14/01/2025: We had lunch on Saturday 11th January, the lady welcomed us very friendly and available to our request for the children, cutlet for the children very good made certainly at the moment and not those bought made and good at the supermarket gnocchi with ragù super the children ate them all.
We ordered a typical dish with ricotta and pistachio very good, the arrosticini top and the roast meat, everything good and cooked really well and tasty we will definitely return 😘

02/02/2025: The food is expertly prepared, tasty on the palate and with the right flavours. The service was impeccable, courteous waiters and good advisors. The owner seemed like an excellent commander with how he cares about the care and cleanliness of the kitchen and the restaurant. The price is correct. There are no parking spaces, but it's not a problem, just turn to the side streets of the place to park without problems.

the focaccia seems frozen to me, it remains good, because the ham and cheese are of good quality but the mass is not very good on the palate at a normal price.

10/03/2025: Very high prices for the type of cuisine offered, quantities and very rich dishes that are not easily digestible, but I repeat, not having visibility of the prices and then receiving a high bill at the end of lunch without knowing the cost of each individual course does not exist, the bill is purely at the discretion of the manager and for me it is not a symbol of transparency and fairness!!!
02/03/2025: We had dinner here for a carnival event, the quality of the food was very good and the portions were very generous, for a very low price per person.

17/03/2025: Finally a gem in the area where we will definitely return. Cozy and tastefully furnished room. We opted for a small chef's menu which satisfied us properly both in terms of stomach and spirit. Carefully studied culinary journey that did not disappoint in the slightest. In my albeit modest experience of Michelin restaurants I can say that Aprudia certainly deserves recognition which I am sure will not be long in coming.
03/02/2025: L’ aspettativa che avevamo è stata di gran lunga ripagata. Piatti innovativi nel rispetto della tradizione. Tutto perfetto, dal locale molto curato, per poi passare al servizio ineccepibile. Molto ben consigliati anche sulla scelta del vino. Ci torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare, quando avverrà, il nuovo menù. Grazie per la bella esperienza
