Neither good nor bad. Normal brioche. Making a sandwich with just cheese was "complicated," and we had to accept that the ham had to be removed because the loaf had already been made... I don't know if the customer has to adapt or the owner... we've adapted, but it doesn't work that way for us, and we won't be returning. 3 stars only for the hope that they'll understand that flexibility is a resource for improvement...

13/08/2025: Perfect for your first stop in Trieste. Delicious food, great drinks. A charming bar. Menus are still handwritten here. Super friendly.

22/07/2026: It was clean and the food was very good. I go there very often and enjoy it.
21/07/2026: Three of us came for lunch on Sunday, there was plenty of space, in the food court on the ground floor, but the restaurant is clearly visible. Our waitress was a really interesting beauty, not a single smile was visible on her face, this must be part of her style. The food was really delicious, I had a taco salad and the girls had wraps. The place itself is very authentic, it brings the Wild West style very well. You have to pay at the counter. A real relief in today's poor gastronomic offer.
