20/09/2025: Despite the restaurant being half-empty, we ordered three courses and were served one. After complaining, we were told that the chef had forgotten our orders and that the main ingredient in the pinsa we ordered (burrata) was no longer available. Therefore, we were served a different pinsa than the one we ordered, topped with a nice little hair inside.

06/09/2025: Very disappointing. At 11 PM on Saturday, the kitchen was already closed. Very little choice, exorbitant prices. A €4 cover charge, but not even a napkin at the table, a few olives (without even a toothpick to eat them) and two taralli for €3. Furthermore, there were several empty tables, yet when some customers arrived, they were told that everything was booked (for what and when is unknown, since the kitchen was closed anyway, and even for an aperitif, there wasn't much choice).

27/09/2025: The ice cream is really good, the bar is located in front of the Temples of Paestum with the museum behind it.

18/08/2025: Excellent ice cream but if you are looking for kindness, empathy and courtesy I am not at home.

06/09/2025: I used to come here when I was 20. I came back after 18 years, and the crunchy pizza remained the same. Delicious.

28/09/2025: An experience to avoid and terrible food. We ordered panuozzo with mozzarella, ham, parmesan, and arugula, but it arrived without mozzarella. The first course was paccheri with seafood. The pasta used for calamarata was overcooked and topped with four clams, four, six or seven mussels, and a cherry tomato. It was all nonsensical and flavorless. Bland and disjointed. Plus, we were served at different times. One person at the table was eating while the other was watching. We paid and ran away.

27/08/2025: We went for dinner, passing through by chance. There were five of us, four adults and a child. We ordered four pizzas and fries and zeppole for the child. The fries and zeppole arrived after a quarter of an hour, while the pizzas took at least an hour and a half, each pizza arriving within twenty minutes of the other. The worst part was that one of the pizzas we ordered was a sausage and broccoli rabe. It wasn't so much the broccoli rabe, which I understand may be a bit bland since it's not in season, but the meat was truly inedible. I left the pizza on my plate and then informed the waiter I wouldn't eat something like that. They immediately changed it for another pizza of my choice, but seeing the quality, I couldn't choose anything other than a Margherita. It was brought to me completely burned and looking terrible. At that point, I had it put in a box and taken away. But that wasn't even edible. The rest of the pizzas we ordered weren't that great in terms of quality, either. I'm sorry to write this review but it was truly traumatic.

13/05/2025: La vue est magnifique. Par contre un risotto servi tiède avec UNE crevette à 20 euros c'est clairement exagéré ! Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

26/09/2025: Excellent product quality, delicious dinners, rustic, local cuisine at reasonable prices. It's a 30-minute drive from Avellino city center.

21/09/2025: An experience not to be repeated. There was a two-hour wait between the entrees and the meat (the manager told us the wait was because we weren't at a fast food restaurant, also saying that "only" two hours and 18 minutes had passed between ordering and the meat arriving). The grilled meat was ordered without lamb... and arrived with lamb, a meat we can't review because we didn't eat. What can I say... thinking about it, maybe a fast food restaurant would have been better.

31/08/2025: The prices are a bit high for "gourmet" pizzas because the amount of toppings on the pizza I ordered wasn't generous. In fact, I spent €8 for the "bacon" pizza, only to find a slice broken off so much that it ended up all over the pizza. The baked potatoes weren't golden brown and cooked through. The pizza isn't bad, but it's not worth €8.

25/06/2025: Terrifying to say the least.. Booked by phone for a family evening 6 adults and 2 children of which 1 in a high chair never sat because we had to wait for it to be free... a place that does 200 people in total 5 high chairs this already left me perplexed. Full place little staff and in total confusion I say this because we have worked and continue to work in places that do the numbers and I can say that they have the boat in the sea but they don't know how to sail it. Anyway, good appetizer but the 1 sliced ​​​​leather meat, lamb, t bon and sausages accompanied by various side dishes also the side dishes accompanied by the meat we ate or rather tried to eat because without cutlery and without plates seen (we got up and took it ourselves) that the meat arrived after a good 20 minutes from the side dishes and not only cold and raw meat (requested rare but instead it was alive) (t bon raw and cold and not soft when cut) my son's cutlet arrived after 2 hours ... fortunately he ate the appetizer. I usually do not write reviews of this type but I think it is necessary after the terrible experience....

24/06/2025: Terrificante è a dir poco.. Prenotato telefonicamente per una serata in famiglia 6 adulti e 2 bimbini di cui 1 da sediolone mai seduto perché dovevamo aspettare che si liberasse... un locale che fa 200 persone in tutto 5 sedioloni già questo mi ja lasciato perplessa. Locale pieno poco personale e in totale confusione parlo così perché abbiamo lavorato e continuiamo a lavorare in locali che fanno i numeri e posso dire che loro hanno la barca in mare ma non la sanno far navigare. Comunque antipasto buono ma la carne di cuoi 1 tagliata, agnello, t bon e salsicce accompagnate da vari contorni anche i contorni accompagnati dalla carne abbiamo mangiato anzi cercato di mangiare perché senza posate e senza piatti visto (ci siamo alzati e presi da noi) che la carne è arrivata dopo ben 20 minuti dai contorni e non solo carne fredda e cruda (chiesta al sangue ma invece era viva) (t bon cruda e fredda e non morbida al taglio) cotoletta di mio figlio arrivata dopo 2 ore... fortunatamente ha mangiato l'antipasto. Di solito non scrivo recensioni di questo tipo ma mi sembra doveroso dopo la pessima esperienza....

17/10/2025: In July, I stopped by to order an almond milk latte, which was served with a decidedly "cheap" amount of syrup, so I never went back.

25/05/2025: Very poor quality and quantity food, little staff in the room i.e. one waiter.. 2 hours of waiting to then get up and leave.. We had booked but we didn't even find the table when we arrived, thinking that we had probably misunderstood the name of the reservation.. I put a star because Google doesn't allow me to leave a review without at least one star but it doesn't deserve it!!! Broken rides outside, old, plastic and dangerous for children because they are not fixed to the ground.. external animals…..!!!??? chickens behind the farm and geese…. Wow!!! Do I have to continue listing the negative things? Because that's all there are!!! Never go there!! We were hungry!!!!! Close it first!🤮🤮

15/06/2025: ho conosciuto questo posto grazie a the fork (un applicazione), personalmente ho preso il menu di pesce in promozione, che dire tutto buonissimo ma la cosa più buona è stata sicuramente la cheesecake la migliore mai mangiata fin ora complimenti anche allo staff sempre disponibile e gentile

01/09/2025: Nestled in the green Serino Mountains near Mount Terminio. A beautiful place to visit. The property is unfortunately neglected and in need of renovation. The staff is not at all welcoming; they don't even smile when you pay...

19/10/2025: Food here was absolutely delicious. It felt as if the owners were serving and cooking the meals for you. Would recommend the lemon pasta as well as the fettuccine bolognese.

27/05/2025: The wait staff isn’t tourist friendly. The gelato guy was rude.. We ordered 3 desserts and one had freezer burn the other two were just ok. It looks nice and seems clean but there are better places.

10/05/2025: Excellent coffee shop and pastry shop in the centre Naples, ideal for a moment of sweet leisure a little different than usual. The coffee is good, as you would expect almost everywhere in the city, and there is no shortage of more traditional options such as Sfogliatelle and Baba. Having said that, Etoile's strong point is certainly the production of contemporary pastries and in particular everything related to their single-portion semifreddos, which I had already spotted during a visit to one of Diego Vitagliano's pizzerias. I tried an eclair/choux with coffee cream and a single portion with toffee and apricot, both so good enough to create addiction. Note of merit for the very courteous staff and the more than reasonable prices for the quality offered. Definitely worth trying again in the future! Review originally shared on Tripadvisor
