Villa Sant'Angelo is a truly beautiful property, nestled in a charming location, meticulously maintained, and instantly conveying a sense of peace. It's a true oasis, ideal for those seeking relaxation, good food, and a genuine welcome. The food is excellent, the service is attentive, and the day-to-day management is one of the property's true strengths. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Special thanks go to Federica, Giuseppe, and Joshua, whose professionalism, helpfulness, and attentiveness make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Overall, the entire staff is fantastic: polite, attentive, helpful, and always ready to find a solution. I must point out one important aspect, however: during my stay, I clearly felt that when the owners are present, the atmosphere changes significantly. Certain dynamics become less pleasant, the rules seem to change, and the overall experience risks significantly deteriorating. Personally, there were times when I seriously considered canceling my stay and never returning. I stayed mainly thanks to the quality of the management, especially Giuseppe and his family, who demonstrated great skill, poise, and attention to their guests. My advice is this: before booking, contact the property and find out if the owner will be present during your stay. When the property is entrusted to the operations staff (the manager), the experience can be truly wonderful. However, when the owners intervene directly, at least in my experience, the stay can be much less peaceful. In summary: wonderful location, excellent cuisine, clean rooms, excellent staff. The operations management truly deserves praise. The ownership, however, represents the property's main weakness, in my opinion.

Dishes are meticulously crafted, with original yet balanced flavor combinations that showcase the local ingredients to their fullest. The setting is welcoming and the atmosphere extremely pleasant, ideal for those seeking a high-end dinner. Special praise goes to the service: attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. A must-visit in Pineto for those who love true quality cuisine. We'll definitely be back.

02/06/2026: I tried the five-course tasting menu and the overall experience was definitely positive. The restaurant offers attentive service, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes. Among the menu, which began with an amuse bouche followed by two appetizers, I particularly enjoyed the first course variation: spaghetti with parsley cream, clams, and lemon, fresh and well-balanced. The beef & leek was also excellent, a boldly flavored and well-executed option. The meal concluded with a refreshing dessert, enhanced by a very interesting acidic note that cleansed the palate nicely. Overall, a refined restaurant and a solid culinary offering.

03/05/2026: A beautiful Sunday filled with sunshine, animals, good food, and wonderful company. The children participated in an educational workshop, and Bruno, the host, then took everyone on a tour of the farm, also sharing some interesting facts about the animals. He was very helpful and kind. The lunch was truly delicious; everything was delicious. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend a day surrounded by nature, animals, and good food.

30/04/2026: Not very large but welcoming, the service was friendly and attentive, the hot and cold appetizers were mixed, the fish was fresh and very tasty, the rice with scampi was delicious (perhaps a little too al dente), the mixed fried fish, the sorbet and liqueur, three bottles of wine, and for five of us, we spent €45 each, excellent value. (The appetizers were complete; for the other courses, we ordered three portions that we split, but the portions were very generous.)

24/04/2026: Feeling at home away from home is difficult, but not impossible. This hotel has everything you need to avoid feeling like a fish out of water. Located in a perfect location, halfway between the Teramo coast and the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga mountains, it's the perfect hub for those who want to enjoy all the region's tourist attractions. Excellent cuisine, a well-stocked bar, and above all, the warm and impeccable welcome of Donatella, her two daughters, and the entire staff. The taverna is beautiful, with its ancient well and glass grate overlooking the waters of the nearby Vomano River. Near the hotel, there are countless shops, a post office, and ATMs.

08/06/2026: 🔝 A must-see for anyone who loves super fresh pastries. I can assure you, the Pesche are illegal, like many other pastries that are too good. You'll also find amazing dry almond paste biscuits. Compliments to the pastry chefs.
