28/04/2025: Cherry (or sour cherry) on a beautiful "cake"! It was a wonderful evening spent (my wife and I) at "Le tartare.." on the occasion of our anniversary. With Mr. Maurizio (owner of the place), a good harmony was immediately born which during the evening, with the right balance between professionalism and warm welcome, "made us feel good". There is no need, in my opinion, to praise the individual dishes (the tuna tartare is certainly sublime, confirming the name of the place), or the wonderful wines that accompanied them, one chosen by us and others proposed (for free!) by Maurizio. It is one of the few places that, visiting Italy far and wide over the years, I will note down as a "must" for a short or long stopover, which is also worth a possible long deviation from the planned route. 20/04/2025: Small and elegant restaurant in the center of Chiusi, specialized in fish dishes but also with the availability of "land". We ate well, all the dishes we tried were appreciated, the service was a little slow but courteous.

01/05/2025: Il ristorante, situato nel cuore di Pistoia, è curato nei minimi dettagli. Il personale si distingue per la sua accoglienza e professionalità. Abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di assaporare numerose pietanze, tra cui le cozze, che si sono rivelate particolarmente eccellenti. Oltre alla specialità delle cozze preparate in molteplici modi, il menù offre un’ampia selezione di piatti a base di pesce sempre di alta qualità e alcune opzioni dedicate agli amanti della carne. La qualità del cibo è ottima e la carta dei vini propone una vasta scelta proveniente da cantine rinomate. Raccomando vivamente questo ristorante per qualsiasi occasione, sia pranzo che cena. Saremo lieti di tornarvi nuovamente.

13/04/2025: Sono stato a pranzo con mia figlia di 9 anni perchè lei è un’amante delle cozze.Abbiamo ordinato cozze alla marinara per lei,io cozze gratinate e una porzione di alici fritte da dividere.Abbiamo ordinato 2 primi io la calamarata con genovese di tonno e mia figlia una semplice pasta al pomodoro.Le cozze alla marinara non erano pulite bene,troppo cotte,si sentiva l’amaro del bianco di limone in quanto lo hanno lasciato cuocere insieme ai frutti di mare che avevano un sapore sciapo.Di solito il sapore delle cozze è sapido.Ancora peggio per quanto riguarda le cozze gratinate,non sapevano di niente ed erano secche.Le alici fritte anche queste insapore e secche,molto probabilmente decongelate.Pasta al pomodoro fatta con pasta precotta. La genovese di tonno poteva essere buona sé non ci fosse stato una quantitá altissima di pepe,eccesso di sale e anche qui usata pasta precotta.Personale gentile.

01/05/2025: The cured meat starter and the braised cheeks with mashed potatoes were excellent. Excellent service. Returning to the place, we can only confirm the excellent impression of the first time... the tagliatelle with wild boar and the vegetables were also excellent...

19/04/2025: Excellent fried prawns and calamari Delicious mascarpone cream with mango

16/04/2025: At dinner with friends, (5) had 8 dishes, 3 starters, 3 first courses and 2 second courses. The starters were good, the first ones were tagliolini with cuttlefish ink "without infamy and without praise", the pici with crab and chopped pistachios, totally tasteless, the other first course was very good. For seconds I expected better especially the "Amerini fry". Price, the price/quality ratio is too high.

24/09/2024: Excellent establishment with a lot of hospitality except that the prices are a little expensive

26/08/2024: Well-kept bathing establishment, swimming pool, lawn, relaxation area and all comforts kept impeccably.
