27/09/2025: Extremely hungry after a disastrous summer excursion to Martignano, we almost force ourselves to stop at the first osteria on the way, encouraged by the reviews. From the outside, we're not entirely convinced, but the interior is honest and welcoming; they seat us with a smile (we're off to a good start). The menu is displayed on a chalkboard and offers a good osteria-style selection of classics and Roman dishes. Some people add a first course, while I focus on a meat-based second course (a mixed grill) and a double side of sautéed potatoes and vegetables, washed down with Claudia water, which is locally sourced. The dishes arrive promptly, the service reserved but attentive, the dishes (based on the ones I've tried) are balanced and flavorful, each piece of meat perfectly cooked and the potatoes perfectly cooked. Finally, a satisfying experience on a day where everything went wrong due to the local disorganization... if only there were a hundred osterias!

10/05/2026: An old-fashioned trattoria, with a friendly and charming owner and his kind and welcoming daughter. Authentic, traditional local food. It's a shame there's no totta fritta (or gnocco fritto). The collection of corkscrews is interesting, with hundreds of them on the walls and throughout the restaurant, along with photos of more or less famous people who have been guests here.

07/02/2026: I ordered a half-meter pizza, half with sausage and fries and half with fries, sausage, and bacon. The pizza arrived without fries on one side, with little toppings overall (a little mozzarella, bacon, sausage, sausage, and tomato), and very little of anything. It also arrived cold and 40 minutes late. In short: I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I later called to report the problems I had and the general situation, but the pizza chef denied it and responded with insults, zero professionalism. Oh, I forgot, the girl doesn't know how to take orders. Change jobs.

15/06/2026: I ordered four pizzas last night at this pizzeria, and the phone service and home delivery were excellent. It's a shame the pizza was stuck to the cardboard and the sausage was undercooked (it doesn't happen only here, and I partially excuse them). The pizza wasn't crispy and was very chewy. I'm so sorry because it really made my stomach bloated (probably due to the dough). I trust it was just me who was disappointed. P.S. I'm a pizza lover in all its variations.
