We stayed at Lago di Scanno for 4 days, so we always came to eat at this place and loved it.
Good prices.
Excellent arrosticini. We'd never tried them before.
We tried the cured meats and cheeses appetizer and also the pizzas... everything was very good.
They have a huge selection.
The desserts are also top-notch, especially the coconut and Nutella cheesecake, truly delicious.
If you're in the area, go.
I hope to return.

What can I say? A simple but welcoming place, with friendly and helpful staff. Abundant first courses, homemade pasta, perfectly cooked, very good second courses and side dishes. I give 4 stars only because the desserts are definitely not homemade. For the rest, everything is excellent, money well spent.

We found this restaurant by chance, but the words "arrosticini e forno a legna" (wood-fired oven) inspired us... and we were right.
Excellent food, friendly and always smiling staff.
We had gnocchi with ragu and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms.
They were amazing...
And what about the arrosticini and the grilled pork steak?
The meat was excellent and flavorful.
For anyone who happens to be at Lago di Scanno, I highly recommend eating at this restaurant.
Oh, I forgot!
If you have dogs, you can eat outside, like we did, and I can assure you, we didn't suffer from the heat.

Super delicious pizzas, we had the Scannese and the Boscaiola, each one better than the other 😋😋😋
We wanted to get seconds, but we didn't manage it. Absolutely fantastic 💯

The place needs updating and is a bit neglected. There was a very long wait for a plate of arrosticini and a salad. Friendly staff.
