11/07/2026: There's an entire gluten-free menu! We tried a couple of strozzapreti pasta dishes and fried fish, which were amazing. They also have a couple of vegetarian options and a lactose-free dessert. Highly recommended.

Excellent culinary knowledge and well-balanced dishes, impeccable waiter service and everyone was very friendly... top atmosphere, we requested a secluded table and were given the one at the back, practically outdoors and overlooking the beach... with a gentle breeze accompanying it. 05/07/2026: I can't understand this negative review. My husband and I stayed in Cervia for a week in early June and ate at Il Capitano three times. The waiters were all very kind and helpful, and the food was simply amazing. Anyone who visits Cervia should definitely eat at Il Capitano at least once. And never forget, wherever you are: courtesy and respect are always based on reciprocity. On our next visit to Cervia, we will definitely eat at Il Capitano again.

04/07/2026: Beautiful location, warm welcome. The chitarra alle vongole (chitarra with clams) cost €20 for 20g of pasta (maybe even less): an unacceptable portion. There was no dish for the shells.

09/07/2026: Location: 6/10 Menu: 8/10 Service: 3/10 Prices: 7/10 The interior is very simple, with a 1980s/1990s feel. The exterior, however, is pleasant and tidy. The staff was always very kind and friendly. The menu is varied, with quality products: we really liked everything we ordered. The prices are also average and consistent with the offerings. The only downside was the service. The staff seemed very unstable and often rushed, even though it wasn't peak time and the restaurant wasn't full. It was impossible not to notice the complaints from other customers about delays and forgotten orders. It was probably a very stressful day, so much so that one of the waiters occasionally slipped behind the hedge to smoke. One final point concerns the staff's appearance: one of the waiters had his shirt completely soaked with sweat up to his navel. I understand the heat and intense work, but in a restaurant business it would be preferable to change the shirt during the shift when it is so visibly sweaty, to convey greater professionalism.

05/07/2026: Warm welcome and a well-equipped beach, with showers, food, and entertainment (there's everything!) Pet friendly, reasonable prices, and fair. Spacious, the umbrellas aren't crowded together, allowing for a modicum of privacy.

25/05/2026: We discovered Tangaroa by chance, simply because it had a special agreement with the hotel. The services are obviously the same as all the other beach resorts, but the smiles, friendliness, and kindness of the entire staff, who responded to every request, made the difference here. No frills, no fuss, but it seems like the ideal place, even for those with children. We didn't try the food because we had other plans, but everyone seemed really satisfied and the dishes looked good.

07/06/2026: We were looking for a seafood restaurant with a beautiful view... we found so much more! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The cuisine was top-notch: compliments to the chef for his skill in pairing each ingredient with herbs. A refined flavor in every aspect. We enjoyed everything: the welcome finger food; the appetizers (a mixed raw fish and calamari gratin); the main courses: a sweet salt-baked sea bass with a hint of herbs that I can still smell; and the side dishes: perfectly cooked vegetables and delicious potatoes. Congratulations to everyone! Highly recommended for a top-notch seafood dinner. The bill was also in line with the quality.
