17/08/2024: I think 3* is right for an overall not negative experience but one that doesn't make you say "wow". You only eat fish, but no dish has personality. The usual appetizer, the usual first course, the usual fried or grilled dish. The fish is fresh (but not all of it, it doesn't matter), but I would have expected something special, a touch or ingredient that would differentiate the offering and not make it a "commodity". I repeat, you don't eat badly but it doesn't make you rich. I also make a note on the chairs which I found very uncomfortable, hard seat and vertical backrest.

02/09/2024: Terrible experience at this place. We had booked a table for 8pm, we arrived on time and were greeted by the visibly distressed waitress. After checking the diary, he called his superior. They left us waiting for 20 minutes without explanation, only to then confess that our table had been given to other customers, based on the assumption that they would get up in time. The proposed "solution"? Please wait. After another hour of waiting, we were finally seated at 9.20pm. We ordered and, as if that wasn't enough, dinner didn't arrive until 10.15pm. The "Coco" pizza turned out to be disappointing: the cooked mortadella was so salty that we spent the night drinking water. Everything was made even more unbearable by the owner's attitude, who instead of managing the situation asked us for understanding the evident chaos. Unfortunately, the management of the venue is totally ineffective and reflects a lack of professionalism. We won't be back and strongly advise against trying this place.

01/09/2024: Restaurant serving typical Abruzzo cuisine and pizzeria. Optimal! We discovered it by chance while visiting the historic center of Chieti. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recommend it.

28/08/2024: The best restaurant in Lanciano, without a shadow of a doubt. The owner Amedeo is exquisite and very professional. Abundant dishes, excellent spectacular appetizers. Place with perfect lights, perfect temperature. Price more than honest, everything top!!!... I recommend it to anyone who visits Lanciano

19/08/2024: One star for the location and one for the staff, spectacular. For the rest, nothing special, for 70 euros per person I expect at least one fried fish as a second course, not two very small fried anchovies as an appetizer. Furthermore, the portions of the first courses were really small (less than half a ladle). There was black rice with two mini prawns (they looked like those from supermarkets), and trofie with cod (or another oily fish). I repeat, for 70 euros a fry is a must but also a decent first course such as seafood pasta

27/08/2024: We had lunch in this restaurant, attracted by the published photos of the dishes and the various positive reviews and with great satisfaction, we can confirm that we were not wrong in our choice. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses as an appetizer, good, quite abundant and varied. As a first course, tagliolini with scampi cream and tagliolini with seafood which turned out to be truly exceptional, tasty, rich in various fish and quite abundant. The choice of the second course focused on fried paranza, very good, quite abundant, not heavy and rich in different types of fish and as a side dish we ate some good Ascoli olives. To conclude, we ordered lemon sorbet for dessert and an exquisite Sicilian cannoli, really excellent and like all the other dishes, presented in a truly creative and beautiful way. The restaurant, although hidden and although from the outside, may not seem very attractive, inside reveals a characteristic location with very beautiful vaulted arches, a clean and tidy environment. The service was quite fast, efficient and certainly excellent, also thanks to the welcome, friendliness and friendliness of the Cuban waiter Giordano, as well as thanks also to the owner, an excellent chef. Furthermore, to start, they delighted us with a welcome cocktail, while to conclude they again offered us small chocolate sweets. Small attentions and courtesies that the customer certainly appreciates and which still make a difference, especially when, on top of that, the food is really very good. Good quality/price ratio. Overall therefore, we would definitely recommend this restaurant.

20/08/2024: The pizza was delicious, as were the kebabs, the pallotte e ove and the chips. There are many varieties of pizzas. I found it very digestible and tasty. I had a Las Vegas, which I really liked, but the steamed pulled pork pizza was also very good. Very fast service. The only flaw if you can find it (but this depends on who is at the other tables) is that the place was noisy and I couldn't hear what my fellow diners on the other side of the table were saying to me. Advised
