24/03/2025: I chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the recommendation of friends who are great connoisseurs of Japanese gastronomy. From the moment you enter, it's like diving into Japan, without having to fly for 15 hours! It feels like you're in a suspended time machine that projects you far back into a Japanese inn where deference, refinement and attention to detail are the masters of the place. Both the welcoming smile and the dishes contribute to making this experience at Cuore a true culinary and cultural journey. I highly recommend it!

10/03/2025: Great experience! High quality food with attentive and attentive service. Each dish is well explained in detail and particular attention is given to customers with any allergies/intolerances. Possibility of choosing some vegetarian dishes as well. The staff were super friendly, polite and professional. Advised .

20/02/2025: A disappointment. We were expecting to have a great time in this restaurant, but that was not the case. We were placed in a remote corner of the winter garden, where it was cold. Although there were free tables, and the waiters saw that I was cold, they did not offer to move us to another table. There was an error on the dish I ordered. When I reported it, I had to wait between 20 and 30 minutes (while other tables were served) to receive my meal. My friend had already almost finished hers. We were not treated to the beautiful plates presented on their site. When we arrived to pay, the receptionist was too busy chatting with his friends to cash us. We still had to wait. They didn't ask us how the meal went. Considering all these elements, I do not recommend this restaurant.

12/01/2025: Yesterday I ordered some pieces of sushi delivered to my home from Glovo and I must say the quality is quite high, and the value for money is excellent. I encountered some issues with the delivery app as the order was delayed quite a bit, but otherwise I recommend it. The sushi itself is very simple, which I appreciate!

18/02/2025: A restaurant that offers good value for money for those who want to eat sushi. The "All you can eat" is affordable and the dishes are good. The service is sometimes a little overloaded... so times take longer. The environment, when full, is lively. Therefore, for those who want to eat quickly or are thinking of having an elegant and romantic evening, it is not the ideal place. Excellent for a dinner with friends, colleagues or family without too many pretensions but with good food and reasonable prices.

13/02/2025: Kaizen restaurant is an astonishing place to go: the food is delicate and fresh, people are very friendly and the service is quite unique, courtesy and kindness are two of their distinctive policies, which is very rare now (on my perspective) many thanks to all of you

01/03/2025: I have already been to this restaurant several times, but the best thing I have tried there is absolutely the Sushi. It must be booked the day before or in the morning, but I assure you that it is worth it. The sushi we got is a mix of 45 pieces (which is enough for 2 people) Everything is delicious: - the salmon is very soft - the rolls are really good - the omelette is WONDERFUL! For dessert we opted for the sakura mochi (that was also delicious) The service is great and the blonde girl who served us is super nice. We spent €87 for sushi box of 45 pcs Sake 250 ml bottle Waterfall 2 sakura mochi I post photos of the menu to also see what they offer in addition to sushi money well spent 🫰🏻♥️

The environment is cared for down to the smallest details, with lively decorations and references to the world of anime, making the experience even more engaging. The sushi is really good: the nigiri are tasty, with fresh and well-cut fish, while the sashimi does not disappoint. The rolls are also very varied and well-balanced in flavors, with interesting combinations that satisfy all tastes. A perfect place for those who want to combine good food and a fun atmosphere!

09/03/2025: We ordered yesterday for three, take away, very affordable prices, nice staff. the sushi seemed to have been prepared many hours before, we had to throw away an Osaka rice with prawns, you will surely have tried to make a Chinese-style sautéed rice and, overcooked, it turned out to be an inedible mess. well, that's what I had, frankly it's not acceptable for an Asian restaurant.

13/02/2025: The ramen is excellent, the broth delicious, mouth-watering. Good appetizers and well-seasoned and tasty udon, in general the dishes are tasty. Watch out for the prices, some are above average. Our dinner was complete with an appetizer, three ramen, an udon, three desserts and sake, the bill coming to around 40 euros each.

14/02/2025: It's been a while since I went to Koko and I remembered another service. Let's start from the fact that I had called several times to request to eat in the tatami room since it was my birthday and when we arrived the table had been given away. They made us sit at a table in a partially set and dimly lit corner. The waiters run between the tables to bring the dishes, it seems like one of the usual all you can eat, upon arrival people are crowded at the entrance waiting for the table asking the waiters who run between the tables why there isn't a person to welcome you. It gave me the impression that while before there was attention to the customer from start to finish as well as very good food, now they want to seat as many people as possible to the detriment of service, especially considering how much you spend.

19/02/2025: Nice ramen, but sadly not much options for protein, either pork or vegan. We really wanted to try out the gyoza but it was pork meat only.

17/02/2025: Found unchanged after many years from my first visit (at least 12), essential in the furnishings but the flavors and courtesy found are indescribable. The ravioli are missing from the photos because they teleported into the stomach 😋

16/12/2024: Sono 15 anni che frequentiamo Mr Sushi e non c'è mai stata una volta in cui una portata, ed in 15 anni ne abbiamo mangiate tante, non fosse eccezionale per gusto e freschezza della materia prima. Una certezza!!!
