19/01/2026: Impossible to book on Saturdays! I called well in advance to book for a Saturday in January, and they told me that weekday bookings are only accepted starting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. I called nonstop from 10:00 a.m. until they answered (the phone was always free). At 10:15 a.m., they answered and said everything was already booked. This is not serious!

05/03/2026: Carmine is the king of the grill, with a family of butchers behind him that ensures unquestionable quality. His wife then perfects everything with her touch in the kitchen. The result? A chalet where you'd go for lunch and dinner every day! The atmosphere is always cheerful and pleasant, and they always try to accommodate everyone. It easily takes the title of best restaurant in the entire area.

03/03/2026: We had dinner there last night, and everything was truly delicious. The game tagliatelle was excellent; I highly recommend it; they're truly exceptional. The tagliata and cured meats were also very good!

Delicate dishes that perfectly combine vegetables, which are never presented as a simple side dish, but always a distinctive element on par with the meats. The wine list is designed to enhance the flavor of the dishes served, leaving a good selection of options across price ranges. The total cost is commensurate with the quality of the dishes, products, and service. If you're looking for a diner where you'll leave feeling heavy from the large portions served, this isn't the right place. If you want to experience high-quality, obsessively thought-out cuisine, this place won't disappoint.

We were looking for a place that would reconnect us, and we found it. • A warm welcome, the kind that makes you feel right at home. • Authentic and rich dishes, carefully prepared and served with an attention that is never a given when there are so many of you. • Each course was a little surprise, perfect for recharging your batteries after the snow. • To top it all off, the Malandrino wine, which accompanied the dinner with character and pleasure, making the table even more cheerful. The result was a splendid evening: good food, excellent company, and a place that truly knows how to pamper its guests. Quarto del Pozzo is one of those places that makes you say, "We'll be back."
