21/09/2025: Even during the day, it's exceptional, but the live music evenings are the absolute best. Very beautiful location. EDIT: I reluctantly have to change my rating from 5/5 to 3/5 after a truly awful lunch. The first courses were awful, especially the saffron gnocchi. Absolutely poor value for money. The meat was good. I recommend it only for coffee/aperitifs.

20/09/2025: A firm fixture in the city of L'Aquila, this restaurant surrounded by greenery is decidedly welcoming. Ideal for romantic dinners or carefree al fresco lunches with friends. Delicious, healthy cuisine, impeccable management. A blend of nature and flavor, this is a true haven for well-being.

22/09/2025: Very convenient place to stay if you enjoy spending time on the beach! The location is about couple of steps away from the beach! A restaurant is also available nearby if you need to eat, the food is fresh and incredibly delicious. The owner is flexible and very friendly! I will definitely be back next year! Thank you for your amazing hospitality! Ci vediamo presto!

21/09/2025: I found Riccardo, the owner, a wonderful and helpful person, a great price. The beach has an umbrella and loungers. The only thing missing from the apartment is a toaster or microwave, but perhaps the space isn't enough.

26/08/2025: I came years ago with my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and I had a great time. I returned on Sunday for lunch with my boyfriend and the experience I had years before was repeated 🤗. The food was truly fantastic! They sat us at a nice little table ("degli Innamorati" as the owner says) and immediately brought us a basket of hot homemade bread 🥖 and a nice bottle of olive oil 🫒 and a small plate. The bread was truly tasty and the oil was delicate. Let's just say that during lunch we asked for bread several times because it was truly excellent! We started with cold and hot appetizers and a trio of raw fish. The fish was fresh and you could taste it! Truly delicious! 🐟 For our first course, we shared the paccheri with scampi, and for our second course, the mixed fried fish and salad 🐟 🥗. The paccheri were beautifully presented (a generous portion), perfectly cooked! The mixed fried fish melted in your mouth, truly delicious, and the mixed salad (lettuce, tomato, and carrots) was delicious! To finish, a good coffee ☕. Friendly and efficient staff 🤗. Our compliments go to the owner Fabrizio, who pampered us with his kindness and courtesy during our lunch. P.S. I also work in the restaurant industry, and on Sunday at lunch I noticed this wonderful thing ❤ (in my opinion): a waiter, when recommending a dish to a senior customer, knelt down to look him in the eye and be at his level (since the customer was seated), and that's not for everyone. It's called Empathy, and it's a wonderful thing that everyone in this world should have, whether in the restaurant business or not...). We'll definitely be back by the end of September 😊!

24/08/2025: My family and I stayed at this property and had a great time! The half-board option was fantastic, with delicious food and generous portions. The menu was varied, and we loved the dishes on offer. The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Fabrizio and the rest of the staff. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with a small refrigerator and a slightly noisy but well-functioning air conditioning. The only area that could be improved would be the soundproofing, but the beds and pillows were fantastic. The housekeeping service was impeccable, and there were plenty of towels available. The only thing missing was a window in the bathroom for ventilation. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and the partner lido. I highly recommend this property, especially for the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

27/08/2025: The girls serving were professional and welcoming. Nothing to complain about; we had an excellent dinner.

20/08/2025: An experience to forget, two hours of waiting and then receiving industrial arrosticini at the table that we didn't eat. When asked what are these? Their response was, we finished ours. Ok, but at least out of fairness towards the customer, say so, instead we, as honest people, paid and left the colale. For my part, I would have called the police and maybe even the health office, but then I would have had to argue with the person who introduced us to the place.

23/09/2025: Simple, delicious regional cuisine. A small menu and lunch menu with set menus ranging from €10 to €15. A trattoria popular with locals. Pizza and arrosticini are also available in the evenings.

21/08/2025: There's a small parking lot next to the restaurant; the atmosphere is small, Heidi's cabin-style, where wood reigns supreme. They offer several set menus in addition to the à la carte options. We ordered the €15 set menu, which includes an appetizer, first course, second course, and side dish; service charge and drinks are not included! The portions are adequate, but smaller than the à la carte options! Definitely recommended!

16/09/2025: I gave it 3 stars because I walked in and was treated like a "tourist." The man from Pineto in front of me greeted the lady... "Vue ci gna sti, ben graziee." Then he ordered 3 pastries and 2 brioches, priced at 6 euros. Then, when I was in turn, "Buongiorno"... 2 pastries... 4.50 euros. Well done, congratulations!! So be careful, maybe speak in Abruzzese and ask the prices before buying!

10/08/2025: I was recently invited to La Corniola restaurant in Pescocostanzo to celebrate a friend's birthday. I had never had the opportunity to visit before, and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. The restaurant is very elegant and refined, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. It's no surprise that it's recommended by the MICHELIN Guide, given the high quality of the cuisine and service. I chose a porcini mushroom soup, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. Another noteworthy dish was the egg with truffle. The selection of meats for the main courses is equally impressive. The quality of the meat is evident, and every bite was a pleasure. The wine list is well-stocked, with a wide range of both local and international labels. To end on a sweet note, we enjoyed a cake baked directly by the restaurant's kitchen, which fully met our expectations. The prices are absolutely average, especially considering the high quality of the dishes and service. Compared to other restaurants in the area, La Corniola stands out for its culinary excellence and attention to detail. I will undoubtedly return to this restaurant on future occasions, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in Pescocostanzo.

22/09/2025: The place doesn't look good Parking for up to 20 cars You walk into a bar and feel like you're back in the early '80s You start thinking, "Where have I gone?" Then they seat you in the back room The room is packed with people A country mix The waitress, the beautiful Federica, is attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive The food, typical of Abruzzo, melts in your mouth The sheep skewers are exquisite to say the least The house wine is as good as its more noble cousins In the end, I understood why it's not a flashy place: I'm incognito so as not to be mobbed It's almost 400 km between us, but we'll definitely be back!

04/10/2025: The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, the road leading to the hotel (the last 500 meters) is in poor condition. Be careful with low-slung vehicles. But the hotel and restaurant make up for this with their facilities and the view.

29/09/2025: A rare gem that just has to be experienced! Family-run charming small hotel in beautiful surroundings. Clean and beautiful rooms, delicious food and wine, and friendly staff. If you dream of a stay that represents all the good things Italy has to offer, then you get it all here.

16/09/2025: We went there for my graduation. Lunch was Monday...late because the graduation ceremony had lasted longer than expected, so we had to improvise. The food was quality, with both fish and meat dishes for our relatives from the United States, who were thrilled. The atmosphere was clean, bright, and quiet. The price was more than fair. We'll definitely be back next time!
