I eat here three times a week, do I need any explanation? 😂

Regarding my recent experience at this place, I was slightly disappointed. Food Generally always good and of good quality, but: 1- the fries were visibly reheated and not freshly fried, easily noticeable by their softness, both the sweet stick fries (absurd to find them soft, in fact) and the peeled ones; 2- the sandwiches, while very good, are inedible as sandwiches due to their excessive height (perhaps flatter, less high-cut meat and better distribution of the ingredients would help). Service Although helpful and fast, I find it unacceptable that, with two people eating one enormous portion of fries each, the sandwich arrives just five minutes after the fries are delivered. The result is a crowded table with little room to move and a rush to finish the food. I also find it scandalous that the guy who goes around the tables delivering the sandwiches, dressed in a rather unacceptable outfit for a business service, is completely outrageous. A final note on the service: even the speed with which they take away food and the constant checking to see if everything is okay doesn't reflect professionalism, especially when the place is half empty. Ambience Recently renovated (it was different in the past), I found it to have deteriorated both in terms of design and table layout. Having tables for two in the center doesn't seem like a smart choice. All in all, it's still a good place, probably better for takeout. Some may turn up their noses at the criticism, but after paying almost €80 for two sandwiches and two portions of fries, I won't accept compromises.

High expectations, not fully met! Overall, very good! Considering I went there from Francavilla al Mare, I don't think I'd go back on purpose! The price for a sandwich is a bit too much!

Very well-maintained and welcoming place, with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent fries, sandwiches, and burritos. They also offer gluten-free options with an artisanal sandwich. It was worth the hour's drive.

Overall, it seemed like an average restaurant. We really enjoyed the pink peppercorn fries and ginger sauce, and the sweet potatoes served with the burgers were also good. The tiramisu was perfectly made. We didn't particularly enjoy the sandwiches. The meat on two of the sandwiches was very dry, almost frozen, and flavorless. I don't understand how they can even offer medium-rare meat, given the risks involved. The bread crumbled with each bite, not even slightly browned on the inside. The service was very poor, with 15 seats and two completely disinterested waiters. We waited to see if anyone would stop by for more drinks, but no one showed up. Then we waited 20 minutes to find out if there were desserts, which we asked for at the end. We'll be back to try the fish sandwiches, hoping for better, more "active"/cheerful service! Tiramisu was top!
