15/09/2024: Era una serata Normale e con mia Moglie sono andato in questo piccolo, ma delizioso nell' Ambiente, Ristorante Da Ettore. E dopo una "Scarpetta di Humos" ho capito che tutto sarebbe stato fantastico. Un vino adeguato al tipo di "Comida" come i Ravioli, I Funghi Freschi, i Fagottini al gorgonzola e Pere, con una spettacolare crema di Fagioli. Poi un delicato Bocconcino di Scottona Adagiata su cipolline e prugne. Era terminata la cena, ma considerato il Livello.. la Mousse al Torroncini è stata molto gradita. Evito di raccontare come sia terminato il tutto. Però un Brandy di classe ed un Caffè sono stati i nostri compagni di uscita. Mi permetto di raccomandare questo Buonissimo Ristorante alla mano, ma Gourmet nell' ANIMA. Auguri. Il Conto?? Bè dopo quanto detto..dire che € 130,00 rappresenti il dovuto, direi che invece il pagato nell' intorno di € 50,00 a persona ha destata la mia Meraviglia. Grazie.

15/01/2025: Returning to this restaurant after many years was an experience beyond expectations. Attentive and kind service, scrupulous description of the dishes and a refinement of the typical products that transformed a dinner into a true culinary experience. The wine cellar is excellent and well-stocked. Prices perfectly in line with the service offered. We will definitely return.

12/01/2025: We had a great time, we tried it on a Sunday for lunch without a reservation. We were welcomed with education and kindness; very good polenta, exceptional meat from their farms as far as we understand. I took a loin of scottona from the à la carte menu but they have a wide choice in terms of cuts and maturing. Very fast service, very welcoming environment with beautiful internal fireplace. Prices more than fair. We know what to recommend in Tagliacozzo and where to return.

15/12/2024: Everything excellent!! The service is impeccable. The staff is courteous and attentive, always with a smile. It is clear that they love their job and this is reflected in the quality of the service they offer. But let's talk about the food, fresh and high quality ingredients. Each course is a delight for the palate, from appetizer to dessert. In conclusion, Il Boscaiolo is the ideal restaurant for a romantic dinner, an evening with friends or a special celebration. The combination of excellent food, impeccable service and welcoming atmosphere makes every visit an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to go back! Thanks to Mario and all the staff. 15/12/2024: I was yesterday, not excellent but super and more excellent.

21/12/2024: The restaurant itself is cute and cozy. The food was good, but mostly average; they really smothered everything in olive oil (even grilled sausage which was odd). We had pasta, gnocchi, meats, and veggies. What really turned us away was the staff. Everyone was on their phones. The man cooking the meat, watching videos (out loud). The man at the counter, watching soccer on the computer. And our waitress kept getting on the phone. We even wanted a dolce but she never came back. So we left. Overall, we would not eat here again but maybe you will have a better experience!
