14/01/2024: Locale ed atmosfera impeccabili, molto eleganti e raffinati. Servizio davvero professionale. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione a base di carne, un piatto più buono dell’altro. L’uovo con castagne e topinambur era fenomenale. Ogni abbinamento è studiato nel minimo dettaglio, tutto perfettamente curato nella forma e nel gusto. L’unico consiglio che darei è di informare prima il cliente del fatto che non esiste un menù alla carta, ma che è possibile scegliere tra due menù degustazione. Torneremo sicuramente ad assaggiare il menù a base di pesce!

14/01/2024: Impeccable place and atmosphere, very elegant and refined. Truly professional service. We chose the meat-based tasting menu, one dish better than the other. The egg with chestnuts and Jerusalem artichokes was phenomenal. Each combination is studied down to the smallest detail, everything perfectly taken care of in shape and taste. The only advice I would give is to first inform the customer that there is no à la carte menu, but that it is possible to choose between two tasting menus. We will definitely come back to try the fish-based menu!

14/07/2024: Servizio scadente, arrivo ore 20 chiediamo di accomodarci in terrazza con la famiglia ci rispondono tutto prenotato, così decidiamo di rimanere ugualmente scegliendo in alternativa un tavolo al piano terra; ci tratteniamo più o meno un’oretta e mezza e i tavoli in terrazza continuano ad essere liberi.

22/07/2024: Terrible, 3 people queuing to get the receipt at 6pm and after half an hour we were still waiting. The staff were cleaning empty tables outside instead of serving customers. We gave up and went to another ice cream shop further down the road. It's no longer the place it was a few years ago.

22/07/2024: Very nice and organized place from the outside... ice cream starting from 3 euros and up. Good, but as they say "without infamy and without praise"... the choice to charge for the cream, a small splash, 0.40 cents boh!...I was pushed to look elsewhere and I found, again in Alba Adriatica, better...with free cream!

01/09/2024: Small but nice place, shame about the lack of air conditioning. Too hot. The fish first courses are good; spaghetti with clams, risotto and paccheri. The frying is also good. Attentive and courteous service. Honest prices.

21/05/2024: Antico frantoio is an experience to forget. I had lunch eating a frozen cutlet heated in the microwave with a side of cold peppers, they recommended tripe and I took a taste of it, doing well because I didn't even taste it, it smelled disgusting. I don't like giving negative reviews but after lunch I had colic the ladies are also kind but catering is a serious thing I'm sorry I won't be back

24/07/2024: Location caratteristica, pesce freschissimo, tutto molto buono, vino ottimo. Il titolare e la figlia sono gentilissimi e premurosi, e ti fanno sentire a casa. Prezzi onesti, commisurati alla qualità. Sicuramente torneremo!

21/05/2024: Premetto che quanto segue é l'opinione personale mia e di mia moglie, ma non ritornerò mai più in questo posto e gli farò una pessima descrizione ogni volta che mi capiterà l'occasione. È stata una delusione totale e cito gli aspetti negativi più salienti: - Primi serviti freddi (forse già pronti per essere impiattati) e di gusto mediocre. - Capretto al forno 70% ossa e cucinato male. - Formaggio fritto ....insapore. - Contorni semplici (patatine fritte e verdura grigliata) deludenti qualitativamente. - Vino imbevibile ....l'abbiamo lasciato dopo l'assaggio. - Il servizio improvvisato e pessimo. - Il locale è talmente pieno di tavoli ammucchiati che per uscire alcuni clienti si sono gentilmente alzati per lasciarci passare. - il conto decisamente alto, quindi oltre al danno anche la beffa ! il POS "non funzionava" ...a seguito della mia insistenza" ha funzionato, ...miracolo !? Il mio consiglio? Non vi fermate a pranzo. Castelli é bellissima, meriterebbe un ristorante migliore

25/04/2024: Abbiamo prenotato e credo che sia giusto avere un posto comodo a sedere, invece una piccola sala dove i tavoli si toccano senza un minimo di privacy e di colloquio tranquillo (altra quasi vuota anche a fine pasto). Ordiniamo due porzioni di agnello, serviteci in piatto comune, nelle quali la carne esibite era inesistente, tutto osso. È accettabile questo trattamento?

14/08/2024: While walking we were attracted by the beautiful wall made up of Gin bottles (being an amateur 😁) we couldn't help but enter. Very good gin and tonic, excellent non-alcoholic fruit drink, cold cuts platter worth trying, the staff is very kind and the place is really very nice. Compliments!!!

13/08/2024: Reading the reviews, I think they are not written by people with the slightest logical sense. We are here in the middle of August. I read complaints about the fact that there are no air conditioners in the rooms. Of course... because they are not needed. Evening temperatures drop to around 20 degrees and even the daily temperatures are certainly not due to the use of the air conditioner. I would consider it useless. I read that the swimming pool is dirty and poorly maintained. Tree leaves are not dirt. The deckchairs can be used without problems. Restaurant: €75 per day full board includes 2 main meals with starter, first course, second course, side dish and dessert. Highly quality and plentiful. Luckily breakfast is light... with raw meat freshly sliced ​​with a knife... Rooms: simple and cleaned daily. There are some imperfections but given the extremely excellent price for the quality offered they are not noticeable. Courtesy and excellent service

13/08/2024: I have been going to this restaurant with my family for years, this year too we went there and discovered that it had changed management. At first we were a little skeptical, but then we changed our minds. Very good food and very efficient service. At the entrance we were welcomed very well and they made us sit at table 22. We wanted to thank the somewhat robust waiter (I think Latin) who was very kind and helpful especially with a smile always on his face which is difficult to find today. We will definitely be back because we had a great time. Highly recommended especially for families.

17/03/2024: Hi everyone, my name is Massimo, I'm a disabled boy, last night I went to Mother Nature for the first time with some friends, unfortunately they hadn't foreseen the wheelchair ♿️ and it probably wasn't even the most suitable place for a person like me, but thanks to my wife and my friends I too enjoy a bit of social life and I have finally seen this very renowned place. I also had the absolute pleasure of meeting Andrea Di Sante who immediately worked to make sure I was at ease, a wonderful, humane, true-hearted person. He was immediately concerned about my milk-free menu and the table near the services was all top notch. All this is worth a score of 100 cum laude
