19/12/2025: Quirky, pricey, friendly, happy, tasty, fusion of Italian and Japanese.
Cocktails are a weird mix, all well balanced with taste and style. The signature Fusion Negroni is served within a glass cloche containing smoke, others in laboratory flasks, some just in glasses.
Food is minimal and interesting, more tapas and light bites.
09/10/2025: Sophisticated ambience and great food. Having been in Italy for a while it was a much needed variation from pizza and pasta. Still Italian influenced but with other cultural influences and healthy ingredients. Fantastic.

23/01/2025: I was really impressed by the conveyor belt ⛓ that brings bowls of ready-made sushi 🍣 bites into the dining room (I'd never seen anything like it in other restaurants of this kind). Otherwise, everything seems more or less in line with other wok restaurants I've tried previously; tasty and well-cooked dishes, good quality raw materials 👌 (even the fish 🐟 to be grilled is fresh). I certainly prefer an old Venetian trattoria if I have the choice, but I have to say that I still ate well and that for a change, sometimes you can also opt for something different from the usual. Good overall 👍.

27/02/2025: This à la carte sushi restaurant is small, but I find it very charming. The sushi is good quality, but I have to say that for the price, I definitely expected something a little better, especially in the flavor of the uramaki and the presentation of the sushi "boat." I also didn't find the desserts to be very flavorful. The Negroni they make is very good.

06/09/2025: The salmon nigiri were scary especially for the price, the rest was fine
13/07/2025: Ordered delivery, terrible quality (the tuna was an unpleasant dark color) full of an unidentified spicy sauce (spicy tuna is not made like this!) since it is not all you can eat I did not expect such an experience.
