An evening at Sushita, everything was truly delicious: sashimi, tartare, rolls, and excellent quality ice cream. Only one comment: the service was excessively fast, making it feel like the table needed to be vacated quickly. Unfortunately, my ice cream was taken away before I had time to enjoy it, and even when the dishes arrived, we were immediately asked if they could be taken away. Since the restaurant isn't an all-you-can-eat establishment, but rather a more refined experience, I think giving guests time to enjoy their dinner would really make a difference.

The fish quality is excellent, both in the nigiri mix and the sashimi mix. The raw rolls embrace a more fusion philosophy, yet maintain a high level of quality in terms of both the ingredients and the pairings offered. Also noteworthy is the special 0.75 Belgian beer (they rotate on the menu), truly noteworthy and worth the price, as is the overall experience. The service was top-notch, fast, and courteous.

The fish quality was excellent, the nigiri were delicious, and the rolls were excellent. The only flaw was that they were too big, my personal opinion! The service was good initially, but then toward the end they started bringing all the rolls at once. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd reconsider the size, but everything else was top-notch!

In the area surrounding Roseto degli Abruzzi, Sushita is unmatched: a restaurant that combines high levels of professionalism and attention to detail with the HIGHEST QUALITY of its dishes. The best in the area, without a doubt. The atmosphere is very chic, but might seem snobbish to some.

The premium rolls and sashimi are delicious, but I didn't find the nigiri to be quite as good. I was hungry and forgot to take photos. Recommended
