The dough is not only super digestible but also has a truly special and delicious flavor, especially because they offer different doughs like the Nerissima with flaxseed and sunflower seeds, which makes a huge difference and is a popular option for those who like to break the mold—and that's also delicious. Quality ingredients, and the fact that they use fresh mushrooms is already a big deal because unfortunately almost no one does. Eating at a table at dinner means you have to wait a bit, but it's totally worth it because once it arrives, you forget about everything else. Long live the Da CesaRE pizzeria!
