20/09/2025: Food poisoning. I ordered two kebabs on Glovo last night, September 14th. Both my partner and I are feeling sick, but I've had the worst of it, with severe diarrhea and vomiting that's still persisting today, September 15th, 24 hours later. I tried to write to Glovo to let them know, but I don't know if they got the notification. Attention!!! Throw away everything related to the kebab. I hope it stops and gets better, otherwise I'll just have to go to the hospital tomorrow due to excessive fluid loss. But something like this happened.

16/08/2025: Pizza had no flavour, especially the spinach.

22/09/2025: The location is stunning but we ate terribly - both the quality and the presentation leave much to be desired!

26/08/2025: A very pleasant confirmation. We returned to this corner of paradise surrounded by nature and tranquility and were reassured by the excellent hospitality and the immense kindness of the owners and the highly professional staff. Luisa

09/09/2025: The gym is in terrible condition. The equipment is old, often broken or out of order, dust is everywhere, and there's zero environmental awareness. The mirrors in the weights room are broken and barricaded, posing a safety risk. The changing rooms and showers are filthy, full of mold and scale: an unsightly sight. The only positive aspect is the helpfulness of the personal trainers and receptionists, who are always kind and professional, but unfortunately, this doesn't make up for the overall state of the facility. I strongly advise against joining.

21/09/2025: The place itself is nice and welcoming, but why offer 0.4% beers if they don't have glasses to serve them in? I ended up paying for a 0.4% and they served me a 0.3%, claiming they didn't have any glasses. When I pointed this out, they first ignored me and then replied that they didn't know what to say, with incredible rudeness and zero customer care.

23/05/2025: We attended a lecture by Prof Stefano Vitale, a well-known geologist and scientist. The bar is very cute and beautiful. Their service and drinks were 100%.

27/07/2025: Siamo stati al Garden Bistrot della Masseria Cardilli e ne conserviamo un ricordo bellissimo. Il locale è curato, accogliente e affacciato su una splendida veranda immersa nel verde, che regala un’atmosfera intima e rilassante. Il menù propone piatti semplici ma preparati con grande attenzione e ingredienti freschissimi, molti dei quali provenienti dalla stessa masseria. Ottimo il tagliere di salumi locali, eccellente il primo del giorno e strepitosa la torta fatta in casa. Il servizio è attento e cordiale, senza mai essere invadente. Una scoperta davvero piacevole, perfetta per chi cerca una cucina genuina in un contesto tranquillo e autentico.

25/08/2025: Yesterday I went for the first time with some friends. We had two virgincoladas and a Caperol. The virgincoladas only had pineapple flavor, no coconut. The Caperol was full of ice, maybe a little Campari, and it wasn't clear if it was Prosecco or sparkling water because of all the ice in it. All in all, it was €22, and they gave us two bags of small chips and a tiny chipster. The only redeeming feature is the place, which has this beautiful, large pool in the middle and lots of seating where you can truly relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. There's no noise. That's the only redeeming feature.

12/10/2025: Speechless. The waiter, dressed in white, didn't even bother taking our order. There were 10 of us, and, annoyed, unable to remember our order, he took it out on us, demanding that we count the order for him. The table prices are exorbitant, as if we were in St. Mark's Square in Venice. The cappuccino was 3.50 euros, a cannolo was 5 euros, outrageous. Not to mention the croissant with cream, which has a dough more like a sandwich than anything else. Avoid.

09/10/2025: You can't go to Piazza Plebiscito and not have the professor's coffee. It's something unique.

13/10/2025: The place looked nice and had tables available, but we were told they were all booked. Shortly afterward, however, other customers without reservations were welcomed. A shame, because the first impression wasn't at all positive.

07/10/2025: After a long walk around the Almafi square and town we found the Stella Maris restaurant, kindly asked for a table and was asked in a rude manner drinks or food, we asked for a table with shade as there was plenty available and was then told drinks available table would only be available in the sun. We selected our drinks which was 6 euros for a beer and approx 12 euros for a cocktail which was displayed in the menu, when the bill arrived they charged us 46 euros for 4 drinks, basically don’t sit in this restaurant for drinks especially if you are English, I hardly leave reviews but thought this review was required as a warning!! Our day at the Almafi coast was beautiful though, choose your restaurant wisely though!

02/10/2025: I asked for an amaretto sour but it's really pathetic first of all this thing they gave me is not a sour and doesn't even taste a little like disaronno it tastes like disaronno and water really a total disappointment

27/07/2025: If you don't speak Italian, you better not eat here! We entered, got a table, and a friendly waitress. Ordered drinks and went to look at the menu. So far so good. Within a few minutes, she returned. Asked if we knew what we were talking about. She explained a bit in Italian. We asked for more time. There was a card with an antipasti menu. And a menu with various types of meat. Nothing else, no side dishes or anything like that. Very quickly, she came back to ask again. I found her rather pushy. I asked for more information. She said the Black Angus beef was good. And a kilo for two people. €12 per person. You think. So, okay, go for it. Later, she came back with a huge piece of meat. Look, that's it.... Meanwhile, I continued browsing the menu online. And I saw Black Angus: 200 grams €24. And I started thinking. Go to the cash register, ask the waitress if it's €12 per kilo or per 100 grams. She types something into the register and shows a figure of over €129! So I say: no, no, I'm not paying that!! She says no, you'll get a discount. It's now €89. Um, no, I'm not paying that for meat either!! Yes, says her colleague, but it's already on the grill. That's none of my business. We paid €10 for drinks and left. As mentioned before. This is a scam!!! So be warned.

23/05/2025: We had two pizzas as an appetizer that were really good, then as a second course we were recommended a black angus of more than 6cm thick as meat, after a few minutes it was served at the table....not rare, but raw, even with the hot stone it was difficult to eat. Anyway the receipt informed us of the price of the meat, €122 per kg. I will not add anything else

20/06/2025: Honestly two triple-decker pancakes paid 12.50 at home with very little Nutella so dry and difficult to swallow. OOOOOOO but do you think that they give us the money, here we study it. Have respect for the customer. Never again never again. It is shameful to ask you know how to ask but not to give.

22/09/2025: I'm giving it one star because it can't be any less. The facility is very neglected, dirty, with rusty grills and a lack of basic hygiene. Not to mention the bar/reception area, where the staff is rude and "not very precise about the price list," and the price of a coffee changes depending on the time of day 😂😂 (never heard of this).

22/09/2025: Great potential ruined by arrogance. Terrible welcome. The bathroom at the bar (paid 1 euro per person) was already filthy at 11:00 AM. "Yes, Signò, we still have to clean it." Tables were dilapidated, no firewood, barbecues full of cobwebs, and rusty grills. The response was, "Oh well, Signò, they clean them when you light the fire." The meat (very good, in fact, the only star in the review) was ordered with great difficulty due to a lack of communication and responses, as was the table reservation, for which I'm still waiting for confirmation. The sausages, however, were spicy, and we hadn't been notified. The response was, "It's not chemical stuff, Signò," "but no one likes them," "sorry, Signò." We thanked them for the freebie and took them home; we'll give them as a gift. The bathrooms are disgusting. No paper, no sanitation, and haven't been cleaned in a while. For the kids, there are a couple of dilapidated swings. When we left, they wanted to charge us more for the coffee than we'd paid in the morning. This led to an unpleasant argument with the same kind lady, who was nothing kind, and perhaps not even like a kind lady. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else; the aforementioned lady said she'll be closing soon 😅

12/10/2025: Pasta was PERFECTLY done al dente and the views were spectacular. Very local seafood restaurant on the coast. The waiter brought over the daily catch and had a few recommendations, that were all very simple, but very flavorful. Our table of 4 all got different pasta and fish dishes for a lunch and they were all delicious. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend and would definitely go back! Grazie Mille!

26/09/2025: Terrible- overpriced and not good. Eat somewhere else. ordered a green salad and they gave us iceberg lettuce with a dry lemon and no dressing. Fish noodles were oily and undercooked and had a tiny piece of fish- maybe like two bites worth. Pizza was okay but oily- bad for Italy. Spaghetti was also undercooked. Consistently bad- tourist prices. Slightly cheaper than in Amalfi but ridiculous for how bad the quality was When we asked the guy about the salad he said that’s the green salad. Waste of money.
