26/12/2023: We ate with our jackets because it was cold even though we asked for the warmest area, the bathroom had no toilet paper and no towels, when I pointed this out to the staff I was given a napkin!! Dirty table and smelly dishes. Poor sushi and little assortment, expired soy sauce (they justified themselves by saying that they use the bottle and refill it, could it be true??) Terrible experience, we won't set foot there again.

23/12/2023: Shabby and deserted place, greasy and poorly presented food, almost all desserts not available, the ones I took were frozen and very hard, they don't have glasses for beer, place practically deserted on a Saturday. I won't go back again!

30/03/2024: I order on deliveroo and I get the order without ingredients, large poke, you spend €15 to eat for lunch at work and I miss the base of the poke, the rice and avocado are missing which I even paid extra for so instead to spend to eat and satisfy myself, I eat and I'm hungry.

03/04/2024: Very nice environment, shame because everything else doesn't work. Staff with a total lack of patience, who after the third time in less than 5 minutes returned to take the order forced us to do so via the app. Two formulas with a choice of 3 or 6 courses, there were 5 of us, and the obligation of having to all choose the same formula.... Absurd. Very high bill and dishes bordering on sufficiency. It's a shame, because until a few months ago it was a top place....

02/04/2024: I was disappointed with my experience at Sushi.ba tonight. My fiancé and I found the quality of the food very poor; for example, the sake tataki (see photo), traditionally seared, was served to us completely raw. When I raised the problem, the staff's response was evasive and unprofessional, simply inviting us to eat anyway. Such an attitude is unacceptable. Furthermore, the smell and taste of salmon was often unpleasant. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience.

15/03/2024: Poor sushi and rude staff, I placed a takeaway order so I paid for everything à la carte, despite this the fish was not fresh, so I contacted via WhatsApp and let them know, they confirmed that the fish was not very fresh but still edible and it was offered to me a €10 discount the next time I came, which was really absurd. Really disappointed.

30/03/2024: I went there today for lunch... after having been there several times over time But today I must say that compared to before I found fewer dishes at lunch...those removed which had to be paid for...different sizes...quality and flavor significantly lower than before... Maybe I'll try another time in the future but if it stays like this I won't go anymore...

30/03/2024: Good quality all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant that is part of a chain with over 50 restaurants in Italy and which extends to Spain and Portugal. The average quality of the dishes is good, both for the cold and hot dishes which are satisfying as well as extremely varied, thus allowing you to indulge yourself. In terms of flavour, not all dishes are excellent, with some being a bit "flat", without standing out, and also some hot dishes, mainly with soy noodles, are overabundant with vegetables and low in noodles. The advice is to go when it opens, because as soon as the place fills up the waiters are in a bit of a crisis and the service becomes decidedly slow: the order limit is 5 dishes per person and only once consumed can you proceed to ordering. next one; on average the price, which ranges from €14.90 for midweek lunch to €24.90 for dinner at the weekend, is in line with the competition to which an average of €3 per head of water must be added (for a 0.81l bottle )

08/09/2023: I used it twice when I visited from Japan on business. You can enjoy all-you-can-eat representative dishes from Japan, China, and Thailand at a low price, so it's good value for money. What I particularly liked was the salad, which had a lot of vegetables. On the other hand, curry rice and ramen are slightly different from the Japanese taste. The curry rice is Chinese style, and the curry roux is watery compared to Japanese style, but it might be better if you are used to Chinese style. In addition, desserts are usually listed on the menu, so on my second visit I casually ordered dessert, thinking it was part of the all-you-can-eat plan, but please note that dessert is an additional charge just like drinks. I wanted to go again, but they suddenly closed temporarily and I couldn't go.

30/03/2024: Internal location well below the usual sushi standards. Located in a purely industrial area, the gluten-free soy sauce was non-existent and the quality of the food was nothing exceptional.
