11/09/2025: Fantastic experience! We'll be back to try the traditional Japanese evening tasting menu. The food and drinks are top-quality. The cooking methods are complex and truly exquisite. The recipes and drinks are traditional and wonderful. The service is truly kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive. They're available and happy to provide in-depth explanations. We also had the opportunity to speak with the chef, and he was also truly kind. The atmosphere is quite elegant, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

08/09/2025: A slice of Japan in Milan! The care and delicacy in every little detail of the dinner took me straight back to Japan. Every dish we tried was delicious. Chef Satoshi Hazama meticulously selects every ingredient and makes every dish from scratch, like the pumpkin and Piedmontese Fassona croquettes, breaded not in the classic panko, but in sourdough bread. For unagi/una-ju lovers, here you'll find a delicate yet delicious version. Dinner literally flew by to the sounds of Joe Hisashi, accompanied by impeccable and warm service. 07/10/2025: Renaissance castle of the Sforza family from the 15th century. It has undergone several transformations and now houses museums and monuments of the Lombard ducal representation. The Parco Sempione (1888-94) behind it is an English park-like 38 hectares, with the Torre Branca lookout tower at its center.

10/09/2025: We went to Ishi, an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant in Busto Arsizio, but unfortunately, I wasn't particularly impressed. The selection is fairly average, and compared to other sushi restaurants in the area, I didn't find anything that stood out. Furthermore, as a celiac, I had a hard time finding suitable dishes: if you limit yourself to sushi, the selection is really limited, while other restaurants in the area cater much more to those who can't eat gluten. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it's not a place I'd recommend if you're looking for more thoughtful and inclusive options.

08/09/2025: I'd been there a few years ago for a company dinner and recently found it just as I remembered it. For special occasions and sushi lovers, it's simply a must-visit. The service was top-notch and the waiter who served us was extremely friendly, explaining each dish in detail. Spectacular presentation and meticulous attention to detail. Excellence.

07/09/2025: In my opinion, Nishiki deserves 5 stars. Good food, with unusual yet very balanced combinations (like the tataki roll, with a delicious arugula cream that gives the dish a nice kick). The waiter who served us was kind, attentive, and friendly. They even gave us a pre-bill to check before paying, and I say "even" because practically no restaurant does this, and more often than not, you end up with an extra dish or glass of wine you never ordered. A truly wonderful dinner!

29/09/2025: When we visited on a Sunday evening, everything was delicious. The dishes are many, unique and definitely different from those at competing restaurants, which lately all seem the same. At Sakura Ya, most of the dishes seem homemade, and the staff, extremely kind and fast, seem like they belong to a family rather than a brand. The location, a former church, certainly plays a part. Besides sushi, the menu offers a wide variety of first and second courses, teppanyaki, and fried dishes, more than other similar restaurants, so I would recommend it even to those who aren't fans of raw fish or those with a few hesitant guests in their party. The price is in line with its competitors (I'd even say slightly lower). Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: We recently discovered this gem. For those of us in my family who love fish but also traditional dishes, this ayce is perfect! You can enjoy a delicious roll and then immediately tuck into a nice plate of pasta. AND WHAT PASTA! All their first courses are definitely worth trying. But I have to admit, there are days when everything is excellent and days when, like one evening, a friend of mine found the rice a bit hard. That's understandable. I would pay more attention to the presentation of the dishes, opting for smaller plates so as not to clutter the table too much. But definitely worth a try!

26/09/2025: Excellent Japanese restaurant for both their cuisine and their oriental-style decor. Dishes are prepared freshly in front of the customer, and the table service is excellent. Disabled restrooms are available, pets are welcome, and there are no architectural barriers. There's a small parking lot adjacent to the restaurant, with other options nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for anyone who wants to sample and enjoy oriental cuisine. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

21/09/2025: One of the best all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants in Milan. A modern, elegant venue with soft lighting that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The food is truly delicious and the prices are fair: lunch is affordable (around €15-16 plus cover charge and drinks), with some limited menu options compared to evening meals; dinner, however, offers a comprehensive selection and is worth every penny, with carefully prepared dishes and fast service. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is clean. Recommended for both a quick lunch and a longer dinner with friends or as a couple.

21/09/2025: A historic restaurant because it's been open for many years and hasn't changed much. They offer an all-you-can-eat option and are well-organized: you order the first 25 dishes via a tablet, and then you can order more. This is a waste-reduction system that allows you to actually order what you want. The variety and quality of the dishes is excellent; the service is very fast and efficient; and the location is beautiful. Definitely one of the best fusion restaurants in the area!

01/10/2025: This is my second time back at Niwa and I'm quite satisfied. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes with quality ingredients. Prices are moderately high, but perfectly in line with the quality of the food served. The wine list is also good. I wasn't particularly impressed with the desserts compared to the rest. The setting is very beautiful, but a bit chilly for my taste (I'm talking about the temperature). Regardless, I recommend it! Definitely book in advance.

28/07/2025: Excellent restaurant, with some unusual dishes that are worth a visit. Excellent quality ingredients, perfectly balanced and expertly combined. For my taste, the soy sauce is a little too salty, requiring careful use. Personally, the only flaw was the Philadelphia salmon temaki: in its simplicity, the cream cheese was at the bottom of the cone, the salmon on top; you couldn't get both at once. A detail that is certainly overlooked elsewhere, but here it stands out in the extreme care taken in the preparation. The Mazara prawns wrapped in amberjack carpaccio are truly exceptional. The atmosphere is elegant, the service is kind and attentive. The price is reasonable for what's on offer.

02/07/2025: Wow what a fresh and healthy meal, I took a bowl with grilled chicken which was very tasty, the avocado was perfectly ready to eat, the mango good. If I was a citizen, I would come back here.
