All dishes are excellent, well seasoned and tasty. Nice atmosphere in the center. Prices are the real surprise, below average

29/08/2024: This year after a two-year break we returned on holiday to Scanno and, now a fixed stop, we stopped at the Ranch. This time not to have lunch where the food is excellent and the staff is very kind but at the riding stables which is located behind the restaurant. We booked a one-hour horseback ride and it was, as always, a beautiful experience immersed in the green mountains. Maria Vittora who manages the riding school, very nice as ever, welcomes you in a unique way and together with her children and the staff always tries to understand your needs and even if it's your first experience there is all their availability in helping you, giving advice and much more other. The exit is very quiet but in any case there is always the staff who supports us throughout the journey helping anyone who may be in difficulty. An essential thing that provides minors with everything they need for their protection. If you are in the area I recommend you stop by, you will be enchanted.

27/06/2024: Happened with the family...Beautiful place if you stay outside, with beautiful landscapes.The staff was very kind in accommodating us outside.. Congratulations.The food was delicious, genuine, all good..Beautiful place suitable for families with little girls since above the restaurant there is the possibility of showing the horses to the little ones.. 15/08/2024: Nothing to complain about. There were 10 of us for dinner and we had cheese and egg balls, two focaccias and the famous kebabs. Everything really excellent. The place is small, but welcoming.

15/08/2024: Niente da eccepire. Ci siamo stati in 10 a cena e abbiamo preso pallotte cacio e ova, due focacce e i famosi arrosticini. Tutto veramente ottimo. Il locale è piccolo, ma accogliente.

29/08/2024: We ate many different things which were quite good, the sheep were all good, I didn't like the classic kebabs but the hand cut and liver ones were super good. But today I'm suffering for a moment with my stomach and acidity and I usually eat stones. I strongly advise against tiramisu, the cream had a jelly effect and was strangely spongy. The kind girl the tall guy also very friendly unlike the older lady. We divided the bill by how many we were and it came to 39.60 instead of rounding down as expected from a slightly more serious restaurant it was 40 each and jokingly I said I'll take 2 bottles of water to prepare but they were the bottles that they forgot to bring requests 15 Min before. After this little scene we expected bitterness (I don't drink) and not even that, as we expect from any restaurant in central southern Italy but it doesn't matter. The location is familiar. I'm giving it 3 stars because we'll be back to see how it goes, otherwise it would have been 2.

26/08/2024: Easy-going restaurant offering typical Abruzzo cuisine and pizza. We were a large table, I think that's why we had to wait half an hour for the main dishes to arrive, plus some had taken meat and others had pizza. As an appetizer we tried their bruschetta, courgette flowers stuffed with gorgonzola and french fries, all excellent. The pizza looked really yummy. The grilled lamb was too dry for my taste, the kebabs were delicious! Grilled vegetables are also worth it. We ended the evening with dessert, which was truly excellent! Excellent restaurant to try!!!

23/06/2024: I got some dry biscuits from this pastry shop, the price is exaggerated, the bocconotti were old and tasted of nothing, the mostaccioli were also dry, furthermore in a tray of dry sweets I find it shameful to put simple almonds with chocolate for 25 euros per kg

10/08/2024: We sat down at 8.30pm on a Saturday evening inside because everything was full outside and we ordered hot appetizers from friends (nothing special... The usual cured meats and salads with beans, cheese and egg balls, Parmigianina) served quite quickly . The bread was brought to us when we had finished it and in any case it was not toasted, but only seasoned with oil. The cuts arrived quite early, but at 10.40pm the 15 kebabs ordered by two of us had not yet been delivered and we decided to give up because in the meantime we were dying of heat. We paid €170 for 4 starters, 3 cuts, 2 chips, 3 sorbets, a slice of watermelon, a bitter, 4 medium beers, a can of coke and water. We left hungry.

08/08/2024: The quality of the food is good, but there are some concerns. The first: a portion of bruschetta is equivalent to n. 3 half slices of bread...2 portions are equivalent to 5 slices of bread (as explained by the waitress)...Can anyone explain the arcane mystery to me? Second doubt: the gentian is kindly offered by the house to some customers, not to others... what will be the criterion adopted? I will never return to this restaurant again due to the discriminatory treatment of customers.

23/07/2024: They ordered a pizza with cheese and sausage for a specific time. Svitlana cooked and Vitochka helped. the order was completed on time. The pizza was very tasty. The staff is polite and tidy. Very satisfied. We recommend!

06/08/2024: Best sliced ​​pizza in the neighborhood. Unclean external environment, it is not very pleasant to sit at a table with dog excrement 2 meters away. Cleaning the pavements is the responsibility of the municipality but, as is done in cleaner cities than Rome, shopkeepers should take an active part and thoroughly clean their part of the pavement. The city and their business would benefit.

06/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante in una calda sera d'estate per cui abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno dove siamo stati davvero bene. Il posto è un po' "vintage", così come la tipologia e la presentazione dei piatti. Noi abbiamo scelto il tagliere di antipasti e la carne alla brace. Sicuramente cibo genuino che quindi ha del potenziale e che può essere migliorato. Abbiamo tuttavia apprezzato il servizio, quello di una volta, che cura il cliente e non è sbrigativo.

18/08/2024: Saturday 17th August we had lunch with 9 friends, lunch and service at the top, we will definitely return next trip to Abruzzo. The maltagliati with truffles are delicious.
