08/04/2025: I went yesterday, on my birthday, and I was with 3 other friends of mine. Let's start with the fact that I had booked almost a week before, and didn't even have time to "try it". As soon as I arrived, they put me on hold, even though I had already said I had booked and I thought I could have priority over all the people who arrived without the latter. But it wasn't like that. Only one foreign waiter had the decency to admit that, after 1pm, you go on the waiting list, something that no one had informed me of on the phone. But it doesn't matter, after all, we didn't wait long. From an objective point of view, the place was fine and I really appreciated the dishes, in some ways, so too did the service. That is, they made a mistake with the order of one of the girls with me, but they didn't put it back on my bill, as an extra pizza, which they then remade. However, I had the strange feeling that they were looking down on us a bit. And it's also normal because the guys with me made their fools of themselves, but like all guys do, not in the right way. However, right from the start, before they could "label" us, it seemed they had put us in the background, because we were high school kids. And it didn't make me crazy. But maybe it's just my guesses.

24/03/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata tra amici ma quello che abbiamo mangiato, a mia opinione e degli altri partecipi non è stato eccezionale. Ebbene, in merito alla la pizza, se non avete troppe pretese è discretamente buona . Ma il costo del Fritto e del coperto a mio parere si sono presentati alti rispetto alla qualità che c’è stata offerta. Infine per nostra disattenzione non facevamo notare al cassiere che non c’era stata portata a tavola una Coca-Cola, e quindi, ripeto per nostra disattenzione l’abbiamo pagata nel totale del conto.

07/03/2025: I came with my mother when we left the town to go to the clinics for blood tests and the like and immediately afterwards we stopped by this fryer/pizzeria as it was the best in Salerno, after 50 years it is still the best and unbeatable quality/price, I recommend it to anyone passing through Salerno

09/02/2025: Historic fryer's shop in Salerno. The place is in the center, hidden and at the back of a building overlooking the CVE. The place is nothing more than a large room with a counter of fried foods which, due to their quality and goodness, are certainly worth trying

04/01/2025: Quiet pizzeria (but should also be considered on Saturdays and on particular holidays). The Pizza was good and the menu varied also for other types of foods. The menu is only with QR Code and this penalizes those who are not used to cell phones. I don't know if a paper menu exists upon request. For this reason it gets one star less in my opinion. However, the staff is friendly and the service is fast. However, the place was almost empty even though it was Sunday. Maybe because of the upcoming Christmas holidays? However recommended to everyone.

05/04/2025: Terrible service, we've been twice and both times we didn't receive bread at the table, the waitress doesn't ask for the meat to be cooked, drinks were very poorly made and expensive, I could list more but I don't want to exaggerate and I'll stop here. High prices for the quality offered. Not recommended.

07/01/2025: Ci torniamo avendo casa paterna nei pressi di Napoli ci piace la costiera cilenatana e altri posti nel salernitano ma se vengo a castellabate tappa a le Gatte ve lo consiglio un po d'attesa. A ne vale la pena

19/11/2024: Location suggestiva, personale simpatico e disponibile. Piatti buonissimi e carta dei vini ricca. Prezzi nella media per la zona. Sicuramente tra i migliori del cilento.

29/10/2024: Excelente ubicación. La comida y el servicio era terrible. No les importaba si había alguien allí o no. Es interesante que todas las personas que estaban a nuestro alrededor no comieron la mayor parte de la comida que se sirvió. Muy extraño. Todo lo que el personal quería era irse. Era 1 : 45 pm un martes.

06/10/2024: El precio es demasiado para un plato grande dentro de la comida pequeña. Como vino huis conseguir un vino muy barato. Cuando pregunté vino mejor debería pagar 20 € por un vino mejor regular. El ambiente está bajo cero. Pago jus con efectivo en un pequeño pedazo de papel simple sin nombre y registro. Qué triste por nuestro sitio web de consejos sobre cómo combatir esta actividad criminal. No lo intentes.

22/03/2025: Divine food, I was sitting near the kitchen and while they were preparing my mushroom ravioli there was a scent that inebriated the whole room. Service normal, just enough time to prepare certain dishes and serve them. Very characteristic environment. I will be back and highly recommend anyone who is in the area to come and try these wonderful dishes

01/02/2025: Thanks to the staff, especially to the owner of the structure: the dishes are delicious like home, beautiful, tasty and plentiful. Quality the price. I recommend this restaurant, really, everything is delicious.

04/01/2025: Ho mangiato una frittura di calamari e sul fondo piatto ho trovato un pezzo di pane ricoperto d'insalata per riempire il piatto 36€. Ravioli allastice ricoperto anch'esso di verde (insalata). Niente di speciale anzi. Servizio cordiale, gentile e premuroso.

28/12/2024: Esta fue nuestra mejor experiencia en restaurantes en todo Sorrento! Mi marido tenía chuletas de cordero que estaban preparadas a la perfección y yo tenía los raviolis que era increíble. La biblioteca - como el ambiente en la habitación principal tenía una iluminación muy inventiva y te sentías como si estuvieras en un restaurante muy caro a pesar de que los precios eran asequibles. Le di 5 estrellas y la experiencia gastronómica lo merecía.

The wait is appropriate for a restaurant like this. Don't come if you're in a hurry. We had a great time!! and they satisfied us with requests that were not easy to fulfill. Unfortunately these places are disappearing, it is better to take advantage of them!

26/02/2025: Siamo arrivati da Roma e ci siamo ritrovati un po’ per caso in questo ristorante molto carino e ben organizzato. Abbiamo mangiato BENISSIMO, piatti della tradizione rivisitati che hanno riportato al nostro palato sapori dimenticati. Lorenzo e tutti i ragazzi dello staff sono stati molto accoglienti e hanno accontentato ke nostre richieste con velocità e precisione. Assolutamente da consigliare, torneremo sicuramente!

17/02/2025: Il locale è curato e piacevole, bella apparecchiatura e fiori freschi. Cameriere super gentile. Servizi igienici impeccabili. Abbiamo scelto l'antipasto di salumi e formaggi e i suffle di carciofi. Ottimi prodotti. Baccalà fritto su letto di insalata di finocchi, delizioso. Prezzi onesti. Consigliato!
