puoi dirmi ordina dopo e quando voglio ordinare non posso farlo! Non ho potuto mangiare! E non si tratta di potersi accontentare di altro, lo potevi fare, ma la situazione è impensabile!

04/05/2025: The Oasis is a guarantee of good taste. Friendly and competent staff. All dishes are well taken care of down to the smallest details. With unique flavors. The savory macaron is spectacular, a real taste experience. Finding a flaw in these dishes means not satisfying the palate and not understanding what it means to combine modernity and experience with tradition and typical dishes. Having said that, don't worry about the price if you want to try a one-of-a-kind taste experience. To try and try again.

01/06/2025: Posso dire che sono cliente abituale, ma ultimamente la qualità è scesa parecchio per non parlare dei prezzi del menu che sono saliti. In pratica anche con lo sconto vai a pagare quasi il prezzo di altri ristoranti dove la qualità è nettamente superiore.

31/05/2025: Sono anni che vado in questa pasticceria ma penso sia cambiata gestione ed è cambiato tutto molto in negativo!Stamattina in un cornetto crema e amarena ho trovato la base di plastica di una candelina…l ho fatto notare alla proprietaria…presumo lo sia…una signora con i capelli biondi la quale con molto “candore” mi ha detto che me l avrebbe sostituito….cosa che non ho voluto assolutamente accettare!Ritengo quanto sia accaduto piuttosto grave!

Posto ideale per i bambini , cibo di qualità e cucinato veramente bene nonostante la gran quantità di gente presente. Personale educatissimo e attento a ogni nostra esigenza .ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente torneremo

Everything is very good from the appetizer to the dessert washed down with an excellent wine, average prices, if you want there are also tables outside and you can easily bring your four-legged friend. Braciami is a delightful discovery in Avellino: a restaurant that manages to combine the authenticity of true Neapolitan pizza with a selection of top-quality meats, all in a refined but never excessive environment.
The pizza is a real strong point: soft and light dough, with a well-alveolated crust and a fragrance that tells of hours of expert leavening. Top-quality ingredients, from yellow cherry tomatoes to buffalo mozzarella, with a balance of flavors that satisfies the most demanding palates. Each pizza is a small masterpiece of taste and technique.
But it is with grilled meat that Braciami confirms its excellence. The selection is wide and well-studied, with fine cuts cooked to perfection, in full respect of the raw materials. Fillets, tomahawks, ribs and gourmet hamburgers: each proposal has its own identity, enhanced by precise cooking and never banal accompaniments.
The service is punctual, courteous and discreet. The staff is prepared and knows how to guide with professionalism in the choice between wines - excellent list - and the dishes most suited to each person's taste.
