17/05/2026: A quality macchiato in a curious setting, barring a few Disney references, it's clear the spirit of the place and its owner is different. That's why I asked the gentleman and owner about the history of the place, and we had a delightful chat. I'll leave you to discover the story... What I can recommend is to follow Walt Disney's philosophy, believing in dreams. Create a bar that reflects your dream, your love of LEGO, and paradoxically, it could be a themed bar, where you can play with your guests. 08/08/2025: Good morning, I was here the other night and was quite surprised (in a negative way). The air was unbreathable, really too stuffy and hot. Even if you're there on December 31st, it's best to wear a tank top or you'll sweat. Let's get to the weak point: the pizza. I've never seen such a thin pizza; it was almost transparent (maximum 2 mm); the taste matched the appearance. If you're passing this street, keep going.

20/05/2026: We went with 13 people. After calling and making a reservation, requesting to arrive before 7:30 PM (it was a Thursday in May), once we arrived, we still hadn't been seated. They insistently asked us what wine to bring. We still didn't know what to eat... I should point out that the place was practically empty. I had a mixed fried fish, which was good; the others told me the fish wasn't that great.

13/05/2026: We were there on our last vacation. Like many others, we chose this restaurant despite the mixed reviews. Unfortunately, it was a disaster. The service was incredibly unfriendly... and the food... My husband had to endure mussels with a delicious bit of sand in them. My meat was as tough as shoe leather. We decided to skip the main courses, tried to talk to the staff, and were then insulted (in Italian). Just look at my name and you'll know what I mean 😀 We still had to pay for everything! Even the leftover food! Never again. We then went to a neighboring restaurant that we know well. The owner laughed when we told him about our experience... apparently, it's a known issue among restaurants... that Gino's service can be unpredictable.

10/11/2025: Ice cream at €27 per kilo in November seems excessive to me. At an ice cream shop in Montecavolo, while cycling by, I read they sell it for €19 per kilo.

19/08/2025: A simply exceptional gelateria! The gelato is among the best I've ever tasted: creamy, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. Every flavor is a discovery! But what makes this place truly special are the owners: kind, welcoming, and always smiling. Over time, they've become much more than acquaintances... they're like a second family. Visiting them is not only a pleasure for the palate, but also for the heart. Highly recommended!

16/02/2026: Quite disappointed... From the reviews I'd read, it seemed like a fabulous place to eat! Maybe we had too high expectations, but we went for lunch yesterday. We had a cold mixed appetizer for two, and it was freezing, not cold! Right out of the fridge, everything tasted the same (octopus, shrimp, etc.) without any seasoning, so much so that we had to ask for oil and salt to add some flavor... One oyster for two, impossible to share!!! And then we wanted to try the much-lauded seafood pasta: well, as soon as it was placed on the table, a smell of minestrone wafted in... the tomato sauce was probably thinned with stock cubes, which was nothing special. The fish was in the middle, some pieces were good, others, like the squid, were so tough and rubbery that they were inedible. We didn't have dessert, just a coffee: actually, two, and both undrinkable! I think they were the worst coffees I've ever had!!!! The staff is so-so, friendly, but unless you dare ask for something different or make a joke, they immediately get angry... In short, I wouldn't go back!! Only the price was at least decent....

24/07/2025: He didn't accept debit cards, saying that banks are already rich enough (as good customers, we didn't argue). Upon leaving, we noticed that he'd charged us for an extra beer on the receipt. Hard to go wrong with just two drinks. One star because zero isn't allowed.

30/04/2026: We have visited this restaurant/pizzeria for over 25 years. We have always found it to be an excellent choice for both afternoon and evening meals. The service is top notch, the menu interesting and varied and the prices very reasonable. We highly recommend this place.

21/08/2025: I wouldn't recommend it. Pizza was perfectly fine! Caesar salad... not. Dressing was from a packet, and only oil and balsamic vinegar. The turkey inside was pre-cooked, not freshly cooked, and gave me a stomach-ache vibe.

05/07/2026: Absolutely terrible dinner, high expectations but decidedly disappointed! Starting with the table location: we had booked days in advance and specifically asked to sit outside, but there was no more room, so we were seated next to the cutlery cabinet (which was tiny, by the way), and every time the waiters tried to get clean cutlery, they bumped into our chairs. And then there was the cleanliness... totally shoddy, giant cobwebs on the wooden staircase railing, worse than the decorations I personally put up for Halloween... We sat down anyway, and they only brought us one menu because there weren't enough (there were two of us). Choosing the wine was another ordeal. They didn't provide us with a wine list because, according to them, most of the wines weren't available, so they showed us to the fridge where we had a choice of 5/6 bottles in total (the price of which wasn't even mentioned). After choosing our wine, we sat down and the waitress asked us if we wanted a glass to chill the bottle. When we said yes, she told us she didn't have any ice to put it in! Poor food: rubbery marinated anchovies that tasted like vinegar in our mouths, a sandwich with completely raw fish (?) inside, creamed cod with 3-centimeter bones... For our first course, we ordered homemade pasta (which arrived just as we were eating the appetizer), so we sent it back, and of course, after several requests for the dish, it arrived cold and stuck together. It didn't look like homemade pasta at all (it was trofie with shrimp and vegetables), so we asked the wait staff if it was actually homemade, and the girl replied, "Tagliatelle, definitely." Too bad we didn't have tagliatelle on our plate, but trofie. The sauce was also absolutely terrible, obviously frozen, with giant chunks of zucchini (3-4 centimeters) and two shrimp at a time. When it came to the bill, the lady, despite having told her our table number several times, kept getting the order wrong. PS: The POS doesn't work, so they charge in cash, and obviously without a receipt!!! I'd been there many years ago and had fond memories of this place. Unfortunately, it was terribly ruined by this evening, and we won't be returning.

02/07/2026: The food was delicious and very good. We had antipasto misto, scorfano mousse, branzino, and orata ai ferri. Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the standard. Although almost all the tables on the terrace were empty, we had to sit in the sun because the two of us weren't allowed to sit at a table for four. Communication was very limited and unfriendly. A real shame! By the way: Card payments weren't accepted despite the sticker on the cash register.
