16/06/2025: Old and very hot place, we sweated all through dinner. Poor service, inexperienced and rude waiters, the pizzas are inconsistent, thin. Poor appetizer. We had a Napoli where the anchovies had to be searched for with a magnifying glass. Not recommended.

14/06/2025: We just left the pizzeria, good pizza with quality ingredients 4 stars for the food because a little salty but all in all good. Negative aspects the madness of the service... 20 minutes to be welcomed to an EMPTY pizzeria no more than 30 seats From when they sat us down to when we ordered another 20 minutes passed, and finally 1 hour of waiting for 2 pizzas, in the meantime we witnessed the show of the waiters who huffed at the requests of the tables, the lady who is in charge of taking the orders treated like idiots in the middle of all the two boys in the room. Evandro I'm sorry because we also liked the pizza. Spent 36 euros for 2, if the service had been decent it would have been well spent.

03/08/2025: We've been there several times, so much so that we celebrated our daughter's baptism there. All our guests were extremely satisfied, from appetizers to dessert. Incredible meat and a wonderful wine cellar.

07/08/2025: Not always open, it offers the opportunity to enjoy good food served with courtesy. You can enjoy typical specialties and excellent desserts. Even when crowded, conversation is possible. The only caution is the entrance/exit to the restaurant, which faces the busy road, especially with users who do not respect the speed limit, which for a short stretch is supposed to be 30 km/h.

13/08/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera 12 Agosto altissima stagione locale con aria condizionata e personale qualificato. Cibo e crudi eccellenti e abbondanti. Per chi come me vive a Roma città di numerosi ristoranti conoscere e sapere che quando si viene ad Alba trovi questo locale è sempre un piacere.

17/07/2025: Il locale si trova in una zona industriale, non è propriamente il massimo ma, una volta parcheggiata l’auto (peraltro parcheggio ampio e comodo), si entra in una “location” suggestiva e accogliente; la struttura in mattoni ricorda vagamente un vecchio castello; c’è un ampio spazio all’aperto con molti tavoli, piuttosto curato. L’arredamento interno lo definirei in stile casereccio elegante, con dettagli scelti con gusto. Il servizio, almeno nel nostro caso, non è stato propriamente celere e inappuntabile, benché il locale non era al completo, tuttavia è risultato gentile e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda le pizze, la scelta è fra il padellino, piuttosto croccante, sviluppato e discretamente alveolato, non è affatto male. La pizza “classica” non è una vera e propria napoletana, ha un cornicione ben sviluppato e dall’ottima alveolatura, al centro non è sottilissima, ma ha una consistenza discretamente importante; soprattutto il cornicione e anche, seppur in maniera inferiore, la parte centrale risultano croccanti. L’ho trovato davvero un ottimo impasto, ben sviluppato e ben cotto. Lo consiglio soprattutto a chi non ama particolarmente la pizza napoletana. Gli ingredienti mi sono parsi di ottima qualità e anche gli accostamenti riusciti. Non male la scelta di bevande da accompagnare alla pizza. Una pizza diversa e assolutamente da provare!

30/08/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. We went for a simple breakfast. It took 15 minutes just to take our order, with the table completely dirty from someone who had breakfast before. I should point out that my wife is nine months pregnant. After ordering, another 15 minutes had passed, I got up and asked for an explanation, but the rudeness of the person behind the counter only made me leave. Thank you for the wonderful experience and for the kind treatment of a pregnant woman.

10/08/2025: September will come, and with it the silence, where glasses now clink and the smell of fried food and grilled meat embraces tired souls. There, under the warm lights, Don Gerardo reigned like a king of meat, golden fries guarding him, sausages and vegetables forming a crown. Next to him, the Brewer's Plate carried his cutlet like a crispy armor against hunger and the cold of the heart. Between a sip of foamy beer and a laugh that broke the night, we learned that happiness was a long table, a friend beside us, and time forgotten outside. But Diego Ciccetto no longer pours drinks, no longer welcomes us with the big smile that smelled of home and autumn. Alina, with trembling hands, will close the door forever, and the echoes of toasts will remain eternally imprisoned within the walls. Campli will have an emptiness that no glass can fill, and we will carry in our hearts the salty taste of those evenings, the smell of the kitchen, the warm light of the Refectory... and the sweet and bitter weight of a farewell that tastes like half-poured beer.

07/04/2025: The posted time shows closing time at 9pm. I'll be in at 8.50pm with a bottle of water and a coke. The lady doesn't even say hello, she's taken aback and tells me that the place is closed. Top!
