04/02/2025: We loved this lovely, warm pizzeria! We went on a raining, cold evening in January, we were greeted by the owner who spoke both Italian and English. We ordered 2 specialty pizzas that were out of this world! Mine was fresh tomato, garlic, basil, thin sliced pepperoni and buffalo mozzarella… of course the crust was made in front of us and so good!

02/03/2025: Sunday lunch. Recommended to me by a friend. View of the 🌊 . Very fresh and well cooked fish. Nice and characteristic environment on several levels. I absolutely recommend the starters and first courses: really high quality. Average cost considering a good bottle 🍷.

12/01/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo della befana. Usciti dall'autostrada abbiamo chiesto a Google dove poter pranzare e ci ha condotti in questo piccolo localino semplice ed informale. Abbiamo mangiato una bruschetta sfiziosa per antipasto, delle lenticchie con un lingotto di ricciola e della pasta ripiena con capesante e gamberi di cui ho solo poco gradito il condimento. Per il resto tutto buono.

25/11/2024: Really worthy restaurant in San Salvo Marina, the waiter was very helpful and kind, I had a great time and the food was really qualitative and tasteful. Really excellent price for what you eat, chef Alessandro number 1, nothing bad from the starter to the dessert, I was also hesitant about the dessert (white cake) maybe it could get boring, I ate it all and I also wanted one other . If I were to go out to eat in San Salvo Marina again, I would always go there.

05/04/2025: Siamo arrivati quasi alle 2,abbiamo chiesto se potevamo mangiare ma il cameriere ha rigirato gli occhi. Ci siamo accomodate chiedendo di poter mangiare qualcosa di veloce su consiglio del cameriere,e ci ha proposto solo due opzioni: un primo o un secondo. Abbiamo optato per una frittura di pesce arrivata cruda, piena di olio e di sale.. veramente immangiabile. Non abbiamo toccato i piatti per niente. Abbiamo avvisato il cameriere mentre stavamo andando a pagare, c'era il proprietario che dopo aver riferito anche a lui il problema e averli mostrato i piatti ha detto che l'errore più capitare e che dovevamo chiedere di farlo finire a cuocere. Volevo pagare con la carta ma mi è stato anche vietato e che per pagare dovevo andare all'altro ristorante,alla fine ho dovuto pagare tutto anche se non ho toccato i piatti affatto. Personale scostumato ma il proprietario di più di tutti.

20/03/2025: It is a family-run hotel, husband and wife, we had dinner even though the evening service of the restaurant is for internal customers. Excellent tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles, a tender grilled veal steak and roast cheese with raw ham with a side of truly dietary French fries, and an excellent Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. The service a little rushed is the cause of the 4 stars. But I repeat the quality is unquestionable.

11/01/2025: Of course we are talking about a cabin, not a luxury restaurant. Having said this, I confirm the excellent opinion and invite you to try it, both in winter and summer. Book! It is not a ceremonial hall!

06/04/2025: An artistic and welcoming place, a very cheerful and warm environment. The staff is very kind and professional. The place is pet friendly and has a nice assortment of choices even in the vegan alternative! Super recommended!

04/04/2025: After visiting the castle of Roccascalegna, we conveniently approached on foot at the Civico 20 restaurant on 2/04/2025 for lunch. We were welcomed very well by Nicola and his staff, both in French and English by the very nice Mrs Valentina. We had a very nice lunch amidst original paintings hanging on the walls of two artistic and entirely feminine exhibitions! We are originally from the upper Vasto area and I can confess that the cheese and egg pallotte were a discovery, a real delight, followed by Pizz and Foje where I rediscovered the ancient taste (wow) and two excellent first courses such as the gnocchi with velvety sauce and the scent of the woods, a real spectacle, the second with sweet pepper sausage and potatoes, concluding with wonderful homemade desserts! In fact, in this place you feel at home, with traditional and authentic cuisine surrounded by artistic works! Well done, well done, congratulations!

23/03/2025: Just got back from celebrating my 10 year old daughter's birthday at Ippocampo!!! Surprisingly, we found a large "Best Wishes" written on the table, and when cutting the cake, a small choreography with soap bubbles! Excellent food, fast service, attentive and courteous waiting staff, despite the room being very full! Congratulations and thanks again!

11/03/2025: Beautiful structure renovated in full respect of its history and original use. The food is good, everything is taken care of and the prices are honest. The entrance and exit by car is a little inconvenient, just be careful.
