04/01/2026: I usually dine in, but this time I opted for takeout. As usual, the food was delicious, the packaging was beautifully presented, and the delivery was super punctual. Plus, they're always very kind and helpful.
05/11/2025: Truly special food. Excellent products. Fast and friendly service. They explained how to order via a tablet (which was then brought to the cashier for the bill). Highly recommended!!!

23/08/2025: We're from Trento and spend a few days in Milano Marittima every summer. This restaurant was a pleasant discovery, so much so that we returned two more times. Excellent food, prompt and attentive service, with a special mention for Simona. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity. Excellent value for money. We recommend it.

14/01/2026: Yesterday evening, January 11, 2026, at the Baya restaurant, we unfortunately ate a dinner made with poor-quality and fresh ingredients (five people, several courses). I regret having chosen a restaurant that I can now consider unreliable, where last night only the mussels au gratin and mascarpone cream were good—the rest should not be offered to the customer! The maître d''s excuses, justifying the "imperfections" by the restaurant's closure for vacation the following day, are unacceptable!
04/01/2026: In winter, the food quality is lower than in summer. It's a shame because in summer, the food is good.

06/03/2026: March 2026, fried food floating in oil that overflowed everywhere (draining it on paper towels before placing it in a cone and serving it would be a good idea!) consisting of, in addition to oil, 90% calamari, with only traces of shrimp. Savory risotto. Good piadina. To be fair, 6 years ago I wrote: "Excellent prices, fried shrimp and calamari (just a little too greasy) but delicious, delicious shrimp skewers!"

25/09/2025: From ordering to pickup, everything is amazing. They offer delivery, pickup or dine in. They even have an app for easier ordering.
And food..I'm without photos. I didn't even manage to take them because it was eaten so fast. Gyozas were one of the best we ever had. And fish was super fresh. As someone who worked in a sushi restaurant for a few years myself, I am picky with fish, but this one, hats off! It was fresh and really well prepared 👌
We come again tomorrow!

03/02/2026: Excellent restaurant!! The ingredients are carefully selected and prepared. It's hard to choose just one dish, they're all exceptional, as are the desserts, which are exquisite! The staff and owners are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Ask Matteo for wine pairing recommendations! Superb!
01/02/2026: Very nice place, although it needs a little updating. The food was good and refined. The cured meats were less so.
On the downside, we left with our clothes soaked in the smell of frying.

08/09/2025: Every year I take a long weekend in Romagna, but this year, I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed with the hotel and also a little with the people of Romagna. But this resort (which I've stayed at in previous years), fortunately, is still "authentic": friendly, helpful, and always attentive to the needs of its guests. Fabio, if he can, satisfies everyone. Let's hope they stay that way... like the true people of Romagna and don't overindulge in prices (by raising them). See you next time.
