04/10/2025: Spurred by the photos and the positive comments, we decided to give it a try. The menu was a bit sparse. For an appetizer, we ordered grilled ravioli (they arrived after we finished the ramen). The insides seemed overcooked and only contained pork, but the sauce gave them flavor and spiciness. The ramen, in my opinion, wasn't very flavorful; the broth was very basic and not very hot. In fact, it didn't allow the spaghetti to finish cooking, so they were a bit al dente. The ramen itself was cooked well. My daughter had the Chicken Katsu Ramen without the vegetables; she liked the meat and the spaghetti, too. My husband had the same dish without any deprivation; he also liked it, but complained that the quantity wasn't enough to satisfy him and the price was high. In essence, the portions are small and are designed for Italian tastes and cooked by Italians.

01/10/2025: The experience wasn't the best. The place is small, and we were given seats facing the wall, which I personally didn't appreciate. The ramen wasn't salted well, and there were few ingredients for the price (though they were high-quality). There's plenty of room for improvement, despite the criticism.

03/09/2025: The Place to Be in Pietrasanta One evening, while we were in Pietrasanta, we discovered this elegant lounge bar and restaurant while strolling through the streets of the city center. The jazz music enticed us to stop and take a look inside. The decor was superb. We decided to sit down for a drink since it was already late. A couple of regulars were eating, and we noticed they were serving sushi. Judging by the customer satisfaction, I think the quality is excellent. As for the cocktails, they were a real treat. It was a superb evening, and I recommend this place to anyone passing through this beautiful city.

28/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday evening, without a reservation and with no expectations. The place is worth it because the food is excellent and plentiful, the service is prompt, and the wait is practically non-existent. The selection of authentically Japanese dishes is remarkable, with many variations and detailed explanations. The price is fair, and the music—strictly jazz—is absolutely unobtrusive and of high quality.

18/04/2025: I've been to at least a dozen different all-you-can-eat sushi places in Milan and the surrounding area, but this was undoubtedly my best experience so far. The fish was above average, with plenty of options including tuna for dinner. The rice was well-cooked and balanced, not just vinegary. The sushi was excellent, and the hosomaki was perfect. The fried calamari was delicious and tender. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

14/09/2025: Matsu Sushi in Bitonto is a true gem for lovers of Japanese cuisine. The restaurant combines elegance and a welcoming atmosphere, with staff always friendly and attentive to detail. The quality of the fish is excellent: fresh, tasty, and impeccably presented. Every dish, from sushi to hot specialties, reveals care and passion in its preparation. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, making the experience even more enjoyable. An ideal spot for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends: undoubtedly one of the best sushi restaurants in the area.

02/06/2025: I placed an order with glovo and received two of the four dishes ordered that were unpleasant to smell and taste. Hotate cheese bacon and shrimp tempura are the two dishes that are the subject of this negative note. After years and years of lunches and dinners, at this restaurant in Bitonto, after positive reviews, I feel it is my duty to write about this negative experience.

27/07/2025: of all sushi restaurants in first place is Gohan in Sicily in Gela also on the road to Rimini Hiroshima so far these are the best restaurants, Korner doesn't measure up well at least in that the rice is without vinegar...

16/06/2025: I have been going to the restaurant for several years, which I have always found very satisfying, both in the classic all you can eat and in takeaway and home delivery, we have always had a great time. Last week we returned with friends and we noticed a very notable drop in the quality of the raw materials and preparations, which have changed since the last time, I don't know what, if the kitchen staff or the quality of the product, but we were all very very disappointed, so much so that we did not finish several dishes ordered, which did not find our liking at all. Too bad, because, I repeat, until a few months ago we always had a good time. I hope they return to the past.

05/09/2025: The food was delicious but the staff were really rude. My friends and I were yelled at just because we ordered more than we could handle (which I understand wasn't allowed). If you don't have the patience to be a waiter, go work in a factory, but change jobs because it's just not for you!

05/09/2025: The sushi is very good, but the staff is very rude. They yelled at me because I ordered too much. If you don't know how to work in the restaurant business, close the place down immediately. Respect and passion come first, and they're clearly lacking.

12/08/2025: Spectacular place, but otherwise very disappointed given expectations. Paper menu non-existent given the poor service created by the unavailable Wi-Fi, sushi not exceptional, the flavors almost non-existent. Very questionable quality-price ratio. I've been there in previous years and didn't remember it like this.

12/09/2025: Come here if you enjoy waiting three hours for your meal, especially if it's crowded. If you don't have time to waste waiting for mediocre food, avoid it. They take more people than they can handle, and the waiters can't cover the tables.

05/09/2025: What a disappointment! I used to go to Via Parini, but for the first time I went with friends to the new location on Galileo Galilei. The atmosphere was sad, the waiters incompetent, and the service was poor. Between the sashimi starter and the main courses, we waited an hour (the restaurant was half empty). My friend asked for gunkan, which weren't on the menu but were waiting for us there. From a chef like him, that's the least he could do. After an hour, eight enormous fish rolls arrived, on two plates. Keep in mind they were for one person only (they're photographed). He ate them by opening them because it was impossible to eat them in one bite. Four were left untouched, yet they were added to the bill (€15 each). It's a shame to see a once-excellent restaurant in such a state. Yoshinobu clearly has aged. An experience we'll never forget. Goodbye.

05/09/2025: They don't accommodate foreigners well, typically those who wear Indian clothes😡, yesterday I ate for 50 euros with my friend but we ordered 1 hour before then after an hour when it was about to close they gave us a dish then another dish after 30 minutes then in the end he told me they ran out of the specials, it's like racism 🤐 I said I want to speak to the manager and then a woman who works over there, a bit older, comes to hear me, I said that I've been waiting for my order for an hour 😡 the people who arrived after us have also finished eating and the fake 🗣️manager told me that our order is not ready, it was those simple dishes that they gave to the others but....... they are really smart 🤯

12/09/2025: Fast, cute, super friendly staff, and a more than adequate lunch selection at a good price for a city center location, plus a vast dinner menu. One of the few true Japanese restaurants in Milan.

07/08/2025: I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and I’m genuinely impressed by the quality of both the food and the service. One of the things that stood out the most was how well the staff spoke English ، which is not very common in other restaurants I’ve visited. Communicating was smooth and easy, and that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The waitress was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I was dining in my own home. She was attentive, polite, and always smiling — such a warm and genuine person! The food was absolutely delicious, freshly made and beautifully presented. The place was also very clean and cozy, with a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. After this experience, I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates great service, tasty food, and a place where you truly feel welcome. Thank you for making my visit so special! 🥰

01/07/2025: Today's lunch was sushi and poké. All à la carte. The poké seemed exceptional to me, fresh ingredients, I may have guessed the right mix but the dish was really enjoyable. A special praise for the girl in the dining room, competent and always with a smile: these days that's no small thing! We'll be back.....
