13/06/2025: We arrived at Maki Maki at 11:30 PM, convinced we were going to have a great night, but it was a real disaster. After half an hour of being inside, no one had even bothered to bring us drinks. The guest of the evening arrived after 2 AM, an endless wait without any explanation or respect for those who had been there for hours. The icing on the cake? When I dared to complain — quite legitimately — about the fact that it was already 2:15 AM and still no one had shown up, a gentleman (I don't know what role he had, but he was behind the console) thought it best to answer me... by pushing me. A total lack of respect, professionalism and safety. Not only did they not even let us leave in the meantime, but the treatment was truly unacceptable. Overrated place, terrible organization and aggressive staff. I will never return and I advise anyone not to set foot there.

08/06/2025: We were a group of eight guys on a mission to throw a bachelor party to remember. Despite numerous warnings from locals — who recommended more elegant and relaxed environments in the Viareggio dock — we decided to challenge fate and cross the threshold of the infamous Maki Maki. As soon as we entered, we found ourselves catapulted into what seemed like a summer camp for teenagers: the average age at first glance lower than the right to vote in Italy. The service was a bit poor. The table was dirty when we arrived and the waiters were practically absent. And yet, between a kid looking for cigarettes and a few shaky drinks, the evening began to pick up pace. Good commercial music, surprisingly engaging entertainment girls, and the price was all in all fair for a nightclub in this area. A positive note to the very kind guy who served us a hookah at the table with a smile on his lips, saving the honor of the service. In short, Maki Maki is an experience that is somewhere between memories of teenage vacations and unexpected fun. Not for everyone, but if you're looking for music and a touch of the absurd, with the right mix of tequila shots, you might even come away satisfied.

16/07/2025: Worst sushi I've ever eaten, the rice soggy, all the dishes tasted sweet. Terrible.

15/07/2025: It's a good option for reasonably priced Japanese food. The menu is quite varied.

25/07/2025: If you are looking for something different from the usual florentine fare of raw meat (I’m kidding) Yagura is a nice place for very decent sushi and Japanese cuisine.

18/07/2025: Nous étions sur Florence pour la journée en famille et nous avons cherché un restaurant japonais pour faire plaisir aux enfants qui voulaient absolument manger japonais. Nous avons été très bien accueillis,l'ambiance était très calme et très sereine,nous avons très bien mangé et leurs bières sont excellentes aussi. Je recommande

22/07/2025: We arrived and sat on ripped, fake leather chairs. It didn't make a good impression. Almost all of them are like that, ripped... We ordered two rice noodles with fish and vegetables: awful! Overcooked spaghetti, a huge bowl, with surimi and some bar peanuts on top... inedible... unfortunately... we left it all there. I will NEVER go back. The bill: two rice noodles + a mineral water = €31... The waitresses were nice, but that's not enough.
