05/04/2026: Unfortunately, restaurants with this concept are increasingly rare. The atmosphere is informal, the staff is extremely kind, friendly, professional, attentive, and never intrusive. The food is excellent and plentiful, as per Abruzzo tradition. The ingredients are top-quality, expertly cooked. The prices are more than fair. We had a truly wonderful time, even though it was Easter Sunday and the place was packed.

19/03/2026: I contacted the restaurant to check availability for Easter lunch. The lady informed me they were still taking reservations. I confirmed for six people, asking if they could please seat the table at the back of the restaurant, if possible. She replied that there was a birthday table at the back, but she noted my request anyway. She listed the menu with the price per person and ended the call. Two hours later, the same lady called me to inform me that the lady who had booked for the birthday had brought a deposit and requested an additional five seats. In doing so, the restaurant informed me that my reservation was being cancelled to give priority to the birthday party. This was disrespectful behavior toward the customer. If the lady comes back again to ask for additional seats for the birthday party, will there be more cancellations? They should have told the lady that the restaurant was full. More respect for the customers.

16/11/2025: The only place I know of in Italy (I'm sure there are others) that offers brunch or breakfast with Anglo-Saxon foods and dishes like eggs, avocado, pancakes, etc. Quick and attentive service. 1 minute from the train station and 1 minute from the sea. Excellent food and coffee! Super 👍

30/01/2026: The fish quality was excellent, the nigiri were delicious, and the rolls were excellent. The only flaw was that they were too big, my personal opinion! The service was good initially, but then toward the end they started bringing all the rolls at once. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd reconsider the size, but everything else was top-notch!

01/03/2026: Enjoy your lunch! I had a very good trio of appetizers and a very well-made fish soup. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service was excellent. My colleague, who chose grilled sea bream, fared less well, in my opinion. I have other places in the area for fish soup, but if I find it closed, as it was this time, I'd gladly return to Scudo.
