28/03/2024: Starting from the assumption that I am fond of this place, so much so that I even celebrated my wedding vows there, I can tell you that it never disappoints me. Beautiful and well-kept location, open kitchen, beautiful cured meats and cheese department... if we also add a play area for children, it becomes perfect. One of the best pizzas in the province of Avellino, very light and with fabulous combinations of ingredients. Among the many, I would like to recommend Carmasciano, a few ingredients that create a true explosion of flavours. The cutting boards, first and second courses are also excellent. And do we want to talk about the wines? They have all the best wineries in Irpinia, almost only those, and rightly so. But it is the price of the bottles that is astonishing, sometimes it is lower than that of the various wine shops in the area. I hope they don't change this policy because when we go there we also get to taste expensive bottles that otherwise, due to the high prices they usually charge at restaurants, we would only drink at home. Friendly and polite staff....highly recommended.

25/04/2024: Unspeakable, one star just to be able to write the review, non-existent seriousness and professionalism. After having been to the business twice to order and arrange the delivery of a cake to a bar perhaps not even 5 minutes away where my daughter had organized an aperitif to celebrate her graduation with friends who had also come from outside the region. That same early afternoon of 12/18/2021 I called the pastry shop to once again arrange delivery for 8.00 pm. At 9.27pm my daughter asks the bar to serve the cake but the owner reports that it has not been delivered, so I call from Ciotola and they tell me that there was a problem with a delivery and that they would take action immediately, the fact is that the The cake was delivered at 10.04pm when half of the guests, tired of waiting, had left. I don't even want to comment on the invoice of the cake which was supposed to be cream and Nutella, I found no trace of the latter other than a sort of chocolate cream distributed in spots without completely covering the base of the pan. of Spain as it should. In short, to be absolutely avoided so as not to risk marking with sad memories events that should instead be experienced with the opposite spirit.

16/04/2024: Always honest and objective...what can I say? We've been coming here to this magical place for years, yes, truly magical, they do beautiful things to see and eat. Lately I often come to Ciotola for other commitments and I can say that we can't avoid this magnificent place. they are truly the top of the category, over the years we have tried everything, panettone, cakes, pastries, various types of chocolate, doves and other delicacies, we have also had lunch there is not a single thing that could have bothered us compliments really there were so many highly recommended throughout Italy 👍

24/03/2024: Let's say that one wouldn't expect a restaurant like this, with dishes mostly based on fresh fish, in the Irpinia countryside. In reality the place, which seen from the street appears totally anonymous, has a large car park at the back and a well-furnished room in a modern style. As I was saying, the menu essentially offers seafood dishes, although there are also some land-based choices. The fish is fresh and well cooked: both the first and second courses are very good. Good choice of wines, mostly local, both white and red. Attentive and very friendly service and delivery times of the dishes also quite fast. The price is average for places like this. Ultimately a good place to eat fish in an area usually known for other types of dishes.
