03/05/2025: It is a lovely trattoria, located in the historic center of Vasto, in a quiet alley. It has tables both inside and outside. These are large and are set with white cloth tablecloths, which highlight their cleanliness. The staff is friendly and efficient. The dishes are good, well presented and plentiful. In particular, the steak was served to me on a wooden cutting board and was quite tender, of generous proportions, including plenty of rocket, cherry tomatoes and flakes of parmesan. I found the gifts we received upon our arrival pleasant: a non-alcoholic drink and a crouton with pieces of tomatoes and other fresh vegetables. At the end of the dinner we were offered a small chocolate filled with a chocolate liqueur. The cost seemed average to me and we were so satisfied that we booked for the following evening. The only negative inconvenience, for the tables inside, is the sound of the bell with which the manager calls the waiters, which rings repeatedly, also creating stress for the customers.

22/04/2025: BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Booked thinking of trying the tasty cuisine of Abruzzo, we found ourselves eating some disappointing dishes, especially regarding the grill. Infinite waiting times between one course and another. Definitely high price for the quality.

31/05/2025: We happened upon it by chance, exiting the highway on the way to Termoli, looking for something to eat and intrigued by the reviews of other customers here on Google, we went to Mrs. Brunella, the chef. And if there is a paradise of cordiality, home cooking and flavors of times gone by, it is right here at Oasi di Ripa Teatina that we found it. I would really like to thank Mrs. Brunella for all of this. We ate Sagne con i Ceci, obviously homemade pasta, truly surprised by the exceptional flavor of this dish, we took another first course, tagliatelle porcini mushrooms, sausage and truffle and here again a triumph of goodness. What many restaurants lack today is the passion in making the dishes, but here at Mrs. Brunella you can tell from the first look when you order. A special mention to the chili pepper in oil, which here has a particular difference from the others, it is first fried and then put in oil. A few drops in the dishes make you see and feel all of Abruzzo from the endless mountains to the hills to the sea. I will not miss the opportunity to return to the Oasis with its photos of the champion Rocky Marciano on the walls and I recommend you to go too. Thank you very much Brunella and all her staff for this experience.

04/05/2025: We passed by chance in this place during a visit to the municipality of Pizzoferrato and we were happily surprised, the location is quite simple and the food was really good, both the kebabs and the tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles, I hope to return soon because we really enjoyed it!

23/03/2025: Con mio marito eravamo stati in questo locale molti anni fa con la precedente gestione. Nulla da eccepire allora ed una piacevolissima riscoperta oggi. Non abbiamo ordinato gli antipasti ma siamo partiti con degli spaghetti alle vongole , zafferano e salicornia davvero speciali. Porzioni per noi giuste se non abbondanti. Abbiamo ordinato un pescato del giorno (spigola) che come il primo piatto sapeva di mare.. provare per credere. Infine i due dolci. Un babà squisito, farcito con panna e frutti di bosco e bagnato divinamente. Per mio marito una generosa tartelletta con fragole e mascarpone senza lattosio. Prezzo corretto per la qualità riscontrata. Personale in sala, una presenza discreta e professionale. Complimenti allo chef, che ogni tanto timidamente si affacciava in sala ed ai suoi collaboratori. Sala con soffitti affrescati con tavoli minimali ma davvero confortevoli. Consigliatissimo.

18/04/2025: We stopped for lunch on the way down south. What can I say, the positive reviews we read led us to a clean, simple, welcoming place that made us feel at home! We ate very well (highly recommended kebabs, pasta and beans, homemade tomato gnocchi) and the service was courteous and attentive. One of those Italian realities that make you happy to be part of this population of friendly and sociable people! Well done, see you next time!

09/05/2025: Excellent restaurant. Elegant but welcoming, without any pretension. The service is of the highest level. Everything I tasted was amazing: calamari, prawns, lamb, beef steak and ravioli – all perfect. To complete the experience, the house dessert: perfectly balanced, an ideal combination of flavors and textures. Prices are average, but absolutely adequate for the quality. Can't wait for our next visit!
