24/03/2025: it really feels like being in a cellar, pasta that is more than raw and the sauce is sour, cutlet taken out of the fridge and served on a plate, chips made of polyester, the dessert was a stone. the place is quite large, but the walls are full of mold and on the floor there are synthetic grass mats that cover the disaster, tables and chairs made of wood that cannot stand up, shelves with bottles of wine full of cobwebs, a non-existent roof replaced by a kind of tent that does not cover anything, we had an experience with a gecko, a wasp and some dead insects under the plates. I recommend going to visit the abandoned structure in front which in comparison is not much worse.

23/03/2025: The lunch ordered was self serve instead we were treated badly from 12.30pm to 2.00pm they still had to bring it first think carefully before going there we will never again

08/04/2025: We came at a time when there was no queue and got surprised to get a table immediately. Pizzas were very nice and served within 5’! At the end we were very happy - only downside being the waitress explitly pressuring us to give a tip - which is totally unusual in Italy and left us with a small bitter sweet …

02/06/2025: Fui a dar un paseo con mi grupo empresarial y es lo primero que vemos cuando estamos buscando un restaurante. Tuve que esperar 5 minutos para estar sentado y el tipo que creo que es un cocinero nos sentó en la parte de atrás y se fue ni siquiera reconoció que nos hizo saber que voy a tener un camarero venir y conseguir nuestra orden. Habíamos esperado un tiempo y decidimos que mi socio de negocios tomara un menú desde el frente, saludo al tipo que era camarera y nos hace saber que volverá. Por supuesto que estamos demasiado listos para decirle nuestra orden y lo primero que hace es dar la vuelta a la gente que se sentó después de nosotros mientras esperábamos un tiempo. ¡Así que decidimos levantarnos e irnos a otro lugar! Yo diría que este es el PEOR SERVICIO AL CLIENTE POBRE que nos hemos encontrado y no se lo recomendaría a otras personas!

02/06/2025: Posto accogliente, carino e molto tranquillo. Pranzo abbondante e di ottima qualità ad un prezzo più che giusto. Inoltre il personale è molto disponibile e gentile soprattutto per chi ha intolleranze e/o allergie alimentari. Super organizzati per i celiaci, fornendo un pranzo ricco e completo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

21/04/2025: Arrivati verso le 13:15, ci fanno accomodare e dietro di noi mentre ancora sceglievamo i posti a sedere, arrivano i camerieri con gli antipasti , fortunatamente mandati indietro dal caposala (tornati dopo 2 minuti) ,”primo problema”, mia moglie è vegetariana e nonostante avessi comunicato alla struttura in fase di prenotazione, ribadito in fase di conferma mediante caparra cofirmataria (da versare assolutamente in contanti e in loco), e ricordato al nostro arrivo, ci portano 5 antipasti di terra (e vabbè può capitare), chiediamo la sostituzione con quello vegetariano arrivato dopo 10 minuti. Il pranzo va avanti tra ritardi, posate mancanti e un menù vegetariano che mi avevano garantito ma che in effetti nn c’era, tanto è vero che, quando sono arrivati i secondi a mia moglie le è stato riproposto lo stesso piatto dell’antipasto, ho fatto notare questa cosa e dopo un attimo di panico e confusione totale tra il cameriere e il caposala, l’hanno sostituito con 3 gamberoni decongelati fatti alla brace. Per i dolci non parliamone, ci sono arrivati 4 mezze fette di torta pandistelle impresentabili. Il vino? Ben abbiamo avuto il privilegio di degustare 2 bianchi differenti, uno fermo e l’altro frizzante ( l primo sarà terminato prima dell’arrivo dei secondi), a me il frizzante non piace ma quello c’era, per concludere, servizio molto scarso, i camerieri sono veloci solo quando ti accompagnano alla cassa ( lì nn sfugge nulla ) comunicando tutte queste cose in cassa, mi hanno detto che sono giorni di caos ( posso anche capirlo ) ma con 65€ a persona mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. 2 stelle solo per il cibo che nonostante tutto era buono.

18/05/2025: Solo perché non c'è una valutazione più bassa. Mai mangiato così male a Napoli. Assolutamente da evitare sia per la cucina pessima che per l'igiene.

27/04/2025: Scrivo questa recensione dopo la seconda visita... e confermo la prima impressione... cucina tradizionale di alta qualità con ottime materie prime... e soprattutto contesto suggestivo: a due passi dal mare all'ombra del Castel dell'Ovo... Servizio rapido e cortese... prezzi nella norma. Da segnalare paccheri con l'astice e polipetti alla Luciana.

14/06/2025: Total degradation, a theft occurred inside the structure under the eyes of the owner, I do not recommend this structure for the quality of the guests, a structure of this kind without surveillance...a disgrace.....be wary and go for prevention

19/05/2025: "*1/5 stars - Disappointing experience* RUDE AND RUDE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE OWNERS DO NOT ALLOW FOOD AND WATER AND FURTHERMORE THEY DISCUSS AND THREATEN Let me tell you… I went to the pool and I have to say that it was a truly disappointing experience. The pool was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The staff was also very rude and unwilling to answer our questions as well as rude in their responses and with their tone they also tried to send us away because we had brought water with us, Although the entrance fee was reasonable, the quality of the services left much to be desired. I hope that the facility can improve the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff to offer a better experience to future customers. *Advice*: I do not recommend returning to this swimming pool until significant improvements are made."

25/03/2025: Good appetizers, unpleasant first courses, especially those based on fish, are not recommended. The second courses had poor quality meat and small portions.

05/06/2025: In my opinion, a nice cafe. The pizza with potatoes was delicious, probably just out of the oven. There is seating inside and outside. Fast service.

16/04/2025: Ordered on April 8th, after a week of nothing and several unanswered emails I contact them via PayPal and they reply that they would ship on the 14th. On the 16th (so two days later) the POSTE ITALIANE courier calls me warning me that the package they had collected and which they should have delivered to me was leaking water and was in terrible condition so it would have been sent back to the sender because it was undeliverable. I requested a refund via PayPal and am waiting for the response. So in short, no one responds to normal emails, they ship via normal non-refrigerated courier and in a way that is absolutely unsuitable for the product. I can't comment on the quality because I would have liked to try these mozzarellas at Easter with my relatives but we were all left empty-handed. Experience to avoid, really a shame.

16/01/2025: I would like to speak out in favor of Ilka... I am a restaurateur from the province of Pavia, I have been sourcing dairy products from them for 6 years, I'm not saying that everything has always been perfect, I challenge anyone to never have made a mistake in the own job, but I have always found people available to solve any type of problem that has arisen. Their product is basically excellent and focusing on the nail polish of the order is really unfair. PS. The breech is an excellent product.

08/02/2025: I'm giving one star but you don't even deserve that one because you suck, the sandwiches weren't cold, more so and if you threw them against the wall they would come back, in a sandwich there had to be provola cheese and here was the provola cheese then the raw hamburger, the unseasoned salad and we waited two hours. Make sure you have to close🥰🥰.

20/01/2025: I've known this place for years. It was the meeting point for us kids. I've been back after years and the sandwiches are always delicious!

13/06/2025: I took a croissant it was old ... I don't know how old but it was certainly old my daughter asked for a glass of water .. to not drag them out I had to buy a bottle of water ... at my simple request for a glass of water ... the girl even went to great lengths a unique rudeness and not the first time being from Naples we take the funicular many times but I will never go again ... bathroom without light without paper and dilapidated

20/05/2025: We came out from funicular and needed.lunch. We saw Time Cafe on the left hand side. There were a couple of tables outside on a clean street surrounded by nice buildings. Also the bar was clean and the staff spoke English and was pleasant. We ordered 2 l Limoncellos, two Caprese salads and two small bottles of mineral water. We had just time to enjoy our limoncellos, when the salads were served to table. And very good fresh tasty salads they were. We also got a basket full variety of grilled breads. Pleasant and satisfying lunch that costed 30€ which we found a fair price. One star missing because we couldn't pay with credit card, because they told us that the machine was broken. And because the toilet didn't meet our standards.
