02/05/2025: Nel complesso non posso dare di più di una risicata sufficienza. Il locale avrebbe bisogno di un restyling, metà del menù era cancellato con un pennarello, quindi diversi piatti non erano disponibili e la qualità non mi è sembrata eccelsa. Bruschette e arrosticini non erano malvagi, ma nulla che mi invogli a ritornare. Servizio cordiale ma un po' lento. Prezzi onesti ( ma avevamo una promozione)

14/04/2025: Ci sono luoghi che, più che semplici ristoranti, diventano esperienze da ricordare. Il Big Mama a Città Sant’Angelo è uno di questi. Siamo stati lì con i ragazzi della nostra struttura riabilitativa e non possiamo che portare nel cuore un ricordo meraviglioso. Sin dal nostro arrivo, ci siamo sentiti accolti con un calore raro. Il personale ha saputo unire professionalità, empatia e umanità in un modo che ha fatto davvero la differenza. I camerieri sono stati eccezionali: sorridenti, attenti, disponibili, e soprattutto straordinariamente delicati e rispettosi nei confronti dei nostri ragazzi. Mai un giudizio, mai una difficoltà, solo gentilezza autentica e la capacità di farci sentire tutti a nostro agio, come a casa. Abbiamo gustato piatti della tradizione abruzzese, cucinati con amore e passione. Dai primi piatti ricchi di sapore ai secondi gustosi, ogni portata ha raccontato una storia di genuinità. Ma, al di là del buon cibo, è stata l’atmosfera che ci ha conquistati: serena, accogliente, vera. Per i nostri ragazzi è stata una giornata importante. Si sono sentiti visti, accolti, rispettati. E questo non ha prezzo. Perché a volte, basta poco per fare tanto: uno sguardo, un sorriso, uno spazio dato senza fretta. Grazie Big Mama per averci regalato una giornata così speciale. Ci torneremo molto volentieri.

26/03/2025: Cena di sabato sera locale pieno e molto caotico per via della radio ad alto volume. Pizza buona ma servizio scarso: servito un antipasto "per ingannare l'attesa" non ordinato e poi in conto, una pizza ricevuta sbagliata e avendo preso anche arrosticini metà tavolo cenava con la pizza e l'altra metà in attesa della cena.

07/02/2025: What happened to the renowned Caffè Venezia and its excellent reputation? It seems to have dissolved into thin air, leaving room for a mostly sad and deserted place. The atmosphere is dull, the staff appears tired and closer to retirement than to customer satisfaction. The products offered remain good, but what struck me most - unfortunately in a negative way - on the numerous occasions in which I found myself returning upon invitation was the deafening racket of the bartender every time he arranges cups and saucers between the counter and the dishwasher. A continuous, annoying and absolutely disrespectful noise towards customers. A real shame to see a place with so much history reduced like this.

20/08/2024: prenotazione eliminata dal locale stesso poco prima dell'orario indicato senza scusarsi e senza fornire la minima motivazione...se non si e' in grado di gestire le piattaforme non si dovrebbe iscriversi

12/08/2024: Prezzi alti e cibo...... Ordinato 1 tagliere misto, bruschette e nr. 5 pinse. Io penso che sia stato tutto una presa in giro. Bruschette con pane vecchio e non abbrustolito e l'olio forse dovevamo portarcelo da casa. Pinse probabilmente surgelate visto che l'impasto si apriva in due ed era di una gommosità esagerata....Condire al momento con prodotti davvero scadenti. Unica cosa che si salvava forse era il tagliere per 2 persone, forse perché non c era molto da fare per prepararlo. Praticamente le pinse erano delle focaccine con condimento "a crudo" posto sopra, non margherita, non mozzarella fusa. A me dispiace lasciare questa recensione, ma non si può servire da mangiare in questo modo. Forse il locale è più adatto per bere e non per mangiare. I tavoli sono stretti e le sedie scomode.

01/05/2025: Posto bellissimo e ben curato. Cibo ottimo e abbondante...dall 'antipasto al dolce; la musica ci accompagnava...i bimbi che giocavano nell 'area baby con animatori. Complimenti veramente di cuore. Ci torneremo prrstoiiii Grazie🙏

22/04/2025: Pranzo di Pasqua, menu fisso. Tralasciando come abbiamo mangiato, il problema è stato al conto...il menu fisso era a 60 euro a testa, ma la cosa assurda è che mi hanno fatto pagare per mio figlio (2 anni e mezzo) che non ha mangiato quasi niente la bellezza di 30 euro, come un menu bambino di 10 anni di età... per poi venire a scoprire che al cugino, di pari età non hanno fatto parare nulla.

28/04/2025: Luogo molto suggestivo con panorama mozzafiato, ideale per una gita fuori porta. Sono stata a Pasquetta e, nonostante il pienone, il pranzo è stato buono e il servizio veloce. Consigliato in giornate meno affollate per godere della bellezza del luogo e mangiare cibi gustosi a prezzi onesti.

24/04/2025: In una sola parola: incompetenti. Pranzo prenotato in famiglia per festeggiare i 40 anni di mia sorella; arriviamo davanti al locale e troviamo tutto chiuso perché non avevano compreso la data della prenotazione. Ma si può gestire un locale così? Da evitare.

23/01/2025: Very very good!! The location and food were very satisfactory!! Clean establishment and attentive to the smallest details!! Well maintained facility with every type of comfort and vast choice of food!! We were with friends who don't particularly like fish but here they had to change their minds!! Excellent quality raw materials carefully prepared by the chef!! Dishes that are pleasant for both the palate and the sight...particular attention to their composition and experience ensure that food is also a very, very pleasant culinary experience!! All accompanied by a truly pleasant environment... you can eat almost on the beach and the view is remarkable!! All these things put together make this property truly offer a great experience!! Definitely a place where I would happily return 🙂

31/05/2025: Giving a star is like granting a luxury that does not exist! Photos do not conform to reality. Terrible food, terrible service. We feel sorry for the tourists who should appreciate our land first and foremost for the food.

01/06/2025: Usually if I eat badly I refrain from writing a bad review because if someone cooks like a dog (sorry to the dogs) what does the other workers have to do with it? But there are those exceptions for which this rule does not apply because more or less everyone is responsible so: Let's start by saying that in this restaurant they practice "all you can eat" at the same price for both lunch and dinner, obviously applying the highest rate, that is, the dinner rate also adopted for lunch (which is usually lower in other restaurants); When you sit down, neither the staff nor the paper or digital menu report that a surcharge will be applied in case of food waste (obviously this is due to the fact that they know very well that if people cook badly, they leave the food and this is convenient because they can earn more); Always choosing the "all you can eat" formula you are told that "everything is included except alcohol" (were we told that desserts are not included? There were three of us, and none of us remembered this detail: all partially deaf then?) But the best thing was reserved for us at the end when, having pointed out that the surcharge rule had neither been said out loud nor reported in writing, the Italian waitress thought it best to disappear into the kitchen leaving us for a quarter of an hour to think about what to do with the food that we had left in abundance: should we take it back to the neighborhood cats? (And what harm would those poor little animals have done to have to put up with that rubbish?) in conclusion: This place is only suitable as a means of escape in case, God forbid, a future pandemic makes the planet similar to the apocalyptic scene of "I am Legend", invaded by furious zombies and you find yourself in the urgent need to save yourself: then go in confidently, they will certainly never enter this restaurant

28/05/2025: I give one star because less is not possible. A cutting board, 15 arrosticini and two glasses of wine, by the way little more than two fingers, 60 euros! A cutting board with poor quality cold cuts but full of chips (burnt), to make volume... embarrassing! Now I understand why it was the only one that had room that evening, the other places all full... never again!

25/05/2025: Great bar with excellent antipasti. Aperol Spritz at a good price, with good taste. Very attentive staff and always busy. We went there several times over the weekend and were always satisfied. You should try it!
