I think the cafe might have technically been closed, but Dimitri (the owner) was outside chatting on the phone. He ended his call and invited us in. Prepared me an awesome coffee and tasty sandwich. And my gf grabbed an ice cream. We proceeded to sit outside, the three of us, chatting for the next 45 minutes or so. Dimitri told us all about the area and the many generations his family has lived in around Trieste. He also told us how to get to a nearby lookout with an amazing view, which didn't disappoint. I'm so glad we stopped at how establishment. Thanks so much, Dimitri!

Very friendly bartender. They served good espresso, a delicious tramezzini, and a Coke early in the morning.

A quick stop, or a longer one, is made even better by a chat with the gentleman at the counter. Unfortunately, we didn't ask his name, but his kindness, smile, and welcome were wonderful. Thank you 🙏❤️

A quality macchiato in a curious setting, barring a few Disney references, it's clear the spirit of the place and its owner is different. That's why I asked the gentleman and owner about the history of the place, and we had a delightful chat. I'll leave you to discover the story... What I can recommend is to follow Walt Disney's philosophy, believing in dreams. Create a bar that reflects your dream, your love of LEGO, and paradoxically, it could be a themed bar, where you can play with your guests.
