04/05/2026: Found it by chance at the last minute on Google, and it was a lovely surprise! The staff were friendly and incredibly kind, and the welcome was excellent. We started with the arrosticini, delicious and perfectly cooked! The highlight was the 3-flavor pizza (a wheel), thin and very light, even though it was well-filled! Even the kids loved it ☺️ We'll definitely be back!

02/05/2026: We happened upon this place while passing through and stopped for a pizza. Personal tastes aside, what really deserves a mention is the quality of the ingredients used, especially the toppings: truffle, saffron, and other sophisticated ingredients are evident throughout. The generous portions are also noteworthy, which is far from a given. Overall, a positive experience. The only downside is the wait time.

02/06/2026: Dinner with a group of friends. Large and crowded place. We had appetizers and arrosticini (both traditional and handmade...in the end, the traditional ones are better, but it's a matter of taste). The steaks were also worth trying, they were truly inspiring. Next time.

30/05/2026: We had dinner this evening. There were four of us, and we ordered pizzondelle with ham, chips, and fried cheese. 1 sliced ​​steak shared between two of us, and 30 normal and 10 liver arrosticini. 1 carafe of ichnusa, half a liter of house wine, water, and a bottle of Coke. 1 coffee and 1 sorbet. The fried appetizers were decidedly heavy and sickening. The sliced ​​steak was good. The arrosticini seemed boiled and lacking in salt. The liver arrosticini were burnt. We spent €158 for four of us, for a decidedly bad meal—I'd even say too much. Even though we sent the arrosticini back, no one asked us if everything was okay or how we'd spent the evening. Furthermore, we waited a long time and didn't experience even the slightest bit of friendliness from the staff. Absolutely not recommended.

The staff is also very friendly. I confirm that there is no table service. When they call the assigned number, you go and get the food. No problem for us. Highly recommended, and we'll go back this time with the motorcycle group. 😉

15/04/2026: The rustic, old-fashioned atmosphere is something I personally adore. Excellent food and incredible service: the lady (I think her name is Alessia) is a true genius at managing customers and serving tables! Unfortunately, I don't live nearby, otherwise I'd go every week. Really good!

27/02/2026: A good restaurant with a refined, time-honored atmosphere. A small and welcoming place, with dark stone walls, exposed wooden beams, and photos of the old Pietracamela on the walls. A family atmosphere reigns among the few tables with beautiful straw-seated chairs. The varied menu is good, from local cheese and pecorino to fettuccine alla boscaiola, lamb stew, and grilled pork chop with baked potatoes, finishing with an excellent tiramisu in a jar and the traditional jam-filled sweets of the old inn. Fast and courteous service. Good price. In conclusion, a great discovery!

21/04/2026: The light of flavors, At the end of the tunnel... I went to the Tunnel Restaurant and Pizzeria in Campli following a recommendation... and I have to say: it hit the mark. A truly successful lunch, with cuisine that is down-to-earth, generous, and without unnecessary drama. Well-executed dishes, authentic flavors, and portions that do their job with rustic elegance. From the first course, you can sense expert craftsmanship and respect for tradition: well-made pasta, rich and flavorful toppings. The second course is intense and cooked to perfection, with a perfect dessert to round out the experience. A welcoming atmosphere, smooth service, and a genuine atmosphere, typical of a restaurant that has been doing well for a long time, and it shows in the food. Very convincing value for money: you leave satisfied, full, and with the feeling of having chosen the right place. If you're passing through Campli and want to eat truly well, without frills but with substance, Tunnel is a worthwhile choice. I would gladly return.
