I migliori ristoranti di cucina giapponese

14/02/2025: Ci siamo venuti in passato, la qualità è anche buona, ma il servizio davvero pessimo. Ti fanno passare davanti tutti gli ordini take away, e in due ore di attesa ci sono state servite solo due tartare e ravioli. Nemmeno il sashimi che devi mettere 4 fette di pesce su un piatto. Per lo meno ci si lamentava in compagnia, che purtroppo non è bastata a farci alzare in anticipo. Mai più, manco se offerto.

25/04/2025: La maggior parte dei piatti caldi sono arrivati freddi e le pietanze a base di salmone crudo erano senza gusto, non sapevano di niente

21/01/2025: Locale al dir poco fantastico negli arredi, personale quasi tutto preparato, cibo ottimo , qualità elevata. Meno i dessert.

23/01/2025: I was really impressed by the conveyor belt ⛓ that brings bowls of ready-made sushi 🍣 bites into the dining room (I'd never seen anything like it in other restaurants of this kind). Otherwise, everything seems more or less in line with other wok restaurants I've tried previously; tasty and well-cooked dishes, good quality raw materials 👌 (even the fish 🐟 to be grilled is fresh). I certainly prefer an old Venetian trattoria if I have the choice, but I have to say that I still ate well and that for a change, sometimes you can also opt for something different from the usual. Good overall 👍.

28/05/2025: Sempre il top ristorante di ramen e sushi di Bologna. Anche i loro gyoza sono il massimo. Per chi può consiglio di andare a mangiare al ristorante (occorre prenotare) perché è favoloso.
