10/11/2025: I'd love to say I had a great time, that the food was good, the drinks were good, and so much more, but the harsh reality is that we arrived at 9:45 PM, with a table booked for 9:30 PM-10:00 PM, and were told the table was being prepared, yet 50 minutes later we were still waiting. I thank you for the prosecco offered as an apology, but I would have preferred honesty and to hear the words, "Sorry, we had some setbacks," rather than voluntarily going elsewhere given the long wait. I'm sorry, but I don't think this is the way to work. I know you probably won't even care, but we definitely won't be back.

27/09/2025: A relaxed, meticulously maintained venue, perfect for both an aperitif and a dinner with friends. Having become a loyal customer for years and a firm favourite with the owners, Symposium never disappoints! The girls are fantastic, and the staff is equally outstanding. You always feel at home, with the difference that here you're treated to a level of customer service that goes far beyond efficient service.

20/09/2025: Typical Italian restaurante with very friendly staff. The food was delicious and authentic. The terrace has a nice view and is located away from the tourists hassle in Sorrento. Besides the parking with car was convenient. We will definetly return here! Grazie mille

26/10/2025: Terrible! The owner doesn't serve menus to customers, so prices are arbitrary. You don't know how much you're paying until you go down to the dining room to pay. We spent €56 for two people for an appetizer with various tapas-style dishes (nothing special, and I can't even say they weren't good), a Margherita pizza. He said he doesn't do pizzas on Sunday lunchtime, so when we asked for pizzas, he said he'd do us a favor and serve one pizza for two (though we've seen regular customers who order pizza), and a bottle of water. We'll definitely never go back! I strongly advise against it, chaotic service with the owner who is a jack of all trades, he takes the orders, he answers the phone, he cleans the fish at the table, he doesn't bring you the menus but sings the courses to you (50s style), he gives you the receipt, even if he took €6 off the bill of €56 it is still too high a price for a starter x 2 for €40.

05/10/2025: I was here for lunch for a wedding, and I have to say, I really enjoyed it. Beautiful venue surrounded by greenery. Well-maintained. Good staff, and good food. I really enjoyed it.

20/09/2025: We went to the hill to celebrate my cousin's wedding, everything was good, excellent food and quality, really nothing to say, the villa is beautiful, the garden is wonderful, well-kept, it's a beautiful place suitable for a wedding... only one flaw is the service is slightly too slow, too much time from one place to another, but for the rest, nothing to say, if we were to return I would go there 😊

03/06/2025: Eravamo in zona per lavoro e abbiamo cercato un posto tipico dove mangiare. Questo locale ci è sembrato quello giusto. Abbiamo ordinato dei primi piatti e la loro specialità: la carne di cinghiale. I primi erano molto buoni, in particolare il ragù di cinghiale, che consiglio vivamente. La carne, invece, ci ha convinto un po’ meno, non ci ha entusiasmato. Prezzi nella media.

01/06/2025: Cena indimenticabile. Tutto buonissimo, il proprietario ci accoglie e ci racconta un po’ il menù, e i piatti del fuori menù, tutto proveniente dalla sua masseria e dal suo orto, anche il Pecorino servito nell’antipasto lo fa lui. Fantastico! Bistecca di cinghiale ottima, tagliatelle ai funghi antipasto e contorni tutto una delizia, per non parlare dei dolci, il babà alla strega strepitoso, ne avrei mangiati altri 2. Se dovessimo tornare da queste parti si andrà diretti al cinghiale per provare altri piatti sicuramente eccezionali. Ci siamo trovati bene, locale piccolo e accogliente, si sente la passione per la cucina e per i prodotti di ottima qualità.

09/11/2025: We had dinner with friends at Il FaTo restaurant. The welcome and location were impeccable, not to mention the excellent food that chef Tommy expertly crafted and enhanced. I tried a two-flavor pizza with incredible pairings. Every bite was delicious, and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses, all of the highest quality, and not to mention the sliced ​​beef with porcini mushrooms. What can I say... it was incredibly tender and the mushrooms were delicious. All accompanied by an excellent local wine. Finally, we had dessert. And I really enjoyed the Nutella and biscuit cheesecake they made. Super tasty. I invite you to stop by FaTo for lunch or dinner, because it's well worth it. Thank you, Tommy, for delighting us with your amazing dishes. We'll definitely be back to try the first courses, which I'm sure will be impeccable. Highly recommended if you want to spend time at a table with excellent food and good wine.

Each course was bursting with flavor; you could truly taste the freshness and quality of each ingredient. The chef even came to the table to show us the cut of meat before cooking it to perfection, a thoughtful and truly impressive gesture. The meat melted in your mouth—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impeccable, just like the flavor. Excellent quality in every way. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out!

23/09/2025: The food was pretty paltry for what we paid. We were in a hurry, so we only got one dish per person. There were two of us plus drinks (water and Coke), and we paid 60 euros. Absurd. We had to add salt to everything. A typical crowded, touristy place where I think the seasoning is lost. The service was very good, though, and the waiters were extremely helpful.

23/09/2025: On Saturday, September 20th, we had lunch for my sister-in-law's graduation. The setting was elegant, with generous appetizers and truly excellent food, especially the spaghetti alla Nerano, light and perfectly al dente. The staff was helpful, polite, and even friendly.

14/10/2025: Specifically had the croissant because it was labeled as vegan and the waiter assured me it was vegan. I'm lactose intolerant and I can guarantee you absolutely that croissant was not vegan, evident by my trip to the bathroom 20 minutes later. I'm not even sure they understand what vegan meant. Don't come here if you have any dietary restrictions at all. Also the croissant was incredibly mediocre.

12/10/2025: We took advantage of the breakfast offer. The scrambled eggs were tasty, the avocado and salmon toast was so-so considering the price, but the pancakes were very good. Service was okay.

26/11/2025: Great traditional Italian pizza and spagetti outlet in this part of Naples. The squid ink spagetti is really, really black! Taste the sea with each bite. Yum. Next, go for Grandma's meatballs -- you won't be disappointed.

13/10/2025: Invited by friends. The place is surrounded by greenery and has a few animals. There's a small soccer field for the kids. A plastic slide, a metal slide, a trampoline, and a swing (somewhat makeshift but functional). Mediocre food. Fixed menu at €35. The first course appetizer was a 3, with a slice of yellowed prosciutto, a slice of yellowed cheese, two slices of primo sale cheese, 3 olives, a bruschetta with tomato sauce, and a slice of grilled eggplant. Other appetizers were a 6: meatball with pumpkin, polenta with ragu, fried eggplant, and fried pasta. First course: pasta with lamb sauce, and another first course: sausage and eggplant, a 6. Second course: sausage and potato, and a sliced ​​steak with cherry tomatoes and arugula, a 6. Dessert: a sort of tiramisu, not a tiramisu, a 5. Wine and other drinks were included (the still water tasted musty, so I opted for sparkling water). The liqueurs and coffee were nothing special. Lots of people, and many dishes were prepared long ago and therefore oxidized. Honestly, I don't recommend what I saw and ate, and I wouldn't return. If they reduce the quantity and increase the quality, they'll definitely be more satisfied.

13/10/2025: A place surrounded by nature We had lunch yesterday. The food was plentiful and delicious, with authentic flavors. The place was super clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We'll be back soon.
