15/01/2024: Among the numerous restaurants in San Vito 🍽, La Scialuppa 🛶 contributes to enriching the most popular hub in the area🚏. Certainly more formal than its neighbors, it is available even in a month of January with temperatures that are anything but winter ☀️. From the menu ("only fish" 🐟), the shrimp and courgette gnocchi were a good choice; the sauce is good, the gnocchi well cooked. The sword steak 🦈 and the fried calamari 🍤 are convincing, fresh and not very greasy. However, the crunchy millefeuille and Chantilly cream was not very persuasive. High prices 📈, if you want to stay within a limited amount it's difficult to get close to the starters. For 6 people, with 6 first courses 🍝, 3 second courses, 2 fried foods, 3 desserts and 3 bottles of water 🍶 you will spend around €230 💶 (about €40 each). The service is good. Ultimately a good lunch even if there remains the feeling of a balance in the quality-quantity-price ratio that could be better, at least compared to other competitors.
