14/04/2025: We went to Villa Umberto to celebrate a friend's 18th birthday and we were thrilled! The place is truly beautiful: surrounded by greenery, with a well-kept garden that creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Dinner was a buffet and was a real surprise: an infinite number of dishes, especially of the typical Terraman tradition. We tasted everything, from fried foods (excellent!) to mazzarelle, from porchetta to other local dishes, all prepared with great care and quality. Impeccable service, helpful and friendly staff. It is the perfect place for events, ceremonies or even just to enjoy a nice dinner in a quiet and well-kept environment. Highly recommended!

15/07/2025: A restaurant in the center of Tortoreto Alto, with a wonderful panoramic view from the outside. Reservations are required, and in some cases they may have two sittings, so ask. The food is excellent; the meat is excellent, and the service is also very efficient, run mostly by women. The platter of classic cured meats includes a perfect warm focaccia (although the mortadella is a bit out of place in Abruzzo). The fried cheese was good (although, in my humble opinion, a larger slice could have been used, given the price), and the side vegetables were very good. Let's move on to the meat: a wonderful Picanha (although it didn't look like 300g), perfectly cooked, and a wonderful Heifer Cuberoll with a griddle to control the cooking—I have nothing else to say about that. We also tried the arrosticini (which, given their size, aren't Abruzzo arrosticini); they weigh 30g. And they're hand-cut, which justifies the price. Both the classic and the liver are good, but not the best. I was hoping to taste better. Perhaps because of their size, which compromises both cooking and tenderness. 13/07/2025: A restaurant located in the village of Tortoreto Alto. I visited with my girlfriend and had a truly magnificent dinner. The restaurant offers a large outdoor space for dining both inside and out. In addition to the usual rustic dishes like arrosticini, antipasti, and focaccia, I highly recommend the Black Angus burger—an explosion of flavor! A highly recommended restaurant for all families! Plus, I even get to play my accordion there!

09/07/2025: I stopped for dinner with my family; there were not many people. The waiter was friendly and attentive, explaining the dishes. We had a cured meat appetizer with many locally sourced side dishes, frittatas, and pan-fried vegetables. The main course was a mixed meat dish, which was good and very generous, and some roasted meats with potatoes. Wine (so-so, water, and two Cokes). A top-quality family-produced Genziana. The food was good. The price was fair, even if a little low. Congratulations, we'll be back.

26/06/2025: A great stop on the way south. Although it is so beautiful that I could easily stay another day or more. When we were there, they only spoke Italian. We managed to get by.

02/06/2025: Great discovery, we will return again. A few kilometers from the highway exit, immersed in the silent and green hills of Abruzzo. Among the olive trees stands this farmhouse with swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Ours had a large terrace overlooking the pool. Excellent dinner with some of their own products: pasta, bread and oil. Each dish was tasty and delicious. Good breakfast (normal). From the dining room in the distance you can see the sea. Kindness and helpfulness of the owner.

18/07/2025: A very interesting shopping center, with a swimming pool and gym that you can use for just a week for 28 euros. Full of shops, great deals, and a fantastic multiplex cinema on the first floor. A must-see for anyone vacationing in Pineto. It can be reached via the cycle path.

29/06/2025: We would have liked to write a nice review but unfortunately we were unable to have dinner. Reservation at 8:30 pm, we arrived on time and sat down. After taking our orders they brought us drinks after 15 minutes. After 50 minutes we asked the waiter and he replied that the dishes were being prepared. After 1 hour from the arrival still nothing, after another 15 minutes we decided to leave presenting our complaints to a waitress who told us that they were cooking the pasta, too bad that they should have brought us the appetizers first. In the end we left without having dinner.

27/06/2025: It is truly a special place, rustic, homely and relaxing. Going to eat there, summer or winter, is always an excellent choice, the quality is impeccable. In summer the entire garden is filled with tables and is very characteristic

06/07/2025: Super clean beach, comfortable and new sunbeds and deckchairs. The thing that struck me most is the great attention and cleanliness of the restaurant (having two small children I notice it): we ate very well, and the fried food is really good.

11/07/2025: I really appreciated the quality of the fish, which was decidedly fresh. Some dishes didn't entirely convince me, but overall the experience was positive. The idea of serving the first courses directly from the pan was very nice and original: it adds a touch of personality to the service. A special mention for the spaghetti with clams, truly excellent: flavorful and well-creamed. A place worth a visit, especially for seafood lovers.
