26/10/2025: Excellent food. The first course was ravioli with Asiago red radicchio, which was fantastic. The second course was an excellent rib-eye steak with a generous side of cooked vegetables, truly delicious.

27/08/2025: The atmosphere certainly isn't that of a high-end restaurant, but if we're happy with a homely atmosphere, we can appreciate the quality of the food. The flavorful dishes are surprising. Well done!

29/08/2025: Just one question: what kind of pasta do you use? I've never had anything so tasteless and inconsistent. A terrible experience, saved only by the smile of the girl serving. Even the desserts lacked the only one I would have liked. We were speechless, but also full of smoke, since customers are allowed to smoke at the tables.

26/08/2025: The place is nice, but the food and menu selection are truly meager, at least for appetizers, first courses, and second courses. There are plenty of pizzas and they look good. We ordered fettuccine with mushrooms and provola, which tasted like oil and provola, but the mushrooms weren't there. The pasta with cod, on the other hand, isn't bad. I also recommend removing the images of giallo zafferano from the menu.

30/09/2025: During a business dinner with friends, I had the pleasure of discovering a veritable kingdom of traditional Lucanian cuisine, guided with passion and skill by the great Maestro Rocco, the owner of the house and creator of dishes that express his homeland. An experience that successfully combined simplicity and authenticity, conveying unique and sincere emotions, hard to find elsewhere. 17/10/2025: The owner is very kind, polite, and precise. The pizza has a very light dough, so you can finish it without feeling overwhelmed. 😋 I didn't give it five stars only because, despite there being only a few other people sitting besides us, we waited almost half an hour for our two pizzas.

19/08/2025: Trattoria in the town's main square with a panoramic view. The first course menu included pasta without sauce, pasta with tomato sauce, and pasta with porcini mushrooms (frozen). It could be better.

10/09/2025: Embarrassing is an understatement. A gloomy place, deafening silence, and service below expectations. The icing on the cake was the buffalo mozzarella on the pizza that was "missing," and the staff responded, "I'LL REPORT." What? So you're left empty-handed, as I found you...

04/12/2025: 🍝 - Food: 3/5 🛎️ - Service 4/5 📍 - Location & atmosphere 3/5 Lunch at Valentino was a true experience. I found myself at the heart of the most authentic tradition. I love traditional dishes: they're authentic, flavorful, and make you feel at home—even too much so! This is the only problem with Valentino: the care taken in finding the right balance between flavors and ingredients could be improved. The appetizers, in particular, need a little work. But then, when the fava bean and chicory puree arrives, you forget everything else, and your gratitude to the kitchen staff grows exponentially. Plus, exchanging a few words with Valentino is a real plus. He's a great host, with a smile and an infectious laugh, he immediately puts you at ease! If you're in Potenza and want a decent meal, Valentino is a good option, considering its location and easy parking.
