The pizzas are delicious and they make them incredibly fast, I haven't seen a faster place.

The pizzas are great, lots of locals come here, and the atmosphere is informal. The prices are more than fair. This is my sixth year in Tuscany, and I've eaten here for at least the 15th time.

This lovely restaurant is located just outside Certaldo, right on a main road – however, you don't hear any street noise inside, as there's very little traffic in the evenings anyway. There are around 50 public parking spaces nearby, and those arriving between 7 and 8 pm usually find a free spot without any trouble. The restaurant itself is large and modernly furnished – I would estimate that it can accommodate about 80 to 100 guests. The tables are spaced comfortably apart, making it easy to get to your seat. We had made a reservation in advance and were greeted warmly, shown to our table, and given menus immediately. Our order was taken promptly, and because we arrived quite early by Italian standards (around 7:15 pm) and it wasn't very busy yet, our drinks and pizza arrived exceptionally quickly. The pizzas were large, at least 30 cm in diameter, generously topped, and very tasty. All three pizzas we ordered were excellent. The ambiance is modern and well-maintained, though not particularly cozy. Besides the furniture, five televisions were noticeable, showing football during our visit. Fortunately, the volume was pleasantly low – in other restaurants, it's often much more disruptive. One minor drawback: We had to ask for the bill twice, and after it finally arrived, several more minutes passed before we could pay at the bar. Conclusion: Overall, a very good restaurant with fair value for money. For under €15, you get a large, delicious pizza and a drink – something you don't often find these days. Considering the quality, service, and prices, I give it 5 stars.
