01/06/2025: More than a hotel it seemed like a disco. I advise you, before going to stay overnight, if they have parties banquets or other that same evening otherwise do not sleep. I had to call the reception twice both times after midnight because the music was too loud, and to top it off around 2 am fireworks. Terrible service, poor breakfast.

17/05/2025: A truly fantastic hotel. It's located on the main road, so you can quickly reach the nearby cultural highlights: Melfi, Acerenza, Potenza, Rionera in Vulture, Abbazia San Michele, Venosa, Muro Lucano, Picerno, ... Very friendly, very nice staff at reception and in the restaurant. They are helpful with any questions. I felt completely at home during my three-day stay. Thanks a million, best regards Josef

15/09/2025: Passing through Maratea, we decided to stop at this little place selling traditional products. I must say I was very impressed both with the products I ate (delicious) and with the intimate atmosphere in a small piazza decorated with photos. The owner is a very honest person who lets you try his products without overcharging or being intrusive.

24/08/2025: I dreamed of a typical sandwich, perhaps with a touch of Lucanian tradition and a friendly smile. Instead, I found a masterpiece of coldness, seasoned with rudeness and stuffed with condescendingness. The owners? A textbook duo: zero empathy, courtesy on sale (sold out), and plenty of rudeness. The sandwich looked like it came from a refrigerator on strike, but at least it was consistent with the atmosphere: cold, hasty, hostile. A place like this should only be visited to test your own zen limits. But if you prefer to eat in peace... follow your instincts and cross the street.

20/09/2025: The tomato sauce on the pizza was extremely acidic, and the ingredients were low-quality. The service wasn't great, and the waitress was rude. The place was nice and welcoming.

08/06/2025: Atmospheric place, very nice friendly service. Beautiful waitress. Tasty food, inexpensive. Highly recommended.

18/09/2025: The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating on multiple levels. The waiter was friendly and professional. The food was good, but we didn't find the quality to justify the high prices. The mixed cod appetizer tasted like little, served with more sauce than cod. The orecchiette were good, and the softened cod was also tasty, but it, too, had the cod smell. I'd return at least for the pizza. The menu's design was poor, with colorful pages and grayscale printing.

05/10/2025: The room and bathroom were spacious, with a large window and mountain views. The furnishings were a bit dated but well-maintained, and the housekeeping was excellent. The dinner was very good, with well-seasoned pasta and tasty meat. We also tried the pizza, which was excellent! The ingredients were fresh. The owner was very kind and helpful.

20/08/2025: The menu offers a wide variety of dishes. The quality of the platters is, in my opinion, the best in the city. The owner is very attentive to his customers' needs. Wait times are short, with a few exceptions on busy days, but the friendliness and kindness of the staff deserve that extra star. I was extremely satisfied, and my friends were equally satisfied. We will definitely be back.

14/07/2025: Please remember that customers always have the right to express their opinion, even if it's simply a comment about a price difference, even if it's just a euro. Rescinding someone's opinion without a real reason or logic is neither a sign of good manners nor respect. Courtesy, especially in a business open to the public, should be a fundamental value. It's always possible to learn it, if you really want it.

01/10/2025: Water is not available in the room. Purchase at the reception, which is not always manned. A savory breakfast is not available and must be booked for an additional fee.

28/08/2025: Terrible service thanks to the staff you choose. We've been customers for a long time and have always had a great experience thanks to the other employees. But this morning at checkout, we had to wait a half-hour for the shift employee to come and settle our bill, making my partner late for work. Despite this—and I hope you have cameras to monitor it—she displayed extreme rudeness and even threatened to charge us extra. I had to call the police to explain what was happening, and then she stopped raising her voice and made us pay what we owed. It's painful to deal with rude and incompetent people. So if you don't want to lose customers, you'd better choose only those who can serve the public. Someone this rude certainly isn't capable of it!

22/04/2025: I booked for Easter and found myself in a wedding context. Arrived at 1pm and left at 7pm waiting for courses that arrived within an hour of each other. The fixed menu was not bad, but the agreed request for a fish menu was not satisfied. Being Easter I would have expected at least the dove.
