18/09/2025: The experience at Bellavista Restaurant was truly excellent. The attention to quality and presentation was evident right from the appetizer: meticulous attention to detail and rich in flavor, a great start that whets the appetite. The risotto is simply delicious, perfectly creamed and with balanced flavors that make it an unforgettable dish. Don't miss the black truffle ice cream, unique and refined, where you can taste the quality of the ingredients, as well as the intense and creamy hazelnut. To finish on a sweet note, the berry cheesecake, fresh and delicious, with just the right fruity note. A restaurant that combines taste, quality, and care: absolutely recommended!

21/09/2025: The quality of the fish is excellent. The service is professional, and the location is beautiful. A good selection of dishes, 4/5 of each type, without those endlessly long tourist menus. Prices are in line with seaside seafood restaurants. Highly recommended... And then, in mid-September, with the beach half-empty and the sea in front... peace of mind.

10/09/2025: Vacation for a large family of 7. We went for dinner and came back the next day for lunch. The best fried seafood I've ever had. And then... let's talk about the delicious fried calzone!!! And the first courses were delicious too.

14/10/2025: If you want to eat well but don't have much time, you've found the right place. High-quality rotisserie and traditional cuisine. Need some advice? Try the Sicilian Pidoni, the arancini, and, during this time of year, the rice salad. Then there's the lasagna, which is fabulous. Also try the stew.

26/08/2025: The Swing restaurant's menu is limited, but all the dishes we tried were truly excellent! We particularly enjoyed the tuna and gnocchi. The staff is very courteous and friendly; the atmosphere is lovely; we ate outside, and although the tables are close to the street, the area is very quiet and the atmosphere relaxing!

21/10/2025: We stopped for dinner with the family. Everything was truly beautiful and, above all, delicious. Kudos to the staff, who treated us with great courtesy without being intrusive. The raw fish is highly recommended. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality and dishes served. Well done!

06/10/2025: The reviews are unanimous: the bistro in question is a respectable, if not brilliant, benchmark in the (meager) culinary scene of the historic center. One could honestly say that the place has potential, but it's untapped. However, it's inevitable that the enthusiasm for this "shop" also reveals a lack of commitment to excellence, a sign that has been seen very rarely. The real problem, what is professionally unspeakable and what seems to be a sadly widespread trend in the city, lies in the superficial and sloppy way the place presents itself to customers. Guests are welcomed into a barely presentable outdoor area, a precarious and dilapidated shack. This space, patched up with plastic sheeting, makeshift overhead trellises that serve as tie-rods, and adorned with withered plants, is not only unsightly, but culminates in a niche of smelly garbage cans. This unpresentability isn't a detail: it's the symptom of a profound lack of care and respect for the customer and the public space. Perhaps spoiled by diners who are silent and almost blind to this context, they limit themselves to extolling the cuisine at the expense of the service, understood as the result of all interactions, including the decor and the outdoor setting, considering it a completely marginal element. This creates a cultural paradox: people are willing to turn a blind eye to where they eat a meal to enjoy culinary excellence. The fundamental concept remains unchanged: how you appear, you are. As far as I'm concerned, even the most modest trattoria should demonstrate care for its exterior, be tidy and welcoming. Focusing solely on the cuisine is a mistake that perpetuates the culture of sloppiness and fails to sublimate into the attention to detail that reflects respect for the customer. Until even the diner demands service that embraces decorum and respect for aesthetics, we will continue to celebrate bland excellence, because quality cannot and should not be limited to the dish; it must encompass every aspect of commercial and civic interaction.

27/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Cannarutia, and the experience exceeded my expectations! I've rarely found such high-quality cuisine and service that makes you feel truly at home. Its immediately striking strength is the incredibly kind staff. From the moment we arrived, they were smiling, attentive, and ready to accommodate our every request with admirable availability. Their thoughtfulness made the entire evening relaxing and enjoyable. But what makes this restaurant a true gem is its inclusive cuisine, especially for those with specific dietary needs. Since my wife is gluten-intolerant, finding VALUABLE and non-trivial options is often a challenge, but here the gluten-free selection is vast, creative, and top-notch. I was able to choose from appetizers, first courses, pizza, and desserts without having to sacrifice flavor or fear cross-contamination. This level of attention and care for intolerant diners deserves special praise: the ability to enjoy a complete and delicious dinner in complete safety is a huge added value. The dishes were exquisite, prepared with fresh ingredients and carefully presented. From the first course to the last, you could feel Chef Ernesto's passion and mastery. La Cannarutia is a must-visit. If you're looking for a place where hospitality is genuine and the food quality is excellent, with attention to everyone's needs (especially the gluten-free options), you won't be disappointed! Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: A recent discovery for me, but a pleasant surprise. My wife also enjoyed it, and in many ways it's a place we go to eat often, not just for special occasions... well done for the menu and the availability.

24/09/2025: We were passing through on our way home from the airport... we actually just wanted to quickly pick up some bread and stumbled upon Panificio Puccio... Sensational! We bought bread and all sorts of mixed baked goods... incredibly fresh and delicious. The ingredients are definitely high-quality. The pizza was tasty, but didn't really blow us away. The five stars are more than deserved.

25/09/2025: I had booked a table for six at Trattoria Ceravolo a full five days before the dinner. I had also made sure a typical Catanzaro dish was available, so that colleagues from out of the region could try it. Arriving promptly at 8:30 PM, we found the shutter halfway down. The door was still open, and there were six or seven people inside who, in a rude manner, kept telling me the restaurant was closed, ignoring the fact that I had a reservation. Only by raising my voice did I manage to explain myself, and eventually the owner's son intervened, confirming the closure due to an injury. I fully understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, but failing to notify customers with a confirmed reservation is unacceptable. In my opinion, simply because they had no other customers, they chose to close. In any case, the result was a terrible impression on my colleagues and a ruined evening. Such unprofessional behavior is inexcusable: a reputable establishment, if closed, should remain closed to everyone, and above all, it must have the integrity to notify those who have booked.

24/09/2025: The food is good, I liked it, whatever you choose is good, it seems homemade by a good housewife. The only odd thing is the prices of the dishes are either a little lower or a little higher than average, but okay. I recommend it.
