14/10/2025: I've eaten here on two different occasions. Once I tried the meat, the second time a sandwich, and I have to say the quality is consistent. The ingredients are very good. The meat was cooked perfectly. I'd gladly return.

24/11/2025: The place... unfortunately not. The atmosphere is really dated, with those beaded panels on the walls that look like they were taken out forty years ago. Cold, unwelcoming: I kept my coat on the whole time. Aesthetically, it's really ugly, it doesn't invite you to linger. Let's move on to the food. The homemade gnocchi were the best thing: truly delicious, nothing to complain about. The rest, however, is another story. The frico was a total disappointment: without potatoes, incredibly hard, with a crust that felt like concrete and a heavy taste. A poor copy of Campanile, and there's a real chasm between the two. In short: the food quality is mediocre, the atmosphere is cold and dated. Personally, I won't be returning.

10/06/2025: Arrived by pure chance, a typical Friulian frasca environment Well kept and cared for. I ordered a first course, a second course and a side dish. I couldn't finish everything... excellent and super abundant dishes. Very helpful and attentive staff. Definitely to return. Oh, I forgot the price decidedly below average. Well done and that's it.

27/09/2025: We discovered this gem by pure chance, returning from a hike on Mount Taburno. Every dish fully met our expectations: authentic, quality ingredients, generous portions, and a fair price/quality ratio. I highly recommend trying their Aglianico, produced on site; the aroma of red fruits will linger! Even the meats are locally sourced, and it shows: tender, flavorful, and not fatty. The staff was incredibly friendly, thanks to Mariangela, who served us with thoughtful touches that are absolutely not a given in a restaurant! We'll definitely be back!

30/11/2025: A great little restaurant for a Sunday lunch. We went there today for a group lunch. They offered us the €35 fixed menu, which included a generous cold and hot appetizer, a choice of first course, and a mixed grilled meat with side dishes, dessert, wine, water, and soft drinks. Everything was tasty and delicious! The menu and dishes were unpretentious. The waiter service was very fast. The waiters were very kind. A 6!

03/06/2025: Eravamo in zona per lavoro e abbiamo cercato un posto tipico dove mangiare. Questo locale ci è sembrato quello giusto. Abbiamo ordinato dei primi piatti e la loro specialità: la carne di cinghiale. I primi erano molto buoni, in particolare il ragù di cinghiale, che consiglio vivamente. La carne, invece, ci ha convinto un po’ meno, non ci ha entusiasmato. Prezzi nella media.

01/06/2025: Cena indimenticabile. Tutto buonissimo, il proprietario ci accoglie e ci racconta un po’ il menù, e i piatti del fuori menù, tutto proveniente dalla sua masseria e dal suo orto, anche il Pecorino servito nell’antipasto lo fa lui. Fantastico! Bistecca di cinghiale ottima, tagliatelle ai funghi antipasto e contorni tutto una delizia, per non parlare dei dolci, il babà alla strega strepitoso, ne avrei mangiati altri 2. Se dovessimo tornare da queste parti si andrà diretti al cinghiale per provare altri piatti sicuramente eccezionali. Ci siamo trovati bene, locale piccolo e accogliente, si sente la passione per la cucina e per i prodotti di ottima qualità.

13/10/2025: I've been going to this pizzeria since I was 12—I'm 30 now. I grew up in the Pastena neighborhood, and as a fellow townsman of Gerardo's, I've always considered this place a point of reference: excellent quality, unmistakable flavor, authentic tradition. Even after moving, I continue to return, because certain pizzas—and certain memories—can't be changed. Unfortunately, however, tonight was the last time. I called the landline, was answered, and then asked to wait: a wait that lasted over 12 minutes, practically the time it takes to drive from Pontecagnano to Pastena. Only when I arrived at the pizzeria did the call disconnect. When I asked, the girl behind the counter responded: "It's your problem if you left your guests at home." A statement that, more than the long wait, deeply disappointed me for its tone and lack of respect. I only stayed because my girlfriend insisted; otherwise, I would have left. Even when she asked for the pizza to be prepared a little more quickly, we received ironic reactions from the woman and the owner. I'm truly sorry, because the quality of the pizzas remains—in my opinion—unbeatable. And precisely for this reason, after 18 years of loyalty and fond memories, I'm sad to say I won't be returning.

09/09/2025: I left today. I spent 3 nights and 4 days with my son. We had a wonderful time. The hospitality, friendliness, cleanliness, and professionalism of the Crescenzo Hotel are truly exceptional. I highly recommend it. I also ate at the restaurant there twice, and I must say everything was excellent and of the highest quality. Procida is beautiful. Thank you, Michela and Federico.

09/11/2025: We had dinner with friends at Il FaTo restaurant. The welcome and location were impeccable, not to mention the excellent food that chef Tommy expertly crafted and enhanced. I tried a two-flavor pizza with incredible pairings. Every bite was delicious, and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses, all of the highest quality, and not to mention the sliced ​​beef with porcini mushrooms. What can I say... it was incredibly tender and the mushrooms were delicious. All accompanied by an excellent local wine. Finally, we had dessert. And I really enjoyed the Nutella and biscuit cheesecake they made. Super tasty. I invite you to stop by FaTo for lunch or dinner, because it's well worth it. Thank you, Tommy, for delighting us with your amazing dishes. We'll definitely be back to try the first courses, which I'm sure will be impeccable. Highly recommended if you want to spend time at a table with excellent food and good wine.

Each course was bursting with flavor; you could truly taste the freshness and quality of each ingredient. The chef even came to the table to show us the cut of meat before cooking it to perfection, a thoughtful and truly impressive gesture. The meat melted in your mouth—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impeccable, just like the flavor. Excellent quality in every way. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out!

03/12/2025: Yesterday I was at this restaurant—if you can call it that. As soon as I arrived, I asked if I could leave my car near the entrance. The pizza chef told me not to worry, so so far, so good. Once inside, however, I almost felt like I was in the way, seeing as I was alone. I ordered a panuozzo with sausage and broccoli rabe and asked if I could sit at a table. The pizza chef again told me to go "over there" and make myself comfortable. I got to the table and couldn't find a fork, knife, or glass. I sat down and waited. After a while, the panuozzo arrived, without any cutlery or glass, and they didn't even ask me for cutlery, but the panuozzo arrived looking beautiful but burned. I started eating, and no one came by to ask how it was going or if I needed anything. I finished, went to the cashier, and paid a whopping 17 euros for a panuozzo and a small bottle of water, with no cover charge or anything else. Honestly, it's a disgrace. It's time to start taking care of your business; otherwise, it would be better to close. A simple piece of advice.

19/10/2025: Welcoming place, the owners are very friendly and eager to please. We had a great time! The dishes were also excellent: we ordered various appetizers, cured meats, cheeses, mixed fried fish, Mexican-style beans, bruschetta, mozzarella, etc., all fresh and flavorful. Then we ordered panuozzi, which was truly delicious, a true original Panuozzo from Gragnano, made with quality ingredients and very easy to digest. Definitely recommended, we'll see you soon...
