19/01/2026: The restaurant boasts among its strengths the excellent quality of the ingredients used in the kitchen and the kindness and Japanese flair of the staff. However, the cuisine is, in my opinion, overly basic. There are some inaccuracies in the service, which is sometimes too slow and neglects to clear dishes from the table. Above all, there is a clear imbalance between the quantity served and the price paid. Overall, the experience is adequate but not exciting.
14/01/2026: The food is very good, different from the "mainstream sushi" I was used to, given my limited knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture. But above all, I found it a place of the soul: slow but precise ceremonies and attention to detail transport you to a timeless dimension.

16/12/2025: Eating real Japanese food is a rare experience in Florence, and if you want to stop and learn a little Japanese or the tea ceremony, you can do that too.
04/12/2025: Typical home-style Japanese street food, the menu isn't overly extensive, but it offers the right selection to suit everyone's tastes and dietary preferences (vegetarian and allergen options are carefully noted). The karē are very good, and the ramen broth is exceptional, at least for me. For dinner, you can also order sushi when you book or by 1:00 PM that day. This is also highly recommended, with incredible quality and flavor. The desserts are also delicious, taking you back to the world of anime!
A wonderful experience in a homey, family-friendly atmosphere.

18/01/2026: Arriving on time with our reserved table, they told us to wait outside—not five minutes, but half an hour. Without an apology or even a complimentary drink...
At the table, almost everything was fine, although the waiters, instead of looking you over to see if you were calling them, turned away completely, and it took us ages to order some dishes.
They offered us chestnut mochi (delicious) because after a 30-minute wait, the regular ones still hadn't arrived.
After all these discordant comments, we finally get to pay, and you don't even offer me a coffee?
We're not there yet.

09/01/2026: We saw one price on the IG website, but when we arrived, the price was different.
We asked for an explanation, and the explanation was that the IG website was under the old management and hadn't been changed.
I'm leaving such a low review not because of this mistake, which is understandable, but because of how everything was handled.
I asked to pay the "old" price, which is why I chose that restaurant, but the response was that it wasn't possible...
I want to clarify that my rating isn't based on the food, but on how the customer was treated.

The best sushi I've ever had.
Unique dishes and not too expensive for the quality.
Unfortunately, we waited 35 minutes for the last dish we ordered, after the second-to-last, despite being told every five minutes that it was almost ready.

18/01/2026: The restaurant is "locked down" on weekends, so reservations are required, otherwise you won't be able to get in.
We ate well.
Good quality and good service.
They have an extensive wine list.

14/01/2026: I've been coming here for years. It's a very good place for an all-you-can-eat option, with good-quality fish. However, everything is ruined by the soy sauce they serve, which is sour and very alcoholic. We actually asked for it to be changed twice because it was inedible. Please go back to making the nigiri with less rice.
13/01/2026: A magnificent place, with a very elegant design and a calm, warm atmosphere. The food is truly delicious: I've been there twice already, and I'll definitely be back a third and a fourth. The prices are in line with the quality offered, a more than positive experience. I'm very happy and absolutely recommend going!

19/11/2025: Vegetarian option = remove the meat. Nothing replaced it and for the same price. That's better not to mention it as an option...
And the ramens were just spaghetti in boiled water with soy, 1 egg and Soybean sprout. I could do better at home. That's not good value for money at all, especially if you are vegetarian. Very disappointed.
02/11/2025: My husband and I went for lunch for the first time on a Saturday (November 1st) on the recommendation of a colleague who had been to Japan and had tried authentic ramen.
We were very pleased; the ramen broth was delicious. We chose a combo menu that included ramen, fried rice, gyoza, and cabbage as a side.
Everything was very good, even the rice.
For two, we spent €29.50 for ramen, the combo menu, and 1.5L of water.
Excellent prices for being in the center of Florence.
The staff was attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back.
