One of the things that struck me most was the genuine attention to gluten-free preferences: these aren't the usual "second-rate" options, but carefully crafted and prepared dishes, so good they're almost undeniably delicious compared to traditional versions. This is something you can't take for granted, and it truly makes a difference. The quality of the fish is excellent, incredibly fresh, and enhanced by preparations that combine simplicity and flavor. Each course was balanced and satisfying, making lunch a true pleasure from start to finish. Special thanks go to Mattia, our waiter: kind, attentive, and always available, he made a decisive contribution to making the experience even more enjoyable. His professionalism and customer service skills enhanced an already sensational lunch.
