15/10/2024: I was invited to a birthday party and I have to say that the place is nice with a large parking lot, the food was average with good arrosticini (the second course tasted like old arrosticini), the staff unfortunately inexperienced and not at all friendly always sulking, the organization of the restaurant was horrible, there were about 25 of us and the courses were divided 4/4/4 every time (bruschetta/arrosticini/chips and even the Ascoli olives 15 pieces counted for each course) and every 15 minutes, so someone was always left without. Unfortunately I didn't leave satisfied. They could improve.

11/10/2024: …. s’e’ consumato un paio di settimane fa’ un bel convivio serale fra gli Amici di qui e ciò anche per salutare 🫡 l’estate che terminava ! La Location “ interna “ è stata scelta e “ prenotata con molto anticipo perché fuori nel giardino non era più il caso di stare in quanto il freddo 😨 improvviso di fine Settembre si cominciava ad avvertire in modo considerevole …. Comunque sia …. , abbiamo provato anche questa ….. ebbrezza “ architettonica “ prodotta dalle ardite volte sopra le nostre teste delle sale ove eravamo e realizzate tutte in Laterizi 🧱 mediante la sapiente opera dei vecchi “ Mastri Muratori “ di un tempo ⏱️ …. In questi locali al piano terra ogni sorta di cose ( botti di vino 🍷 , vrignale d’Ui 🫒 , sacchi di granaglie 🌽🌾 , insaccati 🐖 appesi perla stagionatura , attrezzature 🚜 agricole , ecc. ) trovava posto ! Queste soluzioni architettoniche sono state certamente un bel vedere 👁️ nell’attesa dei Piatti ordinati e ci hanno fatto ripensare alla scomoda vita dei nostri Nonni …. Per quanto riguarda poi la Cena …. , tutto è andato secondo le nostre previsioni ( riguardo al MENÙ ci eravamo già preventivamente informati ) : Bruschette con vari intingoli “ caserecci “ messi sopra , le Mazzarelle Teramane , Pependuni 🌶️ ed Ova 🥚 , Salsiccia fresca nostrana spalmata sopra il pane , gli immancabili Arrosticini …. Un bel Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 🍷 di queste terre ha allietato il tutto ! Sintesi : siamo stati davvero bene 😌 !!

02/01/2025: We were there on New Year's Eve, everyone was extremely kind, the dinner was plentiful and served in perfect time, the sparkling wine was ready even before midnight, the food was good and generous, Mr. Francesco from the restaurant was a very accommodating and precise person, congratulations!!! Excellent music from live to DJ, even Latin American and smooth situations in 3 separate areas but all inside the structure, it wasn't cold anywhere and the children's entertainment was 10 and praise!!! We slept in the villas and they also gave us a place with a sea view with breakfast included. IMPECCABLE I feel like saying money very well spent, thank you and you deserve to grow up 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

09/03/2025: Cercando una soluzione per una cena a base di pesce ci siamo imbattuti in alcune recensioni positive relative a questo ristorante. Tutto assolutamente confermato. Abbiamo cenato in un locale piccolo , ma accogliente e curato. Siamo stati serviti da un cameriere gentilissimo, competente e ironicamente cordiale. Servizio sollecito. Il pesce freschissimo, ben presentato, è risultato essere cucinato, a nostro modesto avviso, con raffinatezza e semplicità , lasciando spazio al gusto intrinseco del pesce stesso. Fritto abbondante, non unto, leggero e croccante, tagliata di tonno "paradisiaca", spaghetti alle vongole top. Anche la mousse di ricotta con fragole o pere era ottima. Prezzi onesti. Insomma consigliatissimo!!

01/02/2025: L’Osteria Rosmarino é molto di più di un posto accogliente, é un luogo dove si viene accolti. Sapiente cucina di mare, sapori netti e genuini, mai enfatizzati o coperti con salse e condimenti fuorvianti: olio, rosmarino, pomodorini, forse una spruzzata di prezzemolo sono il giusto accento che arricchisce le sue portate di pesce freschissimo, servite con eleganza e con il calore di chi ospita persone amiche e, perciò, di riguardo. Vini locali di pregio e dessert della casa in un ambiente delicatamente raffinato, che guarda il verde del giardino e gli azzurri cangianti del mare.

07/12/2024: Una bella conferma. Locale piacevole, servizio molto attento ma discreto. Cucina che privilegia le ottime materie prime e viene arricchita dalle ottime capacità dello chef. Torneremo di certo

06/01/2025: Fish-based lunch, what can I say we took the complete appetizers, some were completely frozen from the refrigerator. Very friendly staff, small but welcoming place. We pointed out the problem and they immediately apologized. Definitely worth trying again.
