10/06/2025: Già conoscevamo la qualità della macelleria e gastronomia e gli ottimi salumi di Bruno Piccolo. Siamo stati a cena nel suo angolo ristorante e, devo dire che è stata una cena al top. Servizio attento al tavolo, ottima la tartare e il carpaccio, buonissima la tagliata di manzo e poi ci ha deliziato con un assaggino di spaghetti alla corte d’assise, veramente golosi. Il tutto accompagnato da un calice di ottimo vino (vasta la scelta delle cantine). Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

11/07/2025: A beautiful establishment in the heart of Canolo, beautifully nestled in the mountains. The food is excellent, and the service is truly excellent. I stumbled upon this place by mistake, and was also able to take advantage of the accommodation.

20/07/2025: At the recommendation of Peppe, an employee at Hotel Villa Susy in Davoli Marina, we went there for lunch yesterday. We found both the food and the service to be satisfactory. The diced potatoes and octopus were very popular, as were the spaghetti with seaweed and paccheri with cherry tomatoes and shrimp. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely return for dinner and try other dishes.

20/07/2025: We had dinner there after the renovations and we have to say it was truly beautiful and elegant, and it was the first time my family and I had there. They are masters at catching and selling local fish, and we can honestly say that you could taste the difference from other places. Excellent, attentive, and elegant service, with great attention to detail. Highly recommended. Compliments to the owners.

26/07/2025: The food in the restaurant was delicious! The quality of the meat is outstanding, and you can taste the organic quality. The other products are also of very high standard and locally produced. The owner even took the time to show us the dairy! The service was also very good; the employees were attentive and very quick! It's definitely worth a visit!

17/07/2025: Hello I'm giving 5 stars so as not to penalize a restaurant owner who I hope will be constructive, because that evening was a disaster. The restaurant owner asked me to be honest when writing my review. We arrived at 7:10 p.m. because the website states the hours are 11 a.m. to midnight. This is incorrect. They were kind enough to serve us at 7:30 p.m., even though the kitchen actually opens at 8 p.m. We were delighted! In the meantime, we had a bottle of water on an outdoor terrace whose seats were completely ruined, dirty, and the cushions (white ones in the photos) were missing. Your photos on your website are 5 years old and are completely misleading, as is the state of your ponds, which are teeming with algae. Regarding the restaurant, The table service was excellent. The lady was extremely polite and helpful. On the other hand, a kitchen employee came to the end of the terrace twice to observe. Our dishes were really way too salty; at this point, it's not about liking or not liking, it's a mistake that keeps happening. My trio: I couldn't eat the shrimp because they were practically raw. I tried a forkful of swordfish; it was extremely cooked, as hard as a brick, while the salmon was edible, so I ate it. My daughter ate her dish (whatever the name is in Italian), and she was sick during the night. The music wasn't suitable. We paid 69 euros, which is a totally reasonable bill if we had been able to eat something good that evening. This wasn't the case, and we regret it as much as you do. Don't try to make excuses for bitter customers. We're not. Only your tables and chairs under the chalet are very comfortable and clean. Outside, the place was probably great a few years ago, but it's time to repair, clean, and especially update your photos/time. That evening, it wasn't good, that's all. Sometimes it's better to say... okay, you may be right, I'll find out why rather than write nonsense. Have a very nice day.

06/08/2025: Wir haben dieses Restaurant aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gewählt und wurden leider enttäuscht. Die Begrüssung war zwar herzlich, doch kaum hingesetzt, mussten wir sofort die Getränke bestellen. Wir bekamen einen Brotkorb ohne Olivenöl oder andere Beilagen. Obwohl wir gesagt hatten, dass wir noch etwas Zeit brauchen, stand die Bedienung nach zwei Minuten wieder am Tisch, was uns sehr unter Druck setzte. Die Speisen: Pizza Caprese und Pinsa Caprese waren kalt, die Pinsa zudem säuerlich im Geschmack – meine Tochter hat sie nicht gegessen. Antipasti di Mare haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt. Frittura al metro war enttäuschend: Alles zusammen in derselben Fritteuse frittiert, Kartoffeln schmeckten nach Fisch, der Fisch war nicht knusprig, Calamari wie Kaugummi, Crevetten mit Schale frittiert. Die Platte blieb nahezu unangerührt. Positiv zu erwähnen: Pasta al Pomodoro und Pizza Chiara waren gut. Beim Service gab es ebenfalls Probleme: Wir bestellten mehrmals Wasser (mit und ohne Kohlensäure), aber ein Teil kam nie an. Am Ende wurde uns Mineralwasser berechnet, das wir nicht erhalten hatten. Als wir dies anmerkten, kam es zu einer Diskussion mit der Bedienung. Der Chef gewährte uns schliesslich 5 € Rabatt. Fazit: Schade, wir hatten uns sehr gefreut, wurden aber sowohl vom Essen als auch vom Service enttäuscht. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen und können dieses Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen.

16/07/2025: Low cost, high return! The dishes were all divinely cooked, the portions were just right (in some cases generous), and the service was impeccable: despite the volume of work, they were always polite, calm, and smiling. The icing on the cake: their expertise!

31/05/2025: I have been to tavernacolo several times because I consider it one of the best places to eat in cosenza. the food is excellent, the staff is very nice, friendly and super helpful and it is right in the center of corso mazzini. the only flaw: the nduja. I come from vibo valentia and therefore I think I know what I'm talking about, just one piece of advice, change the nduja and your food will be perfect.

After a half-hour drive along a road that winds through the mountains, you arrive in Galliciano, in the heart of Greek Calabria, where the very few remaining people still speak Byzantine Greek. The trattoria, with a small terrace and a wooden canopy, overlooks the village and the valley. The traditional set menu includes an appetizer, traditional pasta, goat cheese, and peasant wine.

07/08/2025: A remote place in the mountains, a truly peaceful haven. There's no phone service, so you're forced to admire, breathe in, and capture the view while enjoying the breeze. The tavern is like home, with excellent, authentic food. I recommend bringing cash and making a reservation. The food is plentiful and the menu is reasonably priced.

29/05/2025: Pizzeria storica di Cosenza con panorama mozzafiato sulla città. Abbiamo preso gli stregotti al cotto e ancora con rucola pomodorini e olive schiacciate. Una delizia per il palato. Poi assaggi di tre tipi di pizza: Margherita, crema di zucca pancetta e provola e la pizza chiamata "prima classificata" di cui non svelo gli ingredienti ma che invito a provare. Lo staff è accogliente, il servizio eccellente e la cucina e la pizza fenomenale. Vi invito ad andare rimarrete stregati.
