19/04/2026: For my birthday, we returned to Prater. Always a sure thing. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is pleasant. The meal began with a small complimentary entree. We then ordered black truffle risotto, squid ravioli, tagliolini concicale, and paccheri with butter and anchovies. For the main course, shrimp amatriciana-style, baby octopus, fried fish, and tuna in a crust. Both I and the other diners were more than satisfied, as always. My only complaint is the zuppa inglese. Used to my mother and grandmother's traditional zuppa inglese, I would never have added raisins, currants, and strawberries as a garnish. In my opinion, it doesn't add to the tradition, but rather... But that's just my personal taste. In any case, a restaurant worth recommending.

27/09/2025: Extremely hungry after a disastrous summer excursion to Martignano, we almost force ourselves to stop at the first osteria on the way, encouraged by the reviews. From the outside, we're not entirely convinced, but the interior is honest and welcoming; they seat us with a smile (we're off to a good start). The menu is displayed on a chalkboard and offers a good osteria-style selection of classics and Roman dishes. Some people add a first course, while I focus on a meat-based second course (a mixed grill) and a double side of sautéed potatoes and vegetables, washed down with Claudia water, which is locally sourced. The dishes arrive promptly, the service reserved but attentive, the dishes (based on the ones I've tried) are balanced and flavorful, each piece of meat perfectly cooked and the potatoes perfectly cooked. Finally, a satisfying experience on a day where everything went wrong due to the local disorganization... if only there were a hundred osterias!

12/03/2026: You think you're walking into a takeout pizzeria, but instead you're walking into "Alice in Wonderland"... A treasure trove of surprises. A theater of smiles. An Oscar-worthy movie with two actors who go off the cuff, without a script, just two great performers. Nunzia is spectacular as the lead actress, Angelo as the supporting actor, but when he decides to take the stage... he puts even the award-winning giants to shame!!! As for the food, what can I say? The pizza is Neapolitan with all the trimmings. I recommend the fish, with a reservation (it's better), and the "spaghetto a vongole" is a delicacy! I've never been before, but from the first time I'll be going every Sunday evening. I've already booked for the whole of 2026.
