22/06/2024: The owner is friendly, competent and honest, he recommended a wine to give me as a gift and didn't choose it among the most expensive. We returned in the evening for an aperitif and it was an excellent choice, very tasty local meats and cheeses, very good wine by the glass.
16/06/2024: I sat at a table in this place with the intention of learning about products made in Calabria, I met the managers, a couple of trained professionals who let me taste two wines that were absolutely new to me accompanied by a tasty frisa. Everything was excellent, a successful aperitif, curiosity satisfied, reasonable price. I recommend it

24/08/2024: Mancavo da guardavalle da circa 20 anni e avevo piacere di tornare a birgurussu per mangiare e devo dire che la tradizione non si è persa, complimenti davvero tutto davvero buonissimo, e addirittura una sera ordino 14 pizze alle 19 e alle 19,30 erano pronte. Ragazzi siete speciali grazie da Perronace Massimiliano di Racconigi.
23/08/2024: Sono stato ben 5 volte nel mese di agosto in questo ristorante locale di Guardavalle Marina, sia in coppia che da solo, e desidero sottolineare che servizio e qualità sono stati sempre superiori alle aspettative!!!
Servizio velocissimo e qualità dei piatti proposti sempre eccellente!!!
Borgorosso si conferma uno dei migliori ristoranti della costa ionica calabrese !!!

06/08/2024: Cena in famiglia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il ristorante è un po' fuori dalle vie centrali del paese ma merita veramente. Abbiamo assaggiato antipasti, primi, secondi di pesce e dolce. Era tutto davvero buono. Ottime le frittelle di baccala con salsa di cipolla, le crocchette di patate e il pesce fresco. Per finire, eccellente la panna cotta. Molto piacevole anche il servizio, puntuale e cordiale. Una bella serata!

01/06/2024: Siamo tornati a pranzo in questo ristorante dall'atmosfera familiare dove lasciando libero il gentilissimo proprietario Sig.Natale abbiamo degustato prelibatezze !!!!antipasti misti di pesce crudo e cotto, misto di assaggini di pesce tra cui una parmigiana di pesce spada e involtini di pesce spada da leccarsi i baffi!!!!

15/08/2023: Un po' meglio rispetto a qualche anno fa, ma c'è ancora molto da migliorare. Il caffè ha un sapore decisamente acre, i cornetti niente di eccezionale.

20/07/2024: The pizza is good but not better than other places in the area. They have delicious dishes with good quality ingredients but certainly not starred dishes that require long preparations when ordering. Despite this, if you look at the negative reviews, most concern delays in service both for those eating in and for those ordering at home.
I stumbled upon it too: I checked in at 9.30pm. I paid by card and only after they accepted the order (which could no longer be cancelled), they gave me a delivery time of about an hour and a half: between 10.55pm and 11.15pm. Luckily I didn't plan to go out after dinner otherwise the order would have remained empty, in the raider's hands. I understand that it's Saturday but if they can't serve in an acceptable time they should avoid filling the place like an egg and/or accepting home orders.
The delivery service contacted them and told me they would deliver around 10.45pm. The time, needless to say, was not respected, and they delivered at 11pm.
I had already ordered from them a few days earlier and the delivery times had not been respected.
Honestly, the offer, although good, is not worth spending hours waiting for. Avoid!!!
